I’ve recently started doing some research about nutrition. I’ve been on so many diets and they’re never sustainable. Tbh, all they have done is help me drop weight that I inevitably gain back. I suffer from iron deficiencies. I’m starting to learn that nutrition plays a huge role in how are bodies feel and perform. I’ve decided to go vegan but I’m slowly eliminating things from my diet. I’ve already eliminated, alcohol, red meat and pork. This cookbook really helped to explore all the possibilities of vegan recipes.
