Very interesting book

I would say three cheers for this book on George Washington‘s house during the Valley Forge encampment of 1777. It traces the house as it evolved from its original owners the Potts family through its current owner — the American people. Very technical and yet readable.

This is a very interesting study on the home where George Washington wintered during the revolutionary war. It is thorough and well written. I certainly learned a lot about construction of that era. It is worth your time to read.
