I'm looking for something special and something new. Sevi is a great character but his lines makes him CHEAP. Elyse didn't grow that much as a character. I can feel the love between the two, but Elyse's character development is what I am looking for. The author puts a lot of filler scenes which makes some chapters boring. The author also cuts the important scenes while not highlighting some emotional scene. Emotions and Plot Twists is boring. The story lacks of twists and revelations. emotional scenes weren't highlighted. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE AN AMAZING STORY LINES, PLEASE AVOID COPYING OR GETTING SOME LINES ON OTHER STORIES.

I've only read TRIE, SSA, and CITW as of 07/04/2020, but, for me, CITW has the heaviest plot sa University Series. Yet.
Sevi's character is really charming. From his lines to his actions. He loves too much. Elyse, on the other hand, is not just someone rich and pretty. She's more than a conyo heiress.
One thing na sobrang bet ko with how 4reuminct writes her stories is how she narrates and uses her words. It fits just right. Hindi sobrang lalim and hindi rin sobrang babaw. Just the right depth. Very vivid and you can imagine talaga. Sobrang love ko talaga how 4reuminct narrates and words her stories kasi feel mo talaga na naggo-grow ka with the characters. Parang, "ah last chapter lang college pa sila Sevi at Elyse, pero ngayon they're going to have their own condo unit na". Parang through the years, andon ka talaga with them and hindi lang siya basta-basta time skip. I also love how 4reuminct writes emotional scenes kasi talagang nakakadala. Mararamdaman mo talaga.
Ang mature ng story na 'to, lalo na 'yung conflicts and it tackled a lot of important things. Also sobrang props talaga sa details kasi mapapa-"hala oo nga noh, kaya pala" ka talaga. Or depending on how much you pay attention to details.

Okay naman yung plot. Mas naenjoy ko yung story ni Sevi kasi consistent yung personality niya from book 1 until dito sa sariling story niya, the typical, maloko at palangiting Camero. I also love how the author made Elyse childish and conyo na yayamanin and maarte. Maganda yung influence ni Sevi sa kanya, kumbaga may character development siya. Kaso medyo loophole yung about sa parents ni Sevi, like kailangan pa ba mangyari yung para lang mabalik ang relasyon ng parents niya? And medyo hindi na naexplain sa book kung paano nga ba nagkaayos yung mama at papa niya after that incident. Therefore, 3.8 stars.

"4-RAWWR-STARS!"
Another favorite from the series! I really enjoyed reading this one! I loved the story from beginning to end. The plot is really simple and you might say, predictable but it was well written, and it kept me entertained the whole time I was reading it.
And of course, we have Seve and Eli! Ugh, I loved them both! The dialogues between them cracked me up big time!

SEVI, the epitome of GREEN FLAG!!! I enjoyed reading this that I finished in two days. Couldn’t put it down. I loved being so giddy about Sevi & Elyse’s relationship. Sevi was the perfect imperfect dude, if you know what I mean. I thought Hiro was my favourite among the guys in the Uni Series but Sevirous bagged me. 5 stars just cause I enjoyed it. Can’t wait for the adaptation!

For the first time since I can remember, I tried a TagLish book again wherein I had chosen CITW.
I believed this was by far the hardest situation a couple could go through in the series compared to the first two books. I loved Sevi, however, I enjoyed those more than Elyse and Sevi’s story. Here are some points which made me conclude that:
• I felt like the author did not give justice to the scenes that must had been highlighted. For example, the couple’s hardship and the most revealing scene. The emotions are described, but not felt. Herewith is a quote, “Show, don’t tell.”
• Fast-paced scenes. I was confused how to imagine them because they would quickly switch from one to another. Because of that, I can’t feel the moments.
• Too much exclamation points. Eli’s lines in my mind were always shouting.
• Predictable revelations due to the character’s unexplainable ability to sense. It was too obvious. Sevi and Elyse had the same words in their narratives and it could had been better if the difference in their thoughts and approach were shown.
• Unending fill-in scenes. Some were not necessary, and those turned out so boring. I wanted to finish the book as soon as I could.
It was not the experience I anticipated. I guess it will take time for me to continue the series.

“sevi, my best captain, my king tiger, my engineer, i love you so much.”
i tried my best to take this slow bc i didnt want to say goodbye to sevi & eli right away but i couldnt help it so i ended up finishing it in 2 days and now i miss them already
“mahal kita at mamahalin kita sa bawat araw na lumipas.”
of all the books in the university series so far, their relationship and personalities are the most realistic. i think they are both my favorites now (although i still love kalix and hiro) but elyse is definitely my favorite univ girl i love my strong independent (spoiled) baby girl + she’s the one i can relate to the most.
i cried my eyes out countless of times especially during That cake scene and i think i wont be forgetting this story and these characs anytime soon. That really hurt me man.

this book tackled what true love really is. it’s about growth, healing, and acceptance. a love that knows no limits and a love that conquers all. i think that’s what made this book so much easier to love than the rest.
lastly, i love you sebastian vincent camero. no need for explanations. you really set the bar high, cameroar.

ANG GANDA!!! 100% god tier. Grabe legit dream guy si Sevi. Sobrang understanding tas ang galing pa mag basketball KWKSJWJZJXJ. Parehas nilang weakness yung isa't isa :()()(). Si Elyse rin, kahit maldita alam niya yung limit niya and super straightforward. Nakakatawa kasi first niya talaga sa lahat si Sevi. Super worth it basahin. Very recommended.

