I have to admit I was a bit disappointed. I was hoping more for a exploration of different sleep disorders and their causes. But really this more a book aimed at touching that only in the context of what to expect if you go to the doctor to deal with the a sleep problem. More here are the test, treatments, etc.

Oh, well.

Honestly this didn’t help woth my sleep issues at all. It repeated what the previous book said ad nauseum and didn’t give me much more information.

Only looking for info on sleep apnea, very small percentage here. It was helpful though.
