The Fallen are gone. The world is at peace. But the belief that the danger they pose has vanished is only an illusion.
For the last seven years Delaney McPhearson has led a quiet life. She’s used her notoriety to start charitable works across the globe.
Yet her world remains unsettled.
Max’s prophesy for the future lays heavily on her mind. She’s kept that message of a violent showdown from her friends and family, wanting them to enjoy the peace they’ve so painfully earned. For Laney though, each moment of joy is accompanied by a ticking clock counting down.
And now the ticking has stopped. An old enemy returns and is trying to turn back the clock to a time when the Fallen had their powers. Laney must jump into the fight again. But after so much time, is she still up to the task?

Brilliant way to reignite a series. The chapters seem at once familiar and yet not. The plot original and beyond creative. I simply cannot wait to see where this goes, and am so grateful it won’t be long. If you’ve never read the Belgian series you need to hop on now. These books are just incredible.
I thought this book was really great. I've thoroughly enjoyed all of the belial books. It's been quite a while since I've read the last belial book. My memory isn't what it used to be. I would recommend re-reading it as this book refers to situations that happened in Egypt that I just don't remember. It makes the references a little confusing. I mostly just let it go and enjoyed the book for the current story.
I’ve missed Laney and company. A few years have passed since the fallen lost their powers. Now an old enemy is trying to bring them back. He will try to kill her now and in the past. Laney will see what she had and lost, poor little Laney… Can’t wait to read the next book.
No surprise at all but this book is just as addicting as her previous Belial series. I’m so glad shes spinning off a series set a few years later since these characters and this series is one of my two favorites of all time.
A welcome return to the Belia! Series. A fascinating read. The use of the name Damien have me chills. I read the book through in three afternoons. Keep them coming.Otherwise would
I loved the Belgian series and the new series is as exciting as the first. I can't wait for January and the next installment. Thank you R.D. Brady for continuing this story. If you love action, adventure, and an incredible plot this series is for you.
Author Mrs. Brady has done it again, a great beginning to the next Belial series, once you start you can't put it down. Moving, exciting, full of surprises, a great read, very impressive.
Featuring the same cast of characters but with new twists and turns from time travel, to Nazi technology to possibly more Belial stones floating around....this promises to be another pulse pounding series!
I’m so happy to be back in the Belial universe! Just as Laney McPhearson thinks she’s done kicking Fallen butt, she’s dragged back (in). I’m so about this new series! If you haven’t started it, go back to the beginning and make it so!
If you read the Belial series, you owe it to yourself to grab on to the Belial Rebirth. I had trouble putting it down and ended up reading it in one day. Simply outstanding.
I have followed this series from the beginning. It is still as vibrant as the series began. These characters have become so real and consistent. Love these stories.
After reading the original series, this book was one I was looking forward to reading and it didn’t disappoint. Just wasn’t long enough but I throughly enjoyed it.
It’s the second time I’ve read this series and I keep picking up on details I’d missed last time. It’s a brilliant series, pulls you in and doesn’t let go.
