When he falls, he falls hard and deep. She literally drives away from every relationship she's ever had. Can Ward somehow get Dot to stay this Christmas?
Ward Glover is now the foreman at Shiloh Ridge Ranch. He loves his new job, though he's over a lot more at a shallower depth. He's been on the fence with diving back into the dating pool, but when Santa drops a beautiful woman straight into his front yard on Christmas Eve, Ward sits up and takes notice.
Dorothy Crockett owns and operates a landscaping and design company in Three Rivers. When she's not ordering new textiles and paint colors for people's homes, she's driving a truck to deliver the decorative rocks, bark, or dirt customers have ordered. Dot's been burned so many times by cowboys, and she's decided to forget about men and cultivate a relationship between her and Brutus, her big, noisy dump truck.
When she delivers a load of gravel to Shiloh Ridge Ranch and gets stranded for the holidays, Dot is smitten by the ranch foreman...who has the same name as her ex-fiancé. She's resistant to Ward's good looks, charms, and advances, but her defenses are useless against a man as charismatic as him. As they spend Christmas together, Dot hopes she's not giving him her heart to crush.
Can Ward handle Dot's heart with care? Or will she leave him in the dust when she drives away once the holidays end?

One of the things I’ve learned while reading about the residents of Shiloh Ridge, is that my heart breaks every time a member of this family is hurting. With as many members as there are, that means my poor heart spends a lot of time in pain while reading this series. There’s a lot going on in this book, and much of it forces Ward and Dot to spend time with one another and really get to know each other, without the social masks and preconceived notions. I found that I fell in love with them as they fell together. And the tidbits and teasers of the future Glover stories that are hinted at in this book, make me very excited to see what’s coming next. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
The Delivery of Decor is an extremely emotional story of up and down relationships between some of the cowboys of the Glover family. The main relationship coming to life finally was Dot and Ward. An unpredictable severe blizzard situation hit on Christmas Eve but was worst up in the hills. Dot had not knew it was going to be so bad until she was almost to Shiloh Ridge. She had just arrived to Shiloh Ridge Ranch to deliver a load of gravel but the blizzard kept her at Ward's home for nearly a week due to the landslide. The next cowboy that was trying to get his love life going again was Judge. He seen on Facebook a post about Lucy Mae finishing school a year earlier than normal. He thought that would give him a chance with June as she had made the comment she didn't want to date till her daughter was grown. So on that Christmas morning Judge talks to June and congratulated Lucy May and as they were talking June admits she would be willing to go out with Judge for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Judge felt his prayer was being answered. The final cowboy that was ready for love was Mister. He had been friends with Libby for most of their lives but, he was ready for more than friendship with her. When Libby and her sister Mildred showed up the day all the ranchers had came to Shiloh Ridge Ranch to help dig out the driveway from the landslide, Mister asked Libby to go to breakfast with him. She refused and made Mister really made the way she told him. When He goes to their home the day before New Years Eve to talk to Libby and invite them to the party at Big Blue, he even tells Libby he wants more than friendship. He tells her He loves her. She refused to go on a date before the party and date him, but tells him he can come and pick her and Mildred up for the party. If that wasn't bad enough, she ripped his heart out at the party after they danced close and went off to themselves she tells him the only reason he wants to date her is the fact that she said something to Preacher about liking Mister and that had been a year ago! Mister tells her he has asked her to several things and she has turned him down each time. She sees Judge and gets him to take her and her sister home early from the party.
Handsome Ward Glover, the main male character, is no stranger to readers of this series. He is smart and multi-talented. He is also hard-working and dependable and he expects the same of others. One of his strongest attributes is his desire to nurture, to care for, and as he puts it—to dote on the ones that he loves. It was fun to see Ward finally have a breakthrough with Dorothy (aka Dot) who aggravated Ward in earlier books and snubbed his attempts to be friendly. I love the way the author focuses on one of the Glover family members in each book but she brings us up to date on all the others because their lives are all related. The Delivery of Decor was romantic, easy to read, and kept me interested. I highly recommend it! I was entrusted with a copy of this book by the author and this is my voluntary and honest review.
