This really didn't engage me. The pacing was slow, the heroine wasn't particularly likable and the overall plot didn't really interest me. DNF.

Blair Townsend hires Scott McKay at the bachelor auction so that he could provide her nephew, Jeffery, with a good male role-model for a weekend. Naturally, the relationship between the three of them lasts more than just one weekend. Entertaining story.

An enjoyable romance with a bit of humour. The characters were likeable and showed growth by the end of the story. The nephew Jeffery was great and was a good character that was important throughout the story, not just a plot device to get the couple together. Overall, a good story.
