Highly entertaining, action packed and emotionally thrilling adventure filled with danger, secrets, witty banter, magic and heart racing twists..... was an exciting read from beginning to end. Excellent reading and so hard to put down.

So we finally get to find out what happens to Nova, Beckett, Astrid, Kylian, Tabi, Ashryn, Logan & Soto. Trust me it's worth the wait! I love how Megan weaves Kylian & Soto into the story. They become intricate characters to the story. And I hope they stick around for more stories. Hint, hint ;) There is a new character you may love, hate or love to hate. His name is Liesin, son of Hades. I think he has a thing for Nova, but it's to soon to tell. Anyway there are so many missions in this one I lost count. The Unseelie are really hatching a take over that is so smart I thought we may have to wait till the next book to find out who wins. Thankfully I was wrong! There are things that happen with Astrids family. We get to meet Zeus. Someone becomes immoral, blah, blah, blah folks you get the picture the book is awesome! If you want to know what really happens get the book, duh?

This book was absolutely incredible, once I started reading it I just couldn't put it down. After the ending of book 4 (not saying anything because I don't want to spoil it for anyone, just want to say what a twist!) I didn't know a 100% how Megan would be able to play it out but the way she done it was incredible. I'm really looking forward to reading Grayson's story when it comes out. I can’t wait to find out what happens with Tilly (love her character). This book is a definite must read for everyone.

Wicked Warlock (The Royals: Warlock Court Book 5) ~~ The final book in Warlock Court is everything I could’ve wanted—and more. Astrid is done hiding, done doubting, and done letting anyone else write her story. She is bold, powerful, and beautifully fierce. Beckett finally lays all his cards on the table, and the way their love story wraps up is so satisfying and emotional, I didn’t want it to end.

We get action, heartbreak, redemption, and some well-earned revenge (yes, please). There are moments that had me tearing up, moments that had me screaming, and one specific reunion scene that made me full-on sob.

And that epilogue?? Goosebumps. ~~ I absolutely loved this book and this series!! ❤️🔥🖤

The best of the season

I've had some issues with this season, just couldn't get on board with some of the characters, but I can't fault the finale. True colours are finally shining through (in a good way) and we have a bunch of new characters to keep us entertained through the coming seasons.

Fae, gods and mothers coming back from 'isolation'. With the return of the sixth cast, will a new warlock council be necessary? Will Matteaus hang around to continue to repair his beloved fountain or it that the role of the new Principal now? And what fate has befallen Maze & Tilly just as it seemed things were calming down? Heading over to Season 3 to find out.

Wicked Warlock was a very satisfying ending to a wicked ride! And yet, I cannot wait for Vampire Court. Megan Montero knows how to invoke all the feels, from crushing heart break to floating on cloud nine, you will evolve right along with these characters. Not to mention, each character is unique and perfectly undiluted - they are unapologetically themselves and I am here for it. Seriously, Ophelia is the most warped character, but she's absolutely my favorite. The Warlock Court season is my favorite of the two, partly because I love the main character, Astrid, but also because with every book, the story continues to unfold and I can't help but get sucked in deeper.

What the what…?

So, this was a great way to close up the big baddie from this season. Loved it. But, that last chapter just… what? So much information drop. And then Astrid can’t enjoy her Thanksgiving properly. Now I wanna read Maze and Tilly’s novella even more!!!! Got to know what happens. By the way, absolutely love O. She is just so funny and stabby happy. So yes, awesome conclusion to this season and sets it up perfectly for upcoming reads.

If you've loved Elementals, Mortal Instruments and grew up reading Harry Potter you would love this book. Don't be fooled by the cover and the first few pages of the first book of the series that indicate this is some Harlequin. This is a really nice piece of fantasy really worth reading. The only reason for 3 starts is that all along I had the impression that I've already read the story somewhere ... but I look forward to other publications by Megan. She has a really good style of writing.

I am already a huge fan of this author and have read everything I can that she has written. I'm not sure that I'm have an unbiased opinion and I don't care. In saying that, I loved how this series finished. I enjoy the cliffhanger at the end leading us into the novella for Maze and Tilly's story which I will be reading next, of course. This book was as good as I expected, and I was thrilled with the story's outcome. I look forward to whatever Megan Montero comes up with next!

Oh my god I just love Astrid and Beck!, but Cross and O are my favourite!! I need me some Cross energy willing to take on an angel just because O thinks he smells good! This is the kind of energy I'm needing in my life!!! Love love love these books can not wait for Tilly and Maze"s stories!!! Take my money now!!!

all i learned from this book is that ophelia is my favorite character of them all
i started reading the first series in this universe a while back therefore having to wait for the rest so i’ve forgotten quite a bit but what i can say is that i was incredibly bored throughout and just wished we had some ordinary not mega powerful characters

Amazing ending!

This was a great ending to the warlock court! Astrid gets her man back, gets revenge, and unites the witches and warlocks. The only sad part was Tilly, but I'm sure we'll find out more about her story soon enough!

This is the final book in this series, and man oh man are you in for a treat. Megan brings out the big guns to keep you entertained and on the edge of your seat.
Once you start, you just can't stop. So grab your snacks and buckle up for one hellva of a ride.