Ward has been trying for months to get the right kind gravel for the Ranch's roads, from Dot's landscaping company. Does Shiloh Ridge finally get their Gravel? Dot and Ward are drawn to each other, but can they each overcome the obstacles in the way of a 💗 relationship? How does God use Dot's Diabetes, Ward's musical talent, and their families and friends, in this Novel? I Highly Recommend You 📖 Liz Isaacson's Engrossing, Inspirational, and Action Filled, Western, Christian Romance, "The Delivery of Decor", to find out how Dot and Ward make it to their Forever 💞. ❤️ed 📖 this 💎 of a Story! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Favorite series with my favorite family of sexy cowboys!!! This is a clean love story and so much more. This revolves around the lives and loves of the Glover family. It has such character development with a couple of main characters in each story but the secondary characters are numerous and play vital roles. The plot is unique and and the challenges to the relationships feels real. I found it easy to become immersed in this story. Not wanting to put it down. I’m thrilled that it is a series because I definitely want more. But it is really not a standalone. These stories build on each other and should really be read in order. I think it would be confusing and off putting to jump around. They build one upon the next including all members of the family. The story line is rich and you can picture the ranch and town easily with all the details. This is a clean Christian romance with some kissing but in my opinion would be suitable for all ages. Especially if you love you a handsome, modest, rich cowboy.

I loved this clean romantic story between Dot and Ward. The relationship had its ups and downs, and then 1 day Dot delivers stone to the Shiloh Ridge Ranch and gets snowed in. I liked that they weren't a "perfect" couple--both had insecurities and hurts of past relationships; both had secrets. While snowed in they see each other at their worst--Dot rescues Ward from freezing to death, and Ward is ever by Dot's side as she battles a diabetic near-coma, and let the romance continue! Lots of babies, a wedding, and family interactions--not always agreeable, but this family knows how to come together when there's a need. I highly recommend this fun read! I received a complimentary ARC of this book and have given my honest opinion in this review.
Ward has had feelings for Dot for a long time but she wants nothing to do with him. She finds him arrogant and high-handed. When a natural disaster cuts off the ranch road from the town, she gets stranded with him. What better time to get to know someone when you are physically isolated from the rest of the country. She is overwhelmed with the size of his family that loves to be in each other’s business. They are getting along until a health crisis puts them at odds again. Will he be able to convince her to take a chance on him? Very well written and we are getting a sneak peek into the trials and tribulations of Mister and Judge. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book
Dot and Ward's story is my new favorite I say that about each one, but these Glovers are so wonderful. I love how we get to see updates from other series too. NOW don't worry if you have not read them, you won't be lost, but seriously go read them!! I love the caught in the snow storm story line, and I love how each Glover has a very unique personality and story. Ward is the foreman and he has had his eye on Dot for a while, they both have some issues to work through and it is a GREAT ride through those issues and I am loving everything about these books. If you love clean romance and cowboys this is for SURE the series for you. This newest installment does not disappoint, and you wont be sorry for this purchaser!!
The Shiloh Ridge Ranch Series is more than just a series of books about a bunch of cowboy romances- it is a journal of the whole family. Each book is interwoven, told from all of the Grover brothers's perspectives. It is hard to know where one story ends and another begins. These books all address different difficulties the family goes through while maintaining their hope and optimism- their faith in Christ.
This series by Liz Isaacson is such a fun read. All of them Christmas stories that talk about hope and finding something better within their situation. Isaacson manages to do this without being overwhelming with religion or too preachy. The story is enjoyable and a sweet romance with the regular misunderstandings and mishaps that make it a good love story.
