Two major complaints
First of all, my biggest issue is that I didn't know when I got this book that it's really just 1/3 of a book. If I'd known it going in, it might not have bothered me as much, especially since I'm reading with KU so it's not like I'm spending extra money for it. However, it has the down side of the first third of a book in that it really is just an intro to the people and situation and ends before much really happens. If you're looking for hot reverse harem action, look elsewhere because it's not here. It ends just as they're agreeing to an arrangement.
Secondly, I don't get why these guys are so into the main character. They keep telling her how amazing and special they think she is, but I'm not seeing it. Show me better, Ms Everly. Or, if you just want to tell, at least give examples other than "you, as a kid, were nice to me when i was an awkward kid."

Something about this book, I couldn't put it down!
1 star is I finished but not good, 2 stars it was okay , 3 it was good, 4 stars it had something special, and 5 stars it was amazing and unforgettable . This book had something special that made it had to put down. It's a why choose, friends to lovers, contemporary romance, and its not super spicy. Towards the end you get maybe a 1.5 on the spice scale but you can tell it will pick up in the next few books. I would forsure recommend this book and series if you need something short but yet still good. This series will be just what I need for novella November.

Awesome story.
I love the characters and the story so far it is a cliffhanger but I am sure that the rest of the series will be great. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves reverse harem romance books.

Inheriting a house and then losing her apartment
Piper inherits her grandfather's house, which needs a lot of work then she finds out her apartment building has been sold. She puts a rush on fixing the small house behind the Mansion, and moved in.
