Ever been rescued from a cave full of bears by a hot billionaire? I was, and let me tell you, it’s not as sexy as it sounds.

Chloe Angrov had one thing going for her: she liked to bake. And she was good at it. Having just opened her own bakery in her tiny mountain town, she knew people would flock to it as they always loved her baked treats.

But no one came.

What’s a bakery owner to do? Give up? Never. She didn’t run when her hero, the man who rescued her from bears, broke her heart. And she wouldn’t walk away now. Not even when that hero moved in down the block and seemed to be the only person enjoying her cookies.

Konrad Love was a big-city billionaire. His life was filled with excess, women, and flashy everything. Then he stumbled into a cave and helped the young woman out. Talk about an ego boost. Only it wasn’t. Not when he ended up peeing on the bear. And a few other things he did that he wanted to forget.

Now he was the laughingstock of that small town and hated by the feisty woman who saw his backside. After buying the town’s rundown inn and deciding to fix it up, he realized he didn’t know how to hammer a nail. He had to prove to her, to the town, he wasn’t crazy.

How’s the town billionaire supposed to mend a broken building while winning over the woman who hates his guts?

A Hilarious AF story with Funny incidents, Emotional tears, Confusion troubles, Love in making and A psycho after her bakery.
Loved Konrad, Chloe and all Side characters❤! DEVOURED this in 6hrs.

ARC Won in a Giveaway.
#My 1st by Elizabeth, & I'm totally going for more!

Chloe, Sweet+Sassy, is a great baker. Newly opened a bakery But no one's buying (Cue Suspense).
Konrad Love, Cute+HOT, is a billionaire (with 7 Siblings!). Bought an Inn where he was hiding for months.

These two have history. 18 months ago, he saved her from a bear in a epically Hilarious manner (See Blurb!). Later, Sparks were flying. They shared a kiss, She asked him on a Pie date. But..He disappeared.

Now he's back (more so he never left, just on low) and She hates that he abandoned her + He's Adorably awkward around Chloe, a blabbering mess..Which leads to Confusions.
His run down inn, their meet, the family dinner party, Plumbing+Hot kisses..

Soon He confesses his feelings AND the truth of why he was hiding comes out..*Her Overprotective bro*
But As their Relation starts... Her Bakery's targeted. Someone Wants it GONE.
The Town festival, the Date disaster, Burned building, Kris(Chloe's friend)'s Trouble, Chloe+Konrad Naked & feelings, The Moving in, Baking Contest, Bro says sorry..

They support eachother in their own sweet way.. But Konrad trying to keep things from Chloe (so it won't hurt her), Spelled trouble. It took her leaving to make him realise that Being true to loved ones is necessary. AND OMG then He PROVED that he DESERVED her!❤ (So brave+Sweet!)
The Fight, Contest finale & Fainting, K+C talk, Pregnancy surprise, Finding The Arsonist..
~Finally we find why her bakery was targeted!~

Cue HEA!

Love Confessed + Awesome Epilogue! (With a Fun+nostalgic proposal) *Chuckle+yay*

Btw, Will She be able to make her Bakery a success?

P.s. Konrad & Carter's Banter was entertaining! Hope we'll see more of it❤.

So funny!

4,5 stars

I hadn't realized how badly I needed this author writing until I started this book. There were light moments, really funny scenes, sweet characters and some craziness here and there.
I needed this reading.

Chloe and Konrad had rocky start. They were deeply drown in miscommuniction, pride, insecurities and also some family meddling.
But they also had deep feelings for each other, even though they tried so hard to ignore them.

They had completely opposites back grounds, but somehow they were so similar. Each one facing their own struggles, they had so much to overcome and to prove, to both themselves and others, that they were capable and more than good enough.

But after burned repeatedly for so long, aknowledging those common grounds was not an easy task, because to do so they would have to admit that they had way much more in common than they were willing to accept, and that meant being vulnerable again.

Some things are hard to deny, though, and their growing feelings is one of them.

In their own awkward, sweet, funny, adorable way, they supported each other and rooted for each other. They were partners even before they were ready to admit it.