Romance blossoms in a snow storm! Ward has been interested in Dot for some time but she doesn’t seem interested. Sparks always seem to fly when they are together and a sudden snow storm gives them plenty of time to explore their feelings. You will love all the Glover’s at Shiloh Ridge Ranch and it is great to catch up with all of them in this new book in the Christmas at Shiloh Ridge Ranch series. These characters are older and the Glover’s have the normal family hang ups but also the love and commitment that comes from their faith in God, each other and their legacy. Don’t miss this latest clean, inspirational romance from Liz Isaacson!
The latest book in this series is about Ward and Dot. Even though they are the focus of the book, all the Glovers make an appearance. There is a wind storm and Dot is stranded at Shiloh Ridge Ranch. They spend several days together but when the way is clear Dot takes off to town, while Ward wonders what went wrong. It’s nice to catch up with the Glovers, but also the Walker brothers make an appearance too. Loved this book, Liz Isaacson really knows how to weave a story and keep the reader interested. Can’t wait for the next book.
I was given this advanced copy for free, and am leaving this review voluntarily.
The billionaire Glovers sure have relationship problems! Ward is still trying to take care of everyone in his family but was unsure what to do about his attraction to Dorothy, owner of From the Ground Up! I always enjoy all of the relationships between the Glover cowboys, their sisters and all of the spouses and how they all end up working together. The Delivery of Decor involves a landslide which blocks the main road onto the Glover property! If you would enjoy a book involving a large wealthy family who have been taught to serve others, you will not want to miss The Delivery of Decor! I received a complimentary e-book from the author Liz Isaacson. This is my honest opinion.
Dot owns a landscaping company. Ward works and the family business like all of the.other Glover males. They had dated previously but she has been dodging his phone calls. He in it's her to the family New Years Eve get together and she gets snowed in at Ward's house. He goes out trying to get gas from one of the .out buildings and when Dot realizes he has been shine longer than necessary. She bundles up then goes out and finds him holding onto an old swing set and turning blue.
They have the chemistry, like the rest of the Glover men and their wives have, but Dot has what she thinks is a reason to ignore it.
Another great addition in this series. I really loved seeing Ward and Dots hearts exposed. I love that she is a bit of a rough and tumble gal, and not a frilly girly girl. There’s nothing wrong with either one of those. It’s just nice to see someone who was not typical female character, and to see her struggle a bit with it. I think that was a very valid part of her character.
As I mentioned before, I love that Liz includes chapters that focus on other characters besides the main ones in the current book. This health keeps a continuity and flow from story to story and builds for upcoming books in the series.
I’m looking forward to reading judge in June story but my heart is just pounding for Mister and Libby and for Etta. I think those books are gonna be very emotional reads.
This was one of my favorites in the series. Lots of action - blizzards, landslides, more babies being born. Cowboy Ward longs after Dot who owns a local landscaping business. At first she sees him as overbearing, but later sees his good qualities. She has diabetes and gets snowed in with Ward and only has a one day supply. He almost freezes to death trying to get to more gas for the generator and she rescues him. Many ups and downs, but will they find they can't live without one another? I received an ARC of this book and I am giving a honest review.
I love that this book is about a woman with diabetes and the problems that come with high and low blood sugar levels. I also love the facet that Ward did some research for foods diabetics could eat and also that a couple of his family also did research especially when Dot had a low blood sugar reaction and then a high blood sugar reaction in the same day. Will Dot get over being embarrassed because of her diabetes and realize that she doesn't need to be embarrassed? Will Ward convince her that he doesn't care that she has diabetes and loves her anyway?
I had an Advance Readers Copy of this book, but this is my voluntary and honest opinion. With each new book in this series, I keep thinking how can the last book be topped, but Liz Isaacson keeps doing it! I really enjoyed this book and all the twists in fate and in the relationship between Dot and Ward. I also enjoy all the other characters and how she keeps developing their lives as well. The themes of feeling inadequate, and not being appreciated are part of the plot of this book, as well as the challenges of diabetes. Great work, Liz!
