Seven is a collection of 7 short stories with a brilliant writing style. Which story was absolutely engaging and had unexpected endings. This book contained a variety of stories ranging from creepy horror to sweet contemporary, an easy read in my opinion. The first one (The stranger) pretty much set the ground for a solid five stars rating. I was surprised with the paranormal setting and it was basically one of the best and the scariest story that I read. A few others were quite hilarious. I also like the fact that these short stories were a fragment and not those lengthy ones that are advertised as short stories these days.

I enjoyed this book a lot and it was something different. With breezy narration seven will keep you on the edge of seat. I think this book really deserves to appreciation of the readers because not very often we get to see a short story evolving into an engaging plot.

Get yourself a cup of coffee and grab this collection and start reading, I can guarantee this book will keep you hooked.

This book classifies as a flash read since it is just 23 pages. The first story was about a girl's horrific supernatural experience which was indeed scary and left me at loss of words. Within 20 pages or so , the author presents more stories which are sure to take you by surprise when you are progressing with them. The writing style is very crisp and engaging. Language is used is simple which makes the book easy to read. Do give it a try if you want something light to read in between heavy reading sessions.

Simple but unique collection of stories

This book contains seven short stories that are full of emotions. Some stories are spooky, some are sad and scary and some are humorous. The author's talent of building a suspense plot within one or two pages and the ability to conclude it within another one or two pages is praiseworthy. The book could be finished in one sitting.
Definitely recommended to everyone.

I didn't expect to like this book, but ended up completely enjoying it. As the title of the book suggests 'Seven' this book actually have seven short stories with a good amount of creepiness and twist in it. I love the endings of each one of the stories. The topics of each stories were diverse from each other. It went from ghosts to technology and from schizophrenia (it seems ,I might be wrong) to OCD. I enjoyed the variety.
.
My most favourite was the 7th short story 'The Room' from this book where a boy rents an apartment that is rumoured to be haunted. Also, I liked the 'The Stranger'. This one was really weird and super creepy. Again one more story 'In The Woods', this one gave me chills. I literally got scared.
.
I felt this little 23 pages book has the capacity to grab your attention and make you hook to the entire book with the magic in each story. All the seven stories were well-written. It was thrilling, brilliant, spine-chilling and also eldritch.
.
Definitely read it.

I picked up this book as I've already read the author's first book. The book is a collection of seven short stories each of which is scary. All of us would have encountered many such incidents in life. The author has done a good job of compiling his life experiences into a book .
The narration could have been better so as to make the book a little more interesting.

The cover and the title have been aptly chosen to suit the contents. The language is simple.

My Verdict
A nice short read

As the title suggests the book lives upto its expectation. The book depicts seven wonderful stories.

The book is short and of only 23 pages which can be read in one go or one sitting.

The book contains seven short stories written by Prashant Kaul.

Let's jump into the stories, the stories are raw and will make you cry, laugh, smile and it will definitely scare you with the reality.

The language is quiet lucid and simple which makes the stories interesting to read.

The author did not fail to express the emotions through his words, the stories are well-explained and filled with emotions and the book is based on realism.

Also, the book does not follow any particular theme. The stories are diverse and that's the inreresting part of the book.

Definitely recommended to the people who are fond of diverse reads.

Book has 7 mysterious stories claims to be true and happened in real. I personally felt 1 story unbelievable where a person claims to encountering a ghost or whatsoever.

I liked 2 of them and rest was just felt like a fictional short movies.

However if the author is new and could develop a sense of writings in Mysteries, he would surely succeed.

SEVEN” written by Prashant kaul is a collection of tales reflecting supernatural
elements brimming around the plot of one and other story.
Each of the tale has a unique circumstances to make the reader realize about the upcoming secret event to stand still infornt of him/her.
The author successfully implanted fear and thriller in the reading experience but I didn't enjoy some of the ending, as it went quite of a abrupt manner.

The book is contain of 7 short stories,
1.The Stranger - 5/5
2.That Night- 5/5
3.Berth Number - 3/5
4. In the Woods-3.5/5
5.Paw-sitive change- 3.3/5
6.The Departure- 3.8/5
7.The Room- 4/5

I want to highlight my personal two favorite story which is The Stranger and That Night. The first story revolves around Radha a thirteen years old girl from Moga,Punjab. She was experiencing something that she was not quite welcoming about, Her parents have to take help of various psychologist, to pandits and tantrics to save her daughter from a evil sprit.
The second story is about a 23 year old young girl Riddhi who works in BPO. While she was returning to home from Office with Bansilal her office's driver, she felt that Bansilal was trying to look her through the mirror. But in a while she got to know that she she was prejudiced at him and admire his bravery.

