The final installment in the Gods and Demons series!
Stolen by the gods. Pressured to change fate and grant wishes. One thing Troya can say with absolute certainty…she’ll never complain about life being boring ever again.
Trapped in the god realm with her scheming father and a psychotic chaos demon, Troya is forced to come to grips with her own doubts, insecurities, and lacking self-confidence in order to wield magic that is contingent on belief. Saddled with absurd and dangerous powers she never wanted and can’t control, it’s up to Troya to embrace her destiny, bring together the men she loves, and save the world…even if it destroys her and everyone she loves in the process.
*The Gods and Demons series is a spin off from the Gesa’s Menagerie series. While it can be read on its own, reading the Menagerie series first will provide more depth to the world and characters and is strongly recommended.
Sometimes our greatest strengths come from our deepest challenges. I write magic and romance, starring a cast of creatures with feathers, fins, and teeth. My books include paranormal romance, urban fantasy, and fantasy romance--with the occasional steampunk or alien story thrown in just for kicks. My pan heart firmly believes love is love, so you'll see straight, LGBTQIA, monogamous, reverse harem, and poly relationships in my work. My favorite theme is overcoming our inner demons and the insecurities that hold us back. I also advocate for self-development and mental health and dabble in non-fiction as time allows. I love the outdoors and still hope to be abducted by fae! (I may have more in common with my characters than I care to admit.)
I love to hear from readers!

Yet another book full of self-confidence issues, especially on the part of Troya and Orion. I thought we got past that in the previous book, but we are back to cycling through the same internal fight page after page. Yes, everyone else is super supportive and telling them to believe in themselves, but yes, they also don't think they're worth it blah blah blah.
I really haven't liked Troya as a character the whole series and don't think that she really deserved Derek's devotion. He goes above and beyond for her, and she continues to sulk like a child. ugh.
The way that Troya's divine family issues were resolved was rather anticlimactic, and her newfound ability was too much of a deux ex machina plot device. There wasn't an actual battle and defeat with her family, just
This is the final book in this series and it has a lot of ground to cover. We start with Troya being trapped in the god realm by her father. She’s separated from the people she loves and she’s scared and alone, unable to trust in her ability to control her power, that she’s only just remembered that she has. She never truly understood her own power and now the gods are all demanding she use it, for their benefit.
In order to escape back to Earth she needs a lot of help and she also needs to understand and believe in her own power in order to keep humanity and the supernaturals free of the influence of the gods.
This book is as much a book about self belief and self acceptance as it is about romance and defeating the enemy. It is only through the power of belief in one's own abilities can we trust that others accept us and can believe in us too. It’s not done in an overblown way, but the messages are still really clear. The book is also about the romance, and the really, really hot sex!
I’m sad to see the end of this series, which started so long ago with Gesa and her menagerie (Gesa's Menagerie: Volume 1). I will miss them all, but can at least finish the series with a smile on my face for their future happiness.
It's good, but not as good as previous books. Troya is self doubting while also being selfish a lot. Not enough of progress with Orion in my opinion. The epilogue was nice though.
What an epic ending!! There aren’t wonderful enough words to describe how full and happy and sated this series made me feel. I laughed, I cried, I raged, I had to take a break for a cold shower, and I I squeeze my kindle so hard at the end there that I think I pushed my real human love for this series into a sentient electronic device. As the final book in the series, there was a lot of ground to cover, and it was so well done and there was so much delicious mm-mmm spice going on too. Such a great series, what an epic conclusion, and I am so happy with the ending and epilogue. Simply the best!
Got to say being a curvy woman myself I loved that the MF character was not like most other books. She was very relatable and sure she had moments of self doubt but she owned it, loved her body, and overcame doubts to fully believe in herself and the love the men in her harem gave her. Really enjoyed everyone’s growth throughout especially Orion’s. A great read and highly recommended this series.
I am so in love with Kaye Draper's stories. Every time I fall in love with all of the different characters. I really enjoyed reading Troya's story and I love that the characters from Gesa's story are still involved. Derek, Rhys, Chike, and Orion are amazing men with strength and honor. I'm glad that they are all attracted to each other.
Alright I'll admit it, I love Orion! I have probably loved him since he had to stay with Gesa, while he was laid off, because of the mess from Gesa's first book. I also really enjoyed Demons, Danger, and Demigods! Troya and Derek for the win!
This spinoff was just as good as the main series. I think I even enjoyed it more. Got to say even though Derek White (demon) was hated by all I was rooting for him the whole time.
This book is wonderful and sexy. The message is the best! Accept yourself. Accept others. Give love and be loved because we are worth it. In whatever form that may take.
I just discovered this author and c have CONSUMED two complete series already! Love her books! Smart intricate world building with great insight into human nature and the power of love. And of course the steamy sex is fabulous!
I loved the world that Kaye Draper created with Gesa and her pride and I was so glad to read this series as well with more stories of everyone, I really hope to see more stories in this story universe! I’m not sure which series I love more but they’re both great. :)
