Everything that happens in this story is too easy. Or it may be because author rush through everything. I don't know. Plot is weak,events too predictable, solutions way too easy.

It is quick and nice read without any depth or development.

It took Zaedon 3 weeks to drive Cara so crazy that one minute she wanted to kill him and the next kiss him. I laughed a lot cause of these two! My favorite part was the Harvester and the tail!

I really enjoyed this book. The characters were great!

Zaedon and Cara 💖

The story of the Ketaurran warriors continue. Who wants the drezdar dead ? We still don't know but pieces of the puzzle do come together in this passionate action adventure. The last time we saw Cara she was dressed as a big and had taken down Doyle who is a mean son of a #$@#$ and as part of the plot to kill their Drezdar. Doyle placed a bounty on Cara's head so the Drezdar put Zaedon on security detail to protect her. They clash at first, Cara might be petite but she is deadly and can take care of herself. Zaedon is an elite warrior who realizes that Cara is his destined mate there is nothing her won't do to protect her. Misunderstandings happen, but for the most part they become closer and closer as they race to find Doyle before he finds them. Along the way this couple will make you smile, laugh and fall in love. A very enjoyable read. Umm looking forward to seeing what happens in the next installment💖💖

Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Once I started I could not put the book down from start to finish you just could not get enough with twists and turns hot and steamy when the ketaurran was over the humans still were not completely safe. Cara works for the rebels which is not safe so Zaedon is a bodyguard for Cara which is hard for him she is his fated mate. Worth reading.

Lots of politics and action with a solid romance thrown in.

Humans are stranded on a planet with two other sentient lifeforms, one of which was finishing up a civil war that had also affected the humans. The current ruler is searching for those that tried to poison him with a toxic substance that could kill all the Ketaurrans on the planet, while a human rogue has bounties on the rulers royal guards and four human women who helped them. These women are finding their life mates in the guard and one with the ruler.

These characters have chemistry and learn to trust and love each other. This series is really out of this world with adventure, twists/turns, romance, fated mates and love. This is book three of the Ketaurran Warrior Series. Zaedon, a Ketaurran Warrior, was immediately attracted to Cara, a human. Cara had lost her loved one to the war previously, and was hesitant to be with Zaedon. Good storyline with great character portrayal and wonderful world building. Great read!

The 1st half was not so great. Only when trouble arose & (from) Cara's friends show up did it become good.
Cara held out the longest but it was still a drugged induced love if you ask me. And the only difference between this love & the others is that Zaedon doesn't make Cara change who she is, restrict her & makes her submissive like Laria & Celeste seem to be.

This is written in first person point of view and it felt like I was listening to someone telling me their story in my head.

I liked the MMC from the start, that tail of his is cute and the FMC is one tough cookie. It's part of a series but it's still an enjoyable read on its own.

Finally Doyle is gone but they still don't know who wants Khyron dead. Zaedon had to battle even Cara herself to win her heart. She was determined to fight her feelings for Zaedon. I loved her grandparents, they were an avid supporter of the growing relationship between Cara and Zaedon.

It had taken Zaedon, the sexy Ketaurran with a gorgeous smile and teasing personality, only 3 weeks to get under Cara’s skin, where she wanted to punch him one minute and get cozy with him the next! He was an elite warrior who protected the planet’s ruler. He was someone she could definitely be interested in, but Cara’s missions were dangerous, and she didn’t want to get close to any man and risk his life – not again. But Khyron, the current drezdarr ruler who’d brought an end to the war, had ordered him to be her personal bodyguard because there was now a bounty on her head because of Doyle, a nasty mercenary, and her friends had insisted on the protection while she was home with her family to help with the harvesting. Zaedon was just another complication in her life.

Cara was a skilled mechanic and was working underneath a large Harvester when his long tail brushed against her leg. She grabbed it and shook it, hearing his groan even though she hadn’t been rough with it. When he helped her out from underneath, he said she shouldn’t touch his tail… it reacted to women, although he said he wouldn’t mind if she chose to do it again! She was surprised he was flirting and apparently attracted to her as she was to him. When he touched a power source on the Harvester with a screwdriver, he was knocked to the ground. She didn’t know how to check for a pulse or breathing, so she put her lips to his to start CPR. His arms came around her, pulling her flat against his chest, and he pressed his lips to hers, smirking since his kind were difficult to injure. When he wouldn’t get off of her, she grabbed his tail and squeezed it hard, which had him quickly snarling and rolling away from her.

From the moment he first caught her scent, Zaedon was aware Cara is his mate and he is trying to encourage her interest in him. Although she initially hadn’t wanted him there as her bodyguard and protector, his teasing personality and pleasant though frustrating disposition was hard to ignore. But danger is coming closer. Cara is strong and able to fight, but will she lose the male she is beginning to care for -- just like she had gotten Graham killed on one of their missions?

I thoroughly enjoyed this book with the teasing and banter of the main characters and lots of action and suspense that keeps the reader intrigued. Grab your copy and let the smooth-flowing story line carry you into the middle of the action. It’s actually a fun place to be!