To talk about the characterisation, the lead character were found well sketched but the auxiliary one were a bit raw and not that impacting as I expected them to bravery.

A Light read that can impress the reader with it spooky and straight storyline that will entertain you till your jaw out.

:- everyone's life is full of suspense, tragedy , love , emotions and drama.
We all live a story everyday and sometimes we lead it or someone else and often the situation leads it but in all cases if we see carefully we pass each day of our by living a short story.

This book seven: true stories is a beautiful collections of seven short but very realistic and relatable stories which uses the daily emotions and happenings we encounter in our daily life.

This book does justice with it's titles and appreciably able to draw the attention of the audience with the suspense ,thrill , romantism and emotions.

(That night ) is one of my fav stories of these seven which describes the happening fear with the ridhi , a 23 yrs old working women, when her shift over, her office cab driver Bansilal, who join a week before, droped each girl to their house everyday. But today she feel bad vibe from him, but when Bansilal safely dropped her to home she get relaxed, after the action happened on the way.

And the scnd fav of mine is "the stranger"

Filling with romantism , thrill and suspense this book is a treat to the readers.

Writing style of author connects us while reading as he firlmy upholds the mystery and when to disclose it . really appreciative.

While reading this book ...reader will encounter all the emotions like love, fear, self evaluation , societal fate and all.

All in short ..this book in its jonor is very good to read.

🎭“SEVEN” written by Prashant kaul is amalgamation of Seven True Stories. This is a short coffee break pickup read. Though it is  short read with only 23 pages, it leaves you in the edges of your seats with roller coaster effect.

🎭This book is full of suspense, horror, terror, emotion, strangeness, love, humanity, humor. Each story is different in its own way. Seven short stories are written under the following titles and I'm mentioning only the jest of each story (no spoilers)

1. The Stranger : weird guy around
2. That Night : concern of a cab waala
3. Berth Number : sometimes, it’s wiser to rely on humans than technology!
4. In the Woods : spooky history
5. Paw-sitive change : love from pets
6. The Departure : witnessing the death
7. The Room : it's all in the mind

🎭Out of these seven stories In the woods, Paw-sitive change and the room is my favourite. These three stories made me laugh, love and terrified. To be honest, I did not like the first story- the stranger. I felt weired and it did not make sense. Apart from the first story, it is a perfect read.Apart from the first story, it is a perfect read.

🎭 And the point to be noted is the author has mentioned it as true stories which terrifies me further. Language is very simple and easy to read. It keeps the reader engaged each second. Narration is brilliant. Title is apt. Cover would have been made mor attractive. But still, don't judge a book by its cover. Beginners will love reading if they start their reading habit from this book.

SEVEN: True Stories
Author : Prashant Kaul

The stories are an impression of life and is a mix all things considered and articulations of life. The accounts can possibly hit the objective and take the peruse through the shadows of life and the peruse can encounter various shades of feelings communicated in the lines.

The tales are short and fresh. In spite of the length the accounts are brimming with anticipation and doesn't come up short on the component of secret.

The book is an assortment of 7 short stories,
1.The Stranger
2.That Night
3.Berth Number 5
4. In the Woods
5.Paw-sitive change
6.The Departure
7.The Room

some will send nippy vibes down your spine while others will resuscitate trust in you. I truly enjoyed the portrayal as it worked out positively for the plot of every story and keeps the peruse drew in till the last line of every story. The title for every story adds to the tension it holds.

Out of the 7 stories wrote somewhere near the creator I truly preferred, 'That Night' and 'The Room' as it touches off expectation in my brain. All the narratives were very much organized and however they were short length still there was sufficient of portrayals to adjust the extent. 'In The Woods' is the most startling of all and it's whole story line sounds so genuine.

An exceptionally fresh short read this book is.

overall, preferred for short read.

