My sexy dominant dryad boyfriend wants to use me at a BDSM club, in the kinkiest, most sadistic scene he can think of. He says it's the only way to convince a rogue demon of unimaginable power to join our side. I think he just wants to hear me scream with helpless frustration as I'm trapped in his stinging vines. With the fate of our city hanging in the balance, am I ready for a night where my darkest masochistic desires are brought to life?

One of my favourite quotes of the year:
Last year me was so hetero, he felt threatened by big vegetables
NSFW infos: - dryad dom - college student sub fell in love via kinky vegetable sex in Vines and Tendrils by M. Syrinx
This story is both a sequel to Vines & Tendrils as well as the Dark Dryad series, and I highly recommend reading both before delving into this one as it'd be confusing otherwise.
I love how M. Syrinx writes unresolved, frustrated tension. That being said, this feels very much like a "middle book" as it both connects the two different series and leads toward the (hopefully to be published soon) grand finale.
EDIT: Re-read January 2025:
Reread it in preparation for finally continuing the series. It held up well.
Apparently, I read too much, because I figured it out and the sheer validation I’m feeling right now is EVERYTHING. I cannot WAIT to keep going. I am DESPERATE for the next installment. I thought this was only going to be a trilogy, but I was mistaken, and that’s okay. It’s all okay. Read it and you’ll understand. Same thing as always, the only reason this isn’t full stars is because of editing.
