__________________________________________________________________________ This isn’t high school. This is a war zone. It should be just another year for me at Spring Hill High. It’s not. It’s the first of many years…without my brother. Fighting back memories of Brady should be the most difficult thing I have to face while walking the halls of SHH. Instead, those sad reminders become the least of my worries. My brother’s best friends make sure of that. They won’t let me heal in peace. In fact, the three star football players—the ones my brother knew all his life—are determined to make me do it their way, or live through hell in the process. What they don’t understand is, I lived through my brother’s death…that means I can live through anything. Bring it, hotshots. I’m waiting. Spring Hill Blues Box Set is a complete M/F high school bully romance.
E. M. Moore is a USA Today Bestselling author of Contemporary and Paranormal Romance. She's drawn to write within the teen and college-aged years where her characters get knocked on their asses, torn inside out, and put back together again by their first loves. Whether it's in a fantastical setting where human guards protect the creatures of the night or a realistic high school backdrop where social cliques rule the halls, the emotions are the same. Dark. Twisty. Angsty. Raw.
When Erin's not writing, you can find her dreaming up vacations for her family, watching murder mystery shows, or dancing in her kitchen while she pretends to cook.

This book is 100% high school politics and drama -- even the darker side of drama. We all had that one friend whose lift fell apart -- death, drugs, car accident, injury, abuse. This book retells that story against a football team backdrop and a light love triangle.
Briar struggles to get past her brother's death and ultimately doesn't learn how to handle a similar situation. Her choices are realistic given the turmoil in her life and how hard it is to grow and learn and surpass.
DNF at 44%. I have no tolerance for characters that do things real people would never do just to move the plot forward. No mother ever would squeal with joy and pride at finding her 17-year-old son banging his dead best friend’s 16-year-old sister when she’s staying with them while her parents are out of town. Also, for the love of all that’s holy, why write spicy NA stories that center around minor teens? There’s way too much drama and significance attached to everything. They still live with their parents and will go move to college or get a job in a couple years. It’s just not that serious.
Also, the mean girl in the story is too extremely horrible. Why would the MMC date her (since middle school!!!) when she has zero redeeming qualities? It makes him look either stupid or just as bad as her.
Holy Moley! This books totally exceeded my expectations, I absolutely fell in love with Briar and all these characters. Utterly real and heartbreaking, this story will take you on one emotional journey and break your heart and then help heal it.
This a MF story and damn it is freaking brilliant, I felt the chemistry with Briar and who she ends up with right from the start and I love who it is. He isn’t one to share and has some really good J/P moments.
Bonus content...... I absolutely love Oscar’s character in Spring Hill Blues and Heights Crew and this bonus novella of what happens to him between the end of SHB and HC is everything.
All together a good read despite a couple of bumps
I had fun reading this. It wasn't the bully romance I expected. Usually I expect the mmc or fmc to be the bully but that's not what happened besides the first like 5 minutes of reading. There were bullies, but not the mmc. There was some frustrating plot devices, like the fmc being frustratingly dense(there were multiple times along the way that it was glaringly obvious that Ezra wasn't real and I kept screaming in frustration lol). It was still just mostly a fun read. It's just a high school romance with bullies. I did like both Lex and Oscar more than I liked Ried though. For that matter I liked Cade more than I liked Ried. Not that I hate Ried, I just like the others more.
I managed to make it through the first book in the first half of this collection. But getting into the second book of the collection just left me feeling “meh.” I personally don’t appreciate stories where the characters are put through so much, and can’t stand when things are drug out farther than they need to be. I feel that the stories conflicts could have been resolved in the first book, fairly easily without the need to add more conflict to fill plot for an entire other book. Just not my jam I guess.
I have never fallen in love with a character as quickly as I did with Reid. Talk about sweet, sexy alpha male with a heart of gold!! This group of friends take friendship goals to a much higher level. Their way they care about one another and look out for each other is amazing. I loved this series!! It’s a definite reread!! Highly recommended! Love E.M Moores writing and can’t wait to read more!
Overall a good read. I hated Sasha she was awful and don’t know what Reid saw in her ever but absolutely love Reid and Briar together, even though I think I might I loved her and Lex together even more! I hope Lex gets his story cause he was absolutely my favorite out of everyone!
Love the Chemistry between the two!! Even though the book tries to have them enemies to lovers at first, it’s the complete opposite. He’s been in love with her for years and never acted on it because her dead brother was his best friend. I do feel really sorry for Lex though, you could tell he really loved her too. HEA!

I laughed, cried, awwed, yelled, cried 10 more times, and then smiled so hard my face hurt ❤️ The characters in the book will reel you in and make you fall in love as they battle life after the loss of one of their own. I completely recommend this book!!
Ok, it took me quite a few chapters to get into this book, but once I started to get into it, I had to see how it ended. Its about the drama of highschoolers who have lost an important person and then try to find their bearings while maneuvering around a psychotic witch!
Amazing. Another series I have completely fallen in love with....now off to read more about Oscar 🥴🥴🥴( if you know you know, and trust me, you want to know)🥴🥴😏😏😜😜
I liked the writing style and the main and supporting characters. The story at times was very young and teen angst, not my normal genre and I don’t think I will be reading more.
I struggled with this in the beginning... I know Briar was in a dark place but I really needed her to stand up for herself a little more. Once the story turned with her romance with Reid it escalated quickly though and I was unable to put it down!
That girl needs therapy. Not these high school bozos preying on her, bullying her, and making her feel like crap because she’s mourning the loss of her dead brother. And her parents are no better. Reid is nightmare and needs to avoided at all costs. Nothing but a cheating, arrogant ,jackass.
Love a good bbf romance having only brothers myself! So needless to say THIS ONE has ALL the feels. Would have loved to see Lex and Cades stories play out too! Reid and Briar were end game goals and I overall loved the tension. Xoxo
Finished in less than 24 hours because I couldn’t put it down! I wasn’t entirely sure at the beginning because I’m not a “sports” person, but I liked it anyways.
I wholeheartedly believed that this book wouldn't live up to the hype it got on TikTok but I was pleasantly surprised that I was wrong. It has so much to offer and while high school romances aren't exactly my favorite, it still healed a little part of me that was broken from my own high school experiences.
