Highly Recommend this book! I loved it after the first chapter. It leaves you wanting to know what happens next. The detail is so amazing that it makes it easy to get lost in their world. I can not wait for book 2!

The Royal Bond written by the author Keylee C Hargis is the first book in The Bond Series. Story features a young werewolf Scarlett Madison. In the country where she lives, their lives are dictated by the Personal Status System. Scarlett's family is too poor and they are the sectors i.e. at the bottom. Since, Scarlett was hungry she stole bread and ran from the alpha police of Intelligence Pack.

To punish her, she was given a Community Service at the War Pack that has the scariest of fighters. When Scarlett was there for the Community Service, she heard that Royal Alpha King Christian is coming to visit the pack. What Scarlett didn't expected was that she will be mated to the king. Grab a copy of this book and read the further story to know what will happen next.

I always love to read stories of werewolves/witches. Storyline is intriguing and this story kept me on the edge of my seat. While reading, I was curious to find out what gonna happen next in the story. Language of the book is lucid. Cover photo is nice. I appreciate author's imagination and her smooth writing. Really enjoyed every bit of this book.

4.5 ✨ I read this book on wattpad first (I actually read most of the series) and I love it just as much as I did back then. I will say that I don’t really see much of a change except for one thing and I can’t remember how it was before just that it was different 😂. Also obviously you can’t go back in time but I felt like I really spoiled it for myself since I already know what’s gonna happen as far as the other books go (which is not the books fault it’s my fault) 😭 I can’t wait for the war bond to come out that one was my favorite since the enemies to lovers trope is my jam 😂 overall I do recommend This book but maybe after the rest of the books come out idk how Someone who just stumbled upon this book knowing nothing about it will like it especially if they had to wait for the next book ❤️

Look, I’m usually a sucker for anything with werewolves. I’ll eat up even the cheesiest plots if there’s a decent mate bond involved. But The Royal Bond? Meh. I wanted to be obsessed. I wanted to stay up way too late flipping pages. Instead, I felt like I was just going through the motions of wanting to finish it.

Scarlett, just didn’t do it for me. I kept waiting for her to get a personality that wasn’t… bland. I think I needed more back story to really get invested into her story before she met her mate. To be able to know the why, and feel passionate about the sector.

All that being said it’s a super easy read, good for a lazy day, but if you’re hoping for tension, depth, or characters that make your heart race (or break), this one might not scratch the itch.

Not bad, not amazing. Just… there.

With my love for everything werewolf I wanted to give this series a go. Not to mention the author is my best friend! The series is a rewrite that was originally written on WattPad. I went into the book knowing that. Book one of this series is very YA, but is still very enjoyable to read. Stick with this series because they only get better!

This book is extremely well written, and did such a good job of keeping the integrity of the original books but maturing its plot and character development and cliffhanger. 12/10 would recommend to a new reader for Fantasy :)

I really liked this book! It was a nice fluffy kinda romance and a good palet cleanser. This book definitely leaves you wanting more and gives a nice beginning for the start of the others books!

If your looking for a sweet werewolf romance you should immediately grab this one🫶