Book Review:- The author has penned down this literary work and has verily made it speak a lot more without undue verbosity and considering the length of the book merely being 23 pages, an apt explanation of the same is imperative to make. The book is a collection of 7 short stories fairly equipped with the potential of instilling varied emotions of fear, laughter, joy etc. As the first story aptly sets the stage with the title being “The Stranger” and the paranormal setting involving a girl and her frightening experiences that would surely put surely tickles the spine of the reader with ease and grace
What stands out here, is the presence of sheer variety in the entire storyline ranging from haunting experiences to technological involvement, Paranoia etc. and with the titles such as “In the Woods”, “The Room” being short and being fairly in your face when it comes to conveying requisite human emotions. In addition to all of it the author has worked on the accessibility quotient and has kept the language easy and crisp and thus makes it apt for all the sections of reader and thus this book is a must read for everyone who is willing to go upon a mental excursion in just 23 pages

Each story is a work of masterpiece that will give you a ride of roller coaster where you don't know what will happen next. I personally like the story of That night where the scene of the story is brilliantly explained and filled with the every element of surprise, horror and thrill. Author has used the words in such a way that it not only makes good story but also give you everything that how horror stories look like.

It takes less time to read the book. The stories are not the work of fiction it has happened in the real life that makes interesting to know about the reaction of the persons with whom it happened. Book is worthy to read, you can read this amazing book to read something new.

Book by Prashant Kaul is a very short read of just 23 pages. What that is attracting more is that it is told that they are true stories! Just like the title 'Seven' the book draws us towards the faith in prayers and truthfulness. It is a book compiled of seven stories happening around different people of different ages.
Some stories like 'The strangers', 'In the woods' are frightening ones because those kinds of entities that we believe don't exist comes in real life is told that it is there! Cause this book is all about true stories and experiences. And in the contrary in the last story the character does believes such kind of believes are just mind games. It is scary and funny to read throughout the book.
It is usual to commit mistake while relying on technologies for some purposes, but it is so beautifully portrayed by the author expressing how much love he has and how much he has concerns for his wife in the story 'Berth number 5'. The stories don't proves anything but it is just pure experiences of people which gives thrills for the reader. The language is simple. The book cover is scary and exciting as the stories are. Had an interesting read!

Review:-
Imagine when somebody is consistently observing you, following you, sleeping with you, you can hear him, you can sense his touch but the solely thing is you cannot see that person. Visualize seeing a ghost at midnight. Imagine that you are in a house where a girl has hanged herself and people being dubbing it as haunted. etc All these scenes have been taken place, depicting as true stories.

This book is a list of horror stories that people have undergone that are quite fearsome that will incredibly shiver you up from within. As these were true stories and being short ones one I felt a bit incomplete as I was eager to skim, what occurred next, but the alarming part that it will compel you goosebumps. A handful of scenes are quite funny as well, which I felt like giggle.

Altogether the tales were wonderful and alluring read for me. I would recommend people who adore horror must flip through this book and admire it.

A collection to seven short stories which are not just simple work of fiction but also they are 'TRUE'. This fact makes it much more exciting to read these stories. All of these stories are scary, full of mystery despite the length but still amusing at the end. Also through the stories the author has also presented different human emotions.

The tagline line of the book compelled me to read the book. The title of the book is self-explanatory given the number of the stories. Also hearing of the number seven is very intriguing as many believes that this number represents a connection to the universe.
Talking about a weird yet scary repitition of a occurrence experienced by a teenager upon hitting puberty to a panic situation of a young man basing it on a rumour he has heard from people around, this book of 24 pages will be quite a bit of experience for the reader. The stories which fascinated me the most are "In the Woods" and " The Room".

"Seven" is a collection of short stories written by Prashant kaul. It is a short read consisting of 24 pages. The stories are a bit of a scary and comprises of such elements which we don't wanna believe neither can we deny its existence and it makes the stories all the more exciting to read when the catchphrase of the book itself says 'True Stories'.
.
The first story begins with a girl who hits puberty and then she starts feeling that someone is always following her. 'The Night and Berth No-5' is a simple story. Then the story "In the woods" is about a man who is followed by a paranomal figure of a dead burnt girl who is dead is following a man in the middle of the night. Faith on God is shown where the man recites Hamuman chalisa and that weird figure disappears. And last story "The Room" is based onis based on superstitious beliefs and rumours. I liked that through the stories the author has tried to affirm that "it's all in the mind." All in all it was good book to read.

As these were true stories and being short ones one I felt a bit incomplete as I was eager to skim, what occurred next, but the alarming part that it will compel you goosebumps. A handful of scenes are quite funny as well, which I felt like giggling.
Altogether the tales were wonderful and alluring read for me. I would recommend people who adore horror must flip through this book and admire it.
