Loved it
So I had to wait a year, it was worth the wait. Asami and Akihito finally get some time to actually be together as they are stranded, alone, on an island.

Yet another series I can't seem to quit even though it contains many elements I typically find either questionable or deal-breakers. Sigh. This was a sweeter volume, though!

And with that I'm caught up with everything that's been officially released in English. At least until the 11th volume comes out. The bonus stories in this one were great the hallucinations and dreams. Absolutely ridiculous.
The author said she was going to bring the sexy scenes this volume and she did it was like half smut lol. It was good though. I like the direction the story is going and I like the Fei Long x Mikhail thing going on, but I also like Fei Long and Ye so I don't know what's going to happen with that. Also Tao has gotten so big! Like how much time has passed? He looks like he's in his teens now.
It looks like shit's going to go down in the next volume. It also feels like the series is reaching it's end, but also not. It's been going on for like 20 years now I think so who knows maybe it'll go one for ten more?

Asami/Takaba is among my favorite characters so of course I’ll enjoy anything the mangaka gave us (readers). That the book almost always ended when the going get interesting is something I learned to live with. LOL.

At the end of V9, Fei Long arranges to have Asami and Akihito flown to his private resort and then approaches Mikhail Arbatov, head of the Russian Mafia, to take down the Russian rebel group. Fei Long offers money, but Mikhail wants something else: Fei Long himself. Fei Long surprisingly agrees, but then they learn that Asami’s helicopter has disappeared over the ocean!
Honeymoon begins with Asami and Akihito crashed on a deserted island, with nothing to do but each other! LOL! This delightful interlude is woven through with the main plot as Fei Long has been taken by the Russian rebels, his Triad is in disarray and Mikhail discovers he knows the rebel leader. Asami’s people find the crash site soon enough, and he’s on his way back to Hong Kong. Akihito insists on coming with him and Asami agrees. They’ll face the danger together.
As has become standard, the volume ends with two cute Finder stories, one of which is the deluxe edition bonus. Both are fluffy and lightweight, but fun.

We get lots of Asami/Akihito action this time around as our boys are stranded on a tropical island. Meanwhile all the forces are gathering at a single warehouse to what looks to be a massive shoot-out - Mikhail and the Russian Mafia, Fe Long and the HK syndicate, Asami's Japanese goons, Sudo - who's side he'll end up on is anyone's guess vs the terrorist Russian splinter group led by Mikhail's perverted uncle Yuri... OMG hurry up volume 11!!!! Again the main story leaves us hanging.
The three 'fluff' bonus stories are cute but very silly - we get Akihito as a chibi vampire and a cat-boy and in the third one magic mushrooms transport our boys to France where they.... finally!!! declare their love, however of course it was all a dream.... lol.
This series is as strong at volume 10 as it was in volume 1. Great twisted story that draws you instantly into the gang ridden underworld, with some fantastic supporting characters and beautiful art.

Akihito e Asami sono dispersi, finiti su un'isola deserta ignari di quello che sta succedendo a Hong Kong. Feilong si è conceduto a Michail, ma questo lo porta ad essere preso di mira dall'organizzazione antigovernativa responsabile dell'incidente aereo di Akihito e Feilong. Il volume quindi non ha grandi fatti, sopratutto momenti piccanti e di chiarimento sull'isola tra Asami e Akihito, e poi vediamo cosa succede agli altri personaggi, in particolare Feilong, Michail e i suoi trascorsi con Jurij. Quindi abbiamo questa preparazione allo show-down che però succederà probabilmente nel prossimo volume, visto il finale di questo volume. Però è bello e come ho già detto, quando la storia si concentra sul mistery e il mondo yakuza mi piace di più anche perché ci sono storie extra ed eventuali booklet a dare quel piccante in più - anzi la storia di questo booklet è folle e l'ho adorata tantissimo ahahah!

It has taken a LOOOONG time to get to this point, but now I’m super invested and I have to wait until whenever the next volume comes out to see how this super crime syndicate-y plot ends, but I don’t know when that is. The romance is finally romantic, the crime syndicates are finally being big-time criminals, and this series has become exactly what I hoped it would be when I started way back when (the end of May).

Asami and Akihito find themselves in a deserted island and make the most of the situation. Meanwhile in Hong Kong, Fei Long and Mikhail end up in the hands of the same enemy, and he wants Asami. Everyone’s gearing for the great battle, but that’ll take place in the next volume.
Deluxe edition extras were very cute and had some wish-fulfilment stuff we probably won’t see in the actual story.

After begrudgingly accepting Fei Long’s help, Akihito and Asami are on their way to safety in Fei’s helicopter. Soon, the pair finds themselves stranded on a tropical island after the helicopter crashes out in the ocean. Now what? This tenth volume of Finder may be the best one yet. Action-packed and incredibly steamy.

I’m giving this one 4.5 stars just for the last deluxe scene alone that had me laughing out loud. If you know, you know! If not, then let me just say that Asami and Akihito probably don’t eat a lot of mushrooms

I lived this volume,it was extra smutty and Asami and Akihito grew ever closer.
Mikhail and Fei Long had a one night stand and managed to get caught by Guru's syndicate.

Sreaming! Crying! And just losing my ever loving mind!! Stranded on an island with free time to actually be human together! I mean amazing! BUT! Can we talk about the secondary couple that is appearing!!! AND THE TRAUMA!!!!!!!! Gah!!!!!!! I am so so happy with this development!!!!

Thought it to be a good volume as it anticipate to an all out war cliffhanger, but as much as I hate to be a buzz kill, I felt the bonus chapter ruined the flow. The mushroom bonus was fun, though! 🍄

Asami & Akihito’s helicopter have crashed on deserted island. Since no one is around and they have no idea when they will be rescue, they spend most of their time having sex. (Where the hell did they get lube? Oh wait… they didn’t). They finally promise to stay together, after Asami had pushed his lover away in the previous volume.
Fei Long get kidnap by a Russian terrorist group. Mikhail is working with the Chinese mafia to bring them down.
There is also a silly bonus story with magic mushrooms, hallucinations, and a wedding.
This volume had lighter themes than previous ones, for once, Akihito didn’t get kidnap!
I have been enjoying this series for years, it is a guilty pleasure.
