About the author

Katrina Rasbold has provided insightful and guidance to countless individuals over the past three decades through both her life path consultations and her informative classes and workshops. She has worked with teachers all over the world, including three years of training in England and two years of practice in the Marianas Islands. She is a professional life coach who holds a PhD in Religion. She is married and she and her husband, Eric, co-authored the Bio-Universal Energy book series.

Katrina lives in the forested Eden of the High Sierras of Northern California near Tahoe. Katrina is a hermit who lives inside her beautiful mountain home, pecking away at her computer keyboard. She frequently teaches workshops on different aspects of Bio-Universal energy usage in the El Dorado, Sacramento, and Placer counties of California. She has six children, two teens at home and four who are grown up and out there loose in the world.

I love to write good reviews!

I did not come with a lot of expectations as, for me, this was a new author, and an unknown book, recommended by a friend who owns a shop.

A solid book on types of problems you will probably encounter in the field of magick, energy, spells, rituals, and healing to name a few, and the author builds into the methods of the book. It's good, cover to cover.

While I had a few disagreements on some points, as I've been in the energy work and magickal field since the world had shoulder pads on Designing Women, I get her point, and we can agree to disagree. Different methods don't cancel each other out, and I learned a lot!

I love, love, love the build into the actual practice pieces, with room in her suggestions to explore.

Great book! I will be recommending it to students, ministers, and like.

An excellent book that has a lot of great advice for those that are dealing with a witch or a person that is using magic against them. I found the author's advice to be very useful and it pertained to what I a currently experiencing. I strongly recommend to those who are dealing with chronic hexes or curses.

I picked this up as research for a story I’m writing and was pleasantly surprised to find how interesting and well-written it was. I also appreciated the author giving tips on how not to get scammed. I don’t really believe in this stuff, but it’s nice to see someone who does giving genuine advice and information from their perspective.
