Fuse
Being who I am, most people, not a member of the club, assume I got my road name for being able to fix shit and my brains. What I’m really known for is my short fuse. Being a part of the Inferno’s Clutch MC, I handle shit for the club that could easily put me behind bars for years. I also go to fights to release the aggression that builds within me.
When she entered my life, I realized quickly she can anger me in ways not many can. It makes me despise the way I’m attracted to her. She’s nothing I normally go for. Worst of all, I hate that I have to bring her close to me in order to protect her from whoever’s after her.
Will I be able to control my temper? Or even be able to hold back the temptation to make her mine?

This might read as a rant more than a review, but I have had enough of this series. I am probably just saying that right now because I just finished Fuse's Hold. It's a good thing this was on Kindle Unlimited, as I would have probably returned it if I had purchased the book. I never ever ever do that, but this has just made me angry.

Lyrica was first introduced in Axel's Promise, which is book 4 of the Inferno's Clutch MC. She's Faith's roommate, and when Axel moves his family back to Louisiana, Lyrica goes with. On the trip back, it's Fuse's job to make sure she stays out of trouble, but all they do is bicker with one another. You know the sparks are flying, but they're too busy nit picking to realize what's really going on. That is until Lyrica sacrifices herself. That's when Fuse realizes just what he lost, and he'll do everything in his power to get his woman back. Too bad this book reads like a walking talking billboard for the author's other works. What was the point of building them up for three books, if their story was just going to be rushed? It was very disappointing when their story had so much potential.

When I first started reading about the Inferno's Clutch, they were short reads that felt complete. I knew they fit into the author's world, but I didn't feel like I had to read everything to be able to follow along and enjoy. That's no longer the case. There's so many moving people, places, and parts, that the original story of Lyrica and Fuse is buried underneath all of that. It's one thing to mention another character or have help from another MC. However, 3/4 of the book is about other people besides the main characters. I really felt that the author was forcing her other works with the story being minimal. Then to seal the point home at the very end, there's a plot twist that's going to force you to read another author. NO! Just stop.

Together they will light the world

Fuse's Hold is the seventh book in the Inferno's Clutch MC series and is the story of Lyrica and Fuse. They have a complicated friendship that goes been love and hate. They both are really attracted to each other but Fuse has kept his distance and not been really nice in the way he has done it. When Lyrica is taken it is Fuse who finally realizes just what she means to him and exactly how he feels. He will stop at nothing to find her and bring her back as his old lady.
As with the previous books in this series there is an overarching story-line and character crossover which from my POV means you really need to read this series in order. There are also triggers so be warned. This story was nicely done but I felt it was a bit rushed and seemed to be leading into future books instead of concentrating more on Lyrica and Fuse's story. But it was still a nice read that packed some emotional punches.

I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

O.M.G….I love E.C. Land. She outdid herself with Fuse’s Hold. I am so happy that Fuse and Lyrica is on their way to a HEA. Fuse’s Hold has all of my favorite elements like twists, turns, things going sideways, surprises, revelations, emotions, and lots and lots of heart🔥💥🔥! E.C is one of my favorite authors because she creates characters that are full of characteristics that are easy to relate to and have a lot of depth. You (readers) can definitely empathize with and they have a history that shaped them which may not be all sunshine and roses but makes them more realistic. When I read any book from E.C I end up laughing, crying, getting frustrated, get mad, feel happy, and definitely feel anticipation for the next book. While I can’t wait for Nora’s Outrage I have to say that I will be anxiously awaiting Lyrica”s Lasting. I am happy to say that the character that shows up to the clubhouse at the end of Fuse’s Hold is one I have read about in Rae B. Lake’s Wings of Diablo Series and I love how E.C. included him to show readers how small or large (depending how you (readers) want to look at it). Highly recommend Fuse’s Hold and the DRMC, Inferno’s Clutch MC, DRMC Originals, DMRC Southeast (new), and any of her other books. My favorite series though is all of her MC stories as they just get to me. Hoping you will love Fuse’s Hold as much as I do.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Fuse's Hold in part of the Inferno's Clutch series by E.C. Land. There is a lot going on in these books. I love that the action is non stop and the romance is off the charts. I definitely recommend to read the whole series as well as the DRMC and the DeLancy Brothers Crime Family series. The characters interact as well as provide background.

Fuse and Lyrica have an incredible romance, lots of chemistry. That being said their romance has not been a smooth one. We have been following their journey for a while and am glad they finally express their feelings to each other. This book comes with trigger warnings-take them seriously. The men of the MC are scary men but their loyalty to each other and those they love softens the blow of their lifestyle.

The characters in this series are well developed. They all have a past and are trying to move forward. Even though it is a struggle, it is worth it. The plot has a running mystery of sorts running throughout the books. At really has me glued to find out what is going on and will the guys prevail. With each book I am pulled further into their world.

