An extremely thoughtful approach to allowing men to comfortably take in topics they may not have thought about, but may be influencing how they interact daily with the world. Ryan provides great, yet simple structure around topics. I would recommend for late teenagers through elderly men. The exercises are reflective and enjoyable.