And I must say: I loved Konrad and Carter's new found banter. I do hope we get to see more of that.

I enjoyed reading this book and how Chloe and Konrad met and how he keeps saying the wrong things to her. I was drawn in to keep reading to see how things go between them and how it ends. I recommend this book!!!!!

I knew that I was going to suffer in the best possible way from laughing stitches when I saw that a new Elizabeth Lynx novel landed on my Kindle! Reader, I am pleased to inform you that I was once again absolutely correct! Hot Dish, which is book four in the Lost & Found series, honestly had me chuckling out loud as I rooted for the characters!

I got to enjoy their camaraderie, their misery, their misunderstandings, their miscommunications, their chemistry, and all of the fun characteristics that make up who they are as individuals, and more importantly who they could be together as a pair!

Konrad and Chloe are EVERYTHING I wanted and needed them to be and more! Konrad, that says everything wrong is so endearing, even as he grumbles and impresses everyone with his big...hands! And then we have Chloe, sweet, charming, feisty Chloe! Their chemistry is sizzling, and their conversations make me chuckle out loud!

This story is a rollercoaster ride of a journey that I thoroughly enjoyed, all the twists and turns making for a super engaging and riveting story! Now, settle in, and get ready to devour it in one sitting, I know you want to!

P. S. Where can I get myself some of this delicious coffee? Seriously. With each book I crave it more and more!

P. P. S. Please tell me we get a story for Dean and Kris next?

OMG…we all know just how funny Elizabeth Lynx’s books are…but, I am telling you, this one is the WINNER! Start reading page one and you will not stop laughing for a while! Konrad Love decided to move to Lake Fire, Maine after both his sisters fell in love and moved there. He made quite the impression by rescuing Chloe and a couple of friends…. but it turned out disastrous and people in town are still laughing almost two years later. Chloe opened her dream bakery and Konrad is fixing up an old inn. The two meet up on different occasions but it always turns into something disastrous but hilarious. Finally, they get together only to have something happen to the bakery~ Now, it has become dangerous because it was set purposely. As more things continue to occur, secrets are being let out, what will be the end results? I received this as an ARC and am leaving a voluntary review.

"Ever been rescued from a cave full of bears by a hot billionaire? I was and let me tell you, its not as sexy as it sounds." 😂😂

This book is absolutely hilarious 😂😂 I could not stop laughing.

Chloe is a fiesty baker who just opened up shop in a tiny mountain town. After an unpexpected mishap, she hopes to get everything back in order.

Konrad a big city billionaire who moves to the same tiny mountain town who always has insert foot in mouth moments haha he also is the owner of a new inn thats in need of some serious TLC.

In a small town paths are bound to cross, will the past be left in the past?
Can Chloe and Konrad finally have the happiness they deserve or will they forever be frienemies?

Very good romantic comedy
4.5
I loved the encounter between Chloe and Konrad, which humiliates both of them, and which was even more difficult for Konrad to endure. The story is very romantic, with a hint of suspense, but it is also and above all, a succession of rather comical humiliations, serial errors with a lot of awkwardness, both verbal and physical, which lead to regular misunderstandings.
Lots of characters from the previous books are present, but that doesn't stop enjoying this story and on the contrary, it allows you to see them again through all their flaws (like Mica, Chloe's brother)
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book

I really enjoy a good RomCom that makes me laugh and forget the day to day troubles around me. I must say reading Hot Dish sure did the trick. The banter between Chloe and Konrad throughout the book made me smile and the outrageous situations Konrad found himself in were simply hilarious. I mean these two meet when the poor guy thinks the best way to say her from a giant Bear is to drop his drawers and pee on it for goodness sake. I don’t do spoilers but let me just say the Bear incident, which No one will let either of them forget, is the tip of the iceberg.

Hot Dish combines humor, suspense and romance into one must read storyline and is a fantastic addition to the author’s Lost and Found series. The book can be read as a stand-alone, however the characters do overlap so I suggest grabbing them all up and simply enjoying them. You won’t regret it.

