Was super unimpressed for the first half of the book because it's desperately in need of updates. (Last revision appears to be around 2001 in which Putin's leadership us recognized and Amazon's sustainability is doubted.)
Then the second half hit and was so immediately applicable to things going on in my work role right now that I turned around and used them the next day.
