I hadn’t really read the blurb on the back so didn’t realise there were two stories in one, so that was a nice surprise! I love how Nora Roberts sets the scene, this is the first of her books I’ve read and I was sucked in from the start. You think the first story is good and then you read the one with Regan and Rafe and it’s fantastic! The story, the setting, the characters, definitely recommend and it’s more winters than Christmassy so go ahead and pick it up when it’s chilly!
Favourite quote 'Rafe gave some thought to beating his brother to death with the snow shovel and stealing all his cigarettes. Reminding himself it was all a matter of self-control, he leaned on the shovel, instead" Made me laugh 😸