2 Thumbs Up and 5+ Stars.

I have been looking forward to Chloe and Konrad's story since reading Bea and Mica's; how did he rescue her in book 3 and why did he ghost her? Well I got my answers and then some! Goodness me were there some disasters and misunderstandings in this story, at times I felt Konrad needed a warning alarm before he opened his mouth, bless him, he made me like him so much and want to step into the story and hug him at times. I thought the story was funny, a little sad, sweet, full of love, family drama and showed good friendships, it also had a touch of mystery to it. I have enjoyed reading this one and hope that Kris and Dean's story is told next, because that's a story that so needs telling. I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving an ARC.

Hot Dish is a fun laugh out loud read. If you've been keeping track of this series you have met the Love family and the Angrov family in past books. So this is now Konrad and Chloe's story. Konrad will have you laughing out loud a lot through this one with all his mishaps and the way he gets around Chloe. You feel the love and the passion between Konrad and Chloe slowly grow through out this one. Chloe is independent and stubborn. She wants to follow her dream on her own. True to Elizabeth Lynx form we get a rom com with a twist and you will just love this one. Konrad and Chloe are everything you want and more.

This book was great! Lots of laugh out loud moments.

Konrad saved Chloe from a bear cave then disappeared. Two years later, Chloe is following her dream of opening her own bakery and Konrad is back in town after buying the old inn and deciding to fix it up. They have a lot of misunderstandings and mishaps along their journey. Their feelings for each other are hard to deny though and grow steadily. A great couple and awesome catch up with past characters.

This is another winner for Elizabeth Lynx! This LOL, rom-com will have you in tears!!! Konrad saved Chloe and some friends and had a mishap that has people laughing years later. She is smart, stubborn and doesn't need anybody's help. KOnrad owns the old Inn and decides to fix it up to its former glory but soon turn into something disastrous. Can these two independent stubborn people get together???? I volunteered to review this story.

Chloe and Konrad have a rocky start. Seriously, she trips over a rock, twists her ankle all while he’s rescuing her from a bear cave. That leads to a pretty hilarious rescue where Konrad totally embarrasses himself. I enjoyed their story of one misunderstanding after another. Konrad tried so hard to show Chloe how much he wants to know her and love her that he says and does the wrong things. Chloe tried so hard to understand Konrad and his meaning behind what he says and does to the point where she talks herself into all the wrong intentions.

Konrad and Chloe meet the first time when he rescues her from a bear. Then he disappeared and she didn't know where he had gone. As the story unfolds you find out where he was hiding out and why. Now he is back in her local town and renovating an inn, just down the road from where she has opened her bakery. Will they get a second chance?

Looking forward to more books in this series.

Hot Dish

Hot Dish (Lost and Found Book 4)
Elizabeth Lynx

This author is one of my favorites. I love her style and subjects. This one had the romance, and some very funny moments, but it also sort of showcased real people. Konrad Love may be a billionaire, but that doesn't stop him from saying and doing the most inane things when he is around Chloe, and it's because he really likes her. It's like he's that awkward teenager that we have all been when our crush is around us. Chloe and Konrad met when he rescued her from a bear's cave, and boy is that story something. I love this series and how we keep learning more and more about the Love family and the siblings. If you've read other books in the series, we get to reconnect with Bea and Olivia. This book has steam, quirky moments, things that will make you laugh, and some mystery. Why is no one in town going to Chloe's newly opened bakery? People know she is a good baker, but no one is buying her food. Who is behind this? Will Chloe be able to open her heart to Konrad or will she keep to herself? Will Konrad let Chloe know he own more than just the inn in town? You need to pick this up and read it yourself to find out. I could not put this one down once I got started reading it. If you pick it up, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Thank you for another great read Eilzabeth Lynx! Can't wait for your next book!

HOT DISH by Elizabeth Lynx is book #4 in the LOST & FOUND Series. All 4 books may be read as standalone! But the wonderful characters from the first 3 books will keep showing up. I would recommend reading Book #1 first. It is CABIN FEVER. Olivia & Carter's story. She is a runaway bride who stumbles her way into a remote cabin in the mountains of Maine. Where she disturbs the reclusive life of Carter. This book is so full of funny things that the pair of extreme opposites say & do! It is still my favorite of the four. A book you will want to read again & again!

