A really nice tutorial on different kinds of buttercreams and some options to use them. I need to stop getting these from the library: I have too many recipes to try. But the chocolate cookie bars and the strawberry frosting look amazing and will hopefully make their debut in my household in the new year.
Haven’t yet baked anything but 4 stars based on tips and tricks and plain down to earth writing style. Also, interesting but not over the top weird flavor combinations and flexibility.
