Read book to my father who knew Manabi. Also my mother grew up in Gilroy and she also enjoyed this book.

A wonderful and fascinating story of a Manabi Hirasaki's life. From the war to the strawberry fields, a compelling tale of a man who saw every challenge as an opportunity.
