Fun high school romance
These young adult high school romances are fun and full of typical teenage anxiety and anticipation. It also deals with upsetting family problems that teenagers shouldn't have to deal with these days, but do.

Los personajes de Maggie Dallen siempre conquistan el corazón. Me encanta este dueto porque aún cuando maneja clichés de high school, tiene muchas cosas distintas también, como los personajes principales.
Los hermanastros cambian el status que y eso es nuevo. Hay una apuesta pero es de una parte inesperada y eso también es nuevo. Hay una porrista popular y un QB que todos envidian, pero no son crueles y tampoco con pareja... pero son elementos que hacen este dueto único.

Maggie Dallen’s characters are always lovable. I love this duet because it has High school cliches in the least cliche way ever.
How come? The main characters are a pair of stepsiblings that are not the classic popular pair. There’s a bet going on but not from the crowd we expect... also, a popular cheerleader and a handsome QB, but they are not mean. And also, are not a couple.
So many elements, so different the story.

Likable realistic characters. Clean without being overly naive. Funny plot lines without going over the top. Relatable feelings and experiences. Well written
