I got his cookbook for free on Kindle to see if the recipes appealed. After looking through it, I found several that I wanted to try so I purchased a printed book. Some of the recipes seem more complicated than necessary
when adding the sous vide step but what I have cooked was yummy.

you did not know your sous vide could do all this.

This is the perfect book to get with your sous vide, if even just for the awesome cooking time charts at the back. I am using my sous vide more than ever and loving it.