I knew going into this book I would need tissues, but I still wasn’t prepared. This is book seven in the series, and we know from previous books that Lyrica is missing but to see what she has endured through her eyes was tragic. Fuse and Lyrica’s connection seemed to have been more than I thought from scenarios mentioned in this book making the pain these two felt deeper. This was a tragically beautiful story and honestly my favorite in the series.

Although there was a lot of sadness in this book there was still love, growth and acceptance. Lyrica lived through a nightmare but with Fuse and her family at her back she began to find herself again. Fuse’s love for her was strong enough to combat any demon and as the story goes on, she embraces all of her scars and I loved it! E. C. Land is known for dark romance, but I have to say this is one of her best books as of late!

The epilogue in this book was a doozy and we make connections that have you gasping while begging for more. I cannot wait to read Dillon’s story because I know it’s going to open up a whole new series of alpha men and badass women.

I have loved all the books in this series and I particularly enjoyed this book about Lyrica and Fuse. Lyrica is finally rescued after being abducted and treated quite brutally by her captors. I loved Fuse’s patience with Lyrica knowing that she wasn’t ready for them to go full steam ahead with their relationship but at the same time he was still a strong alpha male that would not stop at anything to protect his woman. During Lyrica’s absence Fuse has changed his ways and he realised that Lyrica was definitely the woman for him. Another awesome book which has so many great and tender moments but also has the drama that we are accustomed to in this MC series. Definitely recommend this series and eagerly awaiting the next book.

Once again we are with the Inferno Clutch Mc and we have swung around and are finally getting Lyrica and Fuse's story This first started brewing a few books back but Fuse is fighting it all the way including waving bunnies in front of Lyrica's nose But when she sacrifices herself to save Tyre's little girl Fuse is all in on getting her back and as we all know that name comes from the fact that he has a very short fuse one that gets even shorter when he finally admits to himself that he wants Lyrica. If I had any criticism about this series it is that there are so many characters and they are in each book so sometimes you can actually lose the main characters but it isn't a problem if you read the entire series

HEARTBREAKING YET BEAUTIFUL

Lyric and Fuse take you on a very emotional, heartbreaking, intense, beautiful read. From the very beginning to the end this story grabs ahold and don't let. After being kidnapped, abused and left for Lyric must find away to survive what she has been thur so she can move on. Fuse has been searching for her for months and coming up empty till they catch a break, but when she is found will he be prepared for what was done to her? Will he be able to help her heal? An amazing addition to this series. I had tears in my eyes and smile by the end. These two and their book will have you on the edge of your seat and won't disappoint or let go. Can't wait for the next.

finally!!

I have waited and waited for Lyrica’s story. It was harrowing from the very beginning and my gosh did this book really pull me in more than the others!
I LOVED every single word. So much so I didn’t notice a single spelling mistake, which is saying something because this is the only book from E.C. Land that I haven’t found it full of spelling errors.

However the actual story was fantastic, it had all the heartbreaking moments that the last several books have been leading up to, it’s had every single breath held in just in case something else was coming and it had all the joy I could have wished for. I think this couple is officially my absolute favourite!

This book will have you hooked from start to end with its twist and turns. Fuse is the clubs hacker, Lyrica is friends with the old ladies. When she is taken Fuse stops at nothing to find her, when found she becomes his as he always knew she was, with his brothers he will make sure those who hurt her find out what happens to those who mess with the club and he makes sure she never feels pain again. Though these books are stand alone I do recommend that if you choose to give them a try to start at the first book in the series, each story picks up from where the last ends.

Fuse and Lyrica's story will break your heart while reading the horrors that Lyrica went through before Fuse found and rescued her. While dealing with all the trauma and abuse she endured while in captivity, Ly's emotions are all over the place, but with Fuse by her side, and with the help of some in the MC, she will slowly start to heal. Their story is an emotional trauma filled read, that is gut-wrenching, with suspense, and a real page turner. **I was gifted "Fuse's Hold" via Booksprout, leaving my review based on my reading.** 5 Stars!

If you have read the previous books in this series you know that Fuse and Lyrica meet when he helps his brother bring his woman home. There is an obvious attraction and chemistry but Fuse refuses to act on it. Lyrica wants nothing more to be Fuse's woman but he keeps pushing her away and throwing club girls in her face. When Lyrica is kidnapped along with Wren, Tyre's baby girl she sacrifices herself to keep Wren from being hurt. During the time that Lyrica is missing Fuse realizes that he wants nothing more to find Lyrica and show her his feelings for her. When they get the call she has been found he is ready to help her heal. Lyrica wants to just die she is done being strong, she has taken as much pain and brutality that she can stand...my heart broke for her. She spends her time daydreaming about Fuse rescuing her...then she is finally rescued. I love how patient Fuse is during the months following Lyrica's captivity. I love the interactions with the different characters, chapters, and different MC's that this series has. Can't wait to see what's up next.

