the idea that I could make an adorably cute, not to mention recognizable racoon, or fox, or hedgehog without stabbing myself MANY times is a fun one. If I want to do needle felting I need to start by making one of the kits I have that make a fuzzy, blobby lamb, or a fuzzy. blobby chick (or duckling) would be a better place to start. This is an ASpirational book, but, not, at the moment, INspirational
The ideas are cute and there is some good instruction at the start, but I honestly felt it was really hard to follow the actual step-by-step for each of the individual characters once we got through the visual guide for the basics. I guess I just need a bit more detail or more photos to walk me through the various animals and designs. And I know how to needle felt.
