C.J. discovered his obsession with making up crap and writing it down at the age of 6, when he wrote his first short story, back in the days when the Cold War was still on and the only mobile devices were the wrist watch and the walkie-talkie. He's been making up crap and writing it down for fun and profit ever since.

Fun Read!

Enjoyable!

The series is getting better and better!

It’s just a fun read set in an incredible world with Hawke Lightseeker, leveling up from a mosquito to an annoying mosquito, relatively speaking. In a world with designs and plots by demons, makers, arbitrators, and the Gods.

Incredible world building and there is a glossary!

Takes the action and turns it up even higher

I loved the first two books and this book kept up the action and builds the drama. Great battle scenes highlight this series for me so far and there are some classics here. The story has some unique features for a RPG style world that I really enjoy and recommend giving it a read to experience a fresh exciting addition to the Litrpg genre.

Book three

Mistakes: This was a really good story, that would have been rated higher, but it just had to many errors that kept pulling me out of the story.

Plot: This was mainly just one big dungeon dive. A little town building at the end.

Characters: Good growth for the most part. Except for the pets, which felt rushed and forced.

Domain Building

Like the pacing of this book as it didn’t stretch things out too much and was mostly non stop action. MC made some typically stupid decisions but they were entertaining.

okay

Not a terrible read, but the novelty of the first two books has worn off. The story continues to be very simplistic and straightforward, with better than average litrpg mechanics, but it’s very 1 dimensional. If food, it’d be gas station level.

Great series

I like almost everything about series, just hate when it is over. The story can be so much in the future.

Kept me up way too late

It’s a fantastic page turner. The action never stops, and the gaming elements aren’t so distracting that it lessens the fun.

The Excitement Continues!

another great addition to the story of Hawks. More gods, Arbiters, and Makers have become interested in the Realm’s new pawn/bishop/rook (description depending on the whims of the individual!) Looking forward to the tales of Blaze Airlines and the coming convergence of multiple story lines!