Great book!!

Wow!! They finally find Lyrica, but she isn't the same woman she was before she was taken. She spared Wren from these men by letting them do things to her instead. Now she just wants to die. Unfortunately, Fuse isn't going to allow her. It takes quite a bit of time for her to heal from all of her injuries but when she does, Fuse finally claims Lyrica and is not letting go.

Wonderful read

Following Fuse and Ly story from several other books made me wonder if she would be ever found. The pain she endure to protect Wren broke my heart. Ly thought she was broken but with Fuse by her side she learn to live againnalong with her MC family. Learning that her twin is alive and she also has a brother will bring more people into her family. My had to learn to trust again and thank God Fuse got his head out of his ass. Great read can't want for more

3.5 stars Mmmmn so I've read this book first when I really should have started from the beginning....thats my fault....so I am a little confused with the characters at the moment so I will more than likely amend this review at a later date once I have started from the beginning!! However that being said I thought it was brilliantly written by EC Land and I'm sure once I've caught up it'll be a much better mark

Good storyline

I’ve been following the series and have read quite a few series by EC Land. One thing I get tired of seeing is the same phrase being repeated by each main character, and several times from some throughout the book. “Oh My. Um. Wow.” It really waters down the depth of which a reader feels of and for the character. Or maybe I’m just reading way too much of EC Land’s books?

Lyrica's story

The author always writes a great story and this is no exception. It is hard to read in parts though as Lyrica goes through some unimaginable things before finding her HE A. The author does post a warning about this for readers. I
The characters are well written and you want to know more, however EC Land books always tend to end on a cliffhanger, I also always wish the books were longer too.
A good read for this genre

The series is not over yet. There are.at least 3 more books to be released this year (2021). But have anyone else noticed all these MCs and Mafia's are.related one way or another? The funny thing is when it seem like a surprise. Aren't all members vetted? Especially ranked patch members? How is it a.surprise that the twins are related to the Mafia? I get why Lyrics relation to another MC is a.surprise. Hell her adoption wasn't on the up and up obviously. But why?

I must like these books as I keep coming back for more but the predictable story line from the danger, claiming the ol’ lady and the strays hitting on them while they are being ignored is getting a bit too much. I did like the change up in Tinys hope and even fuses hold and I am hoping this means they’re going to change up the storyline and layout a b it from here in out. Overall I enjoy reading more about the whole MC gang.

I have a thing about push away and disrespectful behavior, so I decided to skip all that hoopla at the beginning of this book and only read the present. Which means I adore Fuse, he’s so sweet and kind to her, caring and devoted and patient. Lyrica went through a hell I can’t even fathom, and while the reality seeker in me wishes she’d gotten help the reader in me realizes it would just take up page time.

Men can b such dicks when they r 2 chicken shit 2 admit feelings and going 2 figure out things 4 a possible future. When they finally found lyrica she is severely hurt and depressed. When she is found again can she believe or find anything 2 live 4 after abuse? Will the assholes keep hurting others or pay 4 their sins? read and find out. It was pretty good. I'm curious about her background and a few other things.

E c land did it again

Another great book from e c land and the twist at the end I didn't see coming and lucky for me I had already read and like the books. The story for fuse was a little heart breaking with the prologue and was emotional rollercoaster. I can't wait for the other books and the fact its links in with so many makes great

Finally!!! Fuse and Lyrica are together again and it is such an AMAZING story. Absolutely loved everything about this one and most especially the connection at the end with the Wings of Diablo MC (love that series!). Lyrica has been through so much and I’m so happy her and Fuse found their way. Cannot wait for the next one!!!!

A great read

This was a terrific story. Having went through a horrific tragedy, it's changed both Lyrica and Fuse, but in the end, they're finally getting their own HEA. At least for now.
I really enjoyed this book, and was happy to see that this continuous story finally found it's ending.
I would definitely recommend this book, series, and outstanding author.

Wow! Emotional roller coaster! Loved this book. Every book in this series has been awesome! EC Land is a talented writer. The trauma Lyrica experienced was beyond anything imaginable but to watch her come back as a survivor is inspiring. Fuse is alpha to the core but watching how he handles Lyrica is beautiful!

I stumbled upon this author having been on a hunt for great MC stories.

Once I started one of the books by EC I had to read them all.

I have fallen in love with each and every member who get their own stories and women. Holy hotness!

The only thing I don't like is how short the stories are but EC makes it feel like you are reading a full book.
