The book is quite comprehensive in its coverage including not only the main concepts of Melanie Klein but also the like of Klein's main followers such as Hanna Segal, Herbert Rosenfeld and Wilfred Bion. This is an important book for anyone who wishes to understand psychotic conditions from a psychoanalytic perspective.