Loved Zaedon and Cara

Zaedon has know Cara is ketiorra. Her fierce independence has kept him silent. Content, for now, as her bodyguard. Doyle has put a bounty on her as well as the vryndarr. Cara worries about the danger the bounty out her friends, family, and innocents around her in.
When a chance comes to capture Doyle, Cara volunteers. loved Zaedon and Cara's story. Fast paced, a little steamy, loved Cara's grandparents, and her friends Torrlun and Erin. Can't wait for Garyck and Sloane.

Fun fast paced story. While this is the third book in the series you could probably read this as a stand-alone, although why you would want to miss the previous books is beyond me. Cara works with the rebels and is often sent on dangerous jobs. She has now acquired a price on her head. Zaedon is assigned to guard her. He’s everything she wants when she doesn’t want to kill him but she won’t put him in danger. Zaedon has no intention of letting anything happen to her. Personally I think the books should be read in order (they are fun, fast reads). There is world building that starts earlier and you’ll have a lot better grasp of the story if you read the previous books first. I like the characters in these books. They seem “real” and deal with real issues (if you can just get by the aliens). Twists and turns will bring them together. (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).

I am taken away to a place far away each and every time I read one of Raynas books. Each book of this series that I read I get another piece to the puzzle, yet more questions and a tiny bit more impatient. Whats going to happen with Sloane and Garyak? What about Harper and the albino? Now Logan? And the new male Vaden? SO much that I know yet so much more I still want to read. I highly recommend this book.

What do you do when your life mate has a bounty on her head? Protect her as much as possible of course. Frustration and admiration is offered for Cara. She is strong, a tomboy, mechanically inclined to fix whatever machine is broke and protector of her grandparents. There is mystery and adventure in this book with great characters as the book evolves to help keep the planet war free. It doesn’t matter of the humans like the aliens but the aliens or sworn to protect the humans. Great read. HEA. Cliffhanger is to continue the story but not to linger with the couple’s conflict.

I enjoyed reading this exciting alien warrior romance, it has a well-written plot that has quite a bit of intrigue & romance in it. The characters are interesting, strong-willed & well-developed with reasonable expectations & are inclined to be confrontational at times.
There is: a elite warrior & guardian (Zaedon) is determined to claim & protect his feisty & independent human mate (Cara) who happens to have a mercenary (Doyle) who is after her head & life, memories, rebels, missions, humans, Ketaurran aliens, mercenaries, slavers, danger, threats, adventure, action, some humor, twists & turns, intrigue, suspense, mystery, secrets, distrust, attractions, insinuations, friendship, jealousy, sabotage, suspicions, complications, attacks, conflict, violence, deceit, betrayal, discovery, mild steam, contentment & a satisfying conclusion. I would recommend this book.

While I enjoyed this story (the author is new to me), it would have been enriched if I had read the other books in the series first. That said, the author was able to create a world that was easy to fall into and there was enough detail included to allow me to fill in any gaps. All of the main characters were well developed and I loved the action and intrigue as well as the romance. The romance that developed between Cara and Zaedon was a based on a mutual liking for each other that happened despite the fact that initially, Cara did not want Zaedon as a bodyguard and Zaedon knew that Cara was his mate. For me, that mutual liking and respect for each other is the best kind of love. I enjoyed this story and will look for more by this author.

This was an awesome read that I really enjoyed reading. The story and characters pulled me in form the beginning and kept my interest through the entire book. I loved Zaedon and Cara and watching them grow as a couple their chemistry was amazing. There's plenty of action, drama, danger, suspense, intrigue, adventure, fate, passion, love and a hot and steamy romance. Zaedon is to protect Cara when she goes to help her family after she's crossed a mercenary who wants her dead. She's not happy about it knowing she can protect her self and Zaedon has feelings for her knowing she is his mate and wants more. It's a must read for and fan and I can't wait to read more.

This sci-fi romance was fun and enjoyable. The hero was quite charming and cute, and I loved how his tail indicated his moods to the heroine. The heroine is an unarmed combat specialist and spy, and she and the hero had plenty of adventures and hijinks in this novel. This novel will not be super easy to follow if you haven't read the first two books in the series, so I would probably not start the series with this novel. *Spoilers* This novel introduces a new potential villain at the end with the death of the villain of the first three novels, so that is exciting! Overall, a well written, well edited read with lovely cover design.

An interesting couple.
Cara the human and Zaedon the elite warrior make an interesting couple. She has a price on her head because mercenary she crossed wants her dead and Zaedon is her bodyguard. Now she figures she does not need a bodyguard well she may be a bit wrong on that level. There is no way Zaedon is not going to be close he knows something she does not as yet. The book was full of action, adventure, and romance within a decent plot. It was written-well and had both humor and serious moments. I found it very entertaining to read. While Zaedon knows Cara is his mate, he is having trouble getting her to see him in the same way. Cara is used to dangerous missions and has a bounty on her head from her last mission where she fooled Doyle, a mercenary, that she was a boy and wreaked havoc on his operations. Zaedon has been assigned as Cara's bodyguard because of the bounty and so begins the adventures of these two. The H and h have lots of chemistry and fun dialogue getting to know each other. The book has a good balance between relationship growing and action to keep the storyline moving.