HOT DISH is the story of Chloe Angrov & Konrad Love. Chloe is on an all girl camping trip with some friends. They should have been home by now, but no one has heard from them. Seems they went hiking & got lost. So they took shelter in a cave, that just happened to have a few sleepy hibernating bear! Never fear for city slicker Konrad has hired a crew to find the lost girls. He is the one to come to the rescue of Chloe. He was doing just fine till he decided that peeing on the bear was the way to frighten him off. It was not! He still managed to carry Chloe to safety, only with his backside showing. Seems his brother-in-law had given him all kinds of “helpful” hints on how to fit into the small town of Fire Lake. Like for example: to take Chloe on a first date to the lake for a picnic. “No lake? Are you telling me that a town named Fire Lake has no lake nearby?” You won't be able to read these books without laughing!

This was my first full length story by the author and I'm giving it 3.5 stars.

Won an ARC and am posting my honest review.

The blurb sounded intriguing and quirky enough to keep me entertained. I don't think you need to read the previous books in the series to appreciate all of the characters, but it might help to understand them more.

Despite liking the story basis and the characters, there was something that I didn't completely click with. I mostly liked the personalities of Chloe and Konrad, but I felt some of the tension didn't have to happen for the story to be good. I also didn't love their reactions to different situations they found themselves in throughout the book.

Even with not loving all aspects of the book, I enjoyed it. I'll continue to read the author and will probably start with the first book in this series since I know some of the characters.

This was a fun read. I giggled and cried and smiled during this book. Chloe is wanting a bakery and making all sort of yummy treats for her town, but lack of customers is hurting her. She runs into a man that has kept her mind going back to when they met. Konrad, is everything she wanted but I guess he didn’t want her. He disappeared for 18 months and then one day is back. Chloe is confused and doesn’t always understand what he’s saying. He can’t think right when she’s around. They rehash somethings but then her bakery gets burned to the ground and she has doubts about being a baker or having a business. Things go up and down and then she doesn’t know how to talk to him. There is Love all around Maine in this story. Will they both get it together to be able to talk to each other or is it just not going to happen?

Chloe and Konrad

After reading about Tyler and his falls and man-crush, I didn't think any other guy could take his place as a favorite hero in a story. But Konrad is a lovable goof to the nth degree! Peeing at a bear. Lol! So reminiscent of that book with the shipwreck and the guy in a boat with a tiger. The fact that Konrad continues to hold his head high and be a functioning member of society speaks volumes of him as a person. Chloe is absotively posolutely blessed to be loved by him.

This book follows Konrad and Chloe. Konrad, a billionaire, rescued Chloe from a cave with a bear but in the process list his trousers and some of his dignity. He stays away from the small town Chloe lives in for a year but returns to find her. Unfortunately whenever he is near her he can’t seem to find the right words and scream things up. The book have funny moments but I never really seemed to gel with the characters hugely. An easy quick read with a HEA.

Chloe finds herself trapped by bears in a cave and Konrad comes along and saves her but the hilarious situation just starts and keeps going. These two have words going back and forth that leaves you laughing. Konrad wants to help and get Chloe to like him but the situations just keep happening and you have to wonder what will he do next. When they finally start getting closer you hope that it will all turn out okay but will it? I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

I thought this book was quirky and fun. There is a boatload of humor to be had as Chloe and Konrad's story unfolds. You can also expect plenty of emotions, sweetness, drama, tension, sparks and zaniness along the way. The characters are likable, shared great chemistry and were wonderfully imperfect. This was my very first book by this author and I was pleased, satisfied and left wanting to explore more of her work. This is my sincere, independent review.

Hot Dish
(Lost & Found, #4)
Elizabeth Lynx

Hot Dish is book in the Lost & Found series. I loved reading Chloe & Konrads story it was hilariously, easy read & hard to put down. The first time this pair meets had me rolling in laughter. I also liked that it had a little bit of suspense to the story.
The author had a little bit of everything on the story from comedy, drama, suspense & a happy ever after. I hope that she comes up with a 5th book to add to this series in the future.