I received an arc and the views and opinions are my own. This book is about family. It is Dot’s and Ward’s story but the whole family is involved including Dot’s family. You find out Dot is a diabetic and has an episode while staying with Ward. That part was scary and nerve racking. So glad things turned out so well. There is also a surprise wedding and the start of two new love stories. An excellent read that makes you feel like you are part of the family and I enjoyed learning more about each of the characters l recommend this book and series to all.
I absolutely loved this book. Ward finally gets Dot to go out with him again, but can he overcome her indecisiveness of her feelings towards him. These are great characters as are all the residents of Shiloh Ridge Ranch. I love that we get to catch up with all the other family members and friends. Liz Isaacson writes wonderful, clean, inspiring romances with characters that you will fall in love with. I received a free copy of this book and this is my voluntary, honest review.
Ward has been trying to contact Dot, not only about some gravel he wants for the ranch but he wants to go out with her. Dot doesn't want to mix business with pleasure, and later on she explains why. Ward has issues about his name, and what he feels is the lack of a nickname, he thinks that he's not as good as his brothers but Dot tries to persuade him differently. It was great to catch up with the other Glovers and hear about the new babies. Another great read in the series from Liz.
What a lovely story! Ward Glover has been trying to catch Dot’s eye for quite a while. When they are caught in a big snowstorm the two of them are alone in his house. There are plenty rooms, a big fireplace and food to eat. There are some pretty hard problems, and they both have to work on their parts of the problems. This has been one of my favorites in this series, and I’m so happy there will be more! (I received an advance readers copy from the author. This review is my own opinion.)
This is another story about the wonderful Glover family. They live in Shiloh Ranch. The cousins grew up working on the family ranch. This is about Ward Glover and Dorothy Crockett's courtship. I love the closeness of the family. The families go to church together and pray together. They help with lifting up and helping everyone . I received an ARC of this book and I highly recommend reading this book.
Dot get stranded by a snow blizzard at the Shiloh Ridge Ranch while delivering a truck load for her landscaping and design company. Ward is the foreman at the ranch and rescues her and helps her through a medical emergency. They neither one are looking for romance having been burned before but these two can not fight the attraction they feel for each other. This is well written and loved the characters which were perfect for each other.
Ward is a great character, and so is Dot. All the women tend to have masculine careers and the men are all of course cowboys. Ward is steady and strong and has been watching everyone in his family find someone but he hasn’t yet. He carries a torch for Dot and has been trying to date her for a while.
We never did find out why Ward doesn’t have a nickname like the rest of his brothers and cousins, that was disappointing, and would have been a big boost to his story.
I love this series with these Texas cowboys, the women they love and all the issues they bring to the relationships with them. I love how the author brings real life and real obstacles to overcome into these romances. There are health issues, personal feelings of inadequacy, sibling rivalries, natural disasters and other dynamics that must be overcome before we get the happy ending. Thank goodness the happy ending does show up.
Liz Isaacson has done it again! I thoroughly enjoyed reading about Ward and Dot and their developing relationship. They discovered things about themselves and each other that helped them move forward. A wonderful story I highly recommend. I received an advance copy in exchange for an honest review.
What a great story! I love the Glover family. Ward would love to get Dot’s attention yet she has sworn of dating until her daughter graduates high school. I do not want to spoil anything so I will be very vague; something big happens out at the Glover farm that has the whole family rallying to help out. We also find out that Dot is a diabetic.
Ward is definitely interested in Dorothy Crockett. He is always trying to get her attention and always orders the gravel for all the needs of Shiloh Ridge Ranch.
Dot definitely feels the pull towards Ward Glover, but he has the exact same name as her ex, and that terrifies her.
Can Ward convince her to trust him or will she run away?~
Love this series! Can't wait for the rest of the books! Everyone has had its own unique story in the middle of this great big family. Love the different and interesting occupations the new people have! And the special characteristics of each individual. The stories just flow!
