A book about snot so gross your kids won't notice they're learning! What gross SN words will come out of Snobby Sonny’s nostril next? Before you turn the page, have your child make a guess. Will it actually be snot or something else? Later your child will learn about why snot is important, the meanings of our different snot colors, and proper hygiene. Just remember one thing - snot and boogers are our friends! Meet the author www.roundedspecspublishing.com
what's the different in the book: snot verses booger ... in snot there is a bit more descriptive discussion on when u might need to chat with your physician (booger is more about why u have them, etc. either or they are both fun to read or check out those illustrations) ... because when it changes color u could be sick or whatnot. not a doctor. just know from past issues with sinus infections and jazz like that. knowing your body and understanding what is going on ... telling some one who can help if you might need that is cool. no worries there. i think what is great about these works for art ... very creative. fun quirky ... being curious is okay and normal ... lighthearted. will makes you laugh.
My kids got a kick out of this book! It was silly and disgusting, easy to follow and easy to read with great illustrations. At every turn there was something gross and exciting happening and my kids had so much fun. Entertaining and great for young readers, a great addition for a children’s library. I picture my kids coming back to this book over and over again.
I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy
Received as a gift from an ARC group that I belong to, Im always on the hunt for age appro material to share on FaceTime (during pandemic) with my adult impaired son who lives in a group home.
The book started out silly, but ended up very helpful - it may be gross, but we DO need to know what colors we are spewing, and what they mean ;-)....very enjoyable!
A great way to tech your kid(s) about the day to day living. Teach about life and teach about them selves : prepare them for knowing themselves more and more everyday and make them learn more and more everyday! This is what these books teaches! Great books for school reading too !
Oh my goodness! Mark’s books make me laugh! It’s “snot” unexpected though as the silly beginning leads to a very informative (and still entertaining) ending. I can totally see kids thoroughly enjoying this book! As always, a great read!
My son loves your books! I hear him telling others about the things he has learned from reading them! Please write more. Maybe it will inspire him to be a doctor.
My 4 year old granddaughter really enjoyed this book!!!! Teaching her about her mucus and proper hygiene is great at this age . She appeared very receptive to the information and had a great time as we swiped the pages.
Loved this story. It was just gross enough to interest my 4 and 5 year olds. Also loved that it talked about different kinds of mucous and how to know when to tell your parents.

My 5 year old daughter got very familiar with snot during an illness last week and really enjoyed learning more about snot. Lots of SN words for emerging readers.
