Awesome beyond word
As I read the book went the exercises, I realized this was more than a book. This was guided by African Goddess and ancestors as an intimation to who I really am. Thank you Abiola for allowing the Goddess energy to guide and use you!

I learned a lot from this book. I hadn’t heard about a majority of the Goddesses listed. I appreciated that for each, the author provided their background, a deeper dive on how the goddess’s energy shows up practically and/or in the author’s life, ways to connect with her, and suggested rituals.

I learned about African Goddesses that I had never heard about previously. This was very interesting, but I also came across familiar material that I had read about elsewhere. This is why I dropped a star.

I love how the author mentions we can use the energy of these goddesses to heal ourselves. I will be using the writing prompts in my journal as well.