Etong book talaga yung favorite ko kasi sobrang nakakakilig, nakakahiya minsan dahil kay elyse, sobrang nakakaiyak kasi ang saket at sobrang maiinlove ka kasi putangina sebastian vincent camero at amora elyse ledezma ba naman yung lead.

Natutuwa ako rito hanggang sa dumating sa larawan si Yanna. Nagustuhan ko ang pangalawang libro ng seryeng ito na kwento ni Yanna, pero, sinusumpa ko, ang nakakalason na mga aksyon nya sa ikatlong librong ito ay hindi dapat tinitiis. Isipin mo na nangyayari sayo. Ang partner mo may matalik na kaibigan na bulgar. May mga biro na angkop sa sitwasyon, at may ibang hindi. Ang mga biro ni Yanna ay walang pakiramdam, hindi desente, etc. Itong isang eksena o kabanata ay ginusto kong i-drop itong libro kahit na mahal ko ang parehong pangunahing tauhan dahil lang kay Yanna. Nawawalan ako ng interes sa librong ito dahil lang sa isang eksena o kabanata, at ito ang pinakamalala. At palagi naman, kasama ang aking OCD, hindi nag DNF ng mga libro dahil mas gusto kong tapusin iyon kaysa tumimbang sa isip ko ng ilang araw, lingo, o buwan. Kaya, tinuloy ko parin. Binenta nya nag mga designer bags ang clothes niya, na sa pagkakaalam natin ang spoiled brat sya sa mga pangunahing kabanata. At nung pareho silang napagod, hindi nakipaghiwalay si Eli. Naniwala siyang kelangan nila maging malayo muna sa isa't-isa at makasama ang pamilya.
Kung gaano ako tumawa ay ganun rin ang iniyak ko. Wtf. Para akong baliw habang binabasa ito. Tatawa. Iiyak. Tatawa ulit. Iiyak ulit. Tuloy ang cycle. Ok? Yun ba ang goal? I was enjoying this until Yanna came into the picture. I liked the second book of this series which is Yanna's story, but, I swear, her toxic actions in this third book isn't tolerable. Think of it happening to you. Your partner has a best friend who is vulgar. Some jokes fit in a situation, and some don't. Yanna's joke was insensitive, offensive, improper, etc. This one scene or chapter made me want to drop this book even though I love both main characters just because of Yanna. I was losing interest in this book just because of that one scene or chapter, and it's the worse. And as always, with my OCD, I don't DNF a book because I'd rather finish it than have it weighing on my mind for days, weeks, or months. So, I go through it. I won't affect the rating in this book, but I'll be changing the rating on Safe Skies, Archer because I'm petty like that.
I'm glad I love the author's writing which got me back on track interested in the story. I swear Eli and Sevi are a walking green flag to each their own and as a couple. I freaking love every important character here, especially the side character, Engineer Lavina, the best wingman to both Eli and Sevi. 😂
To those who said Eli didn't have character development, I beg your pardon? She literally gave back her father's card so she could learn financial things by herself. Eli kept thinking of how to make money in order for her and Sevi to achieve the life they'd planned together. She sold her designer bags and clothes, which we know Eli is a spoiled brat at first. And when they're both tired, Eli didn't ask to break up with Sevi. She believed they need time apart and to be with their family.
How much I laughed was also how much I cried in this book. Wtf. I look crazy reading this. Laughing. Crying. Laughing again. Crying again. The cycle goes on. Ok? Was that the goal? Love it, though! 😂💖 Adding to my favourite shelf. Chasing in the Wild is my favourite book in the University series! 💜

i took my time, 8 hrs in 3 days...PUCHA I WILL NEVER RECOVER! di ko alam kung paano ako nakaiyak ng ganito sa isang kwento. HAGULGOL malala!
siguro dahil ngayon lang talaga ako nakarelate sa isang book, not in their experience (God how i wish i'll never experience that pain kasi di ko kaya. DI KO KAYA YON WEAK NA KUNG WEAK! ulit ulit kong sinasabi sa sarili ko hahaha)

the saying na "find a man that will love you more than you love him," is so true that i can't judge nor compete dahil i don't think na i'll let go of that belief. we deserve a Sevi in our life. yung mamahalin ka at mananatili sya kahit ano pang sakit ang pagdaanan sa buhay

she's the book heroine na sa una talaga maiirita nalang tayo sa kanya eh HAHA pero there will always be a character development in every book na nagpatibay sa kanila, and obviously mas minahal natin sila bcs of that
she is well written as Sevi's character pero the difference is that she is the "SHE," the girl, the heroine, the main pov/character of the story. we saw everything in her perspective; every emotion, every thought, every change, and even Sevi's character that we love. SHE is the reason why we fell in love with HIM
• Elyse's sacrifice
i love her so much that i'm proud of how a woman she become. malaking hardship and sacrifice yung pinagdaanan nya dito knowing na at first she's only that girl eh. typical naive girl who fell in love. kaya malaking impact saakin kasi we knew we've been that girl too
ngl i wondered na throughout the book, Sevi carried it all. pero i thought twice and gave Elyse the credit. BALANCE guys! balance lang sila kaya doon ako talagang humagulgol dahil i felt the realness of the story.

Elyse deserves the recognition
she's the book heroine na sa una talaga maiirita nalang tayo sa kanya eh HAHA pero there will always be a character development in every book na nagpatibay sa kanila, and obviously mas minahal natin sila bcs of that
she is well written as Sevi's character pero the difference is that she is the "SHE," the girl, the heroine, the main pov/character of the story. we saw everything in her perspective; every emotion, every thought, every change, and even Sevi's character that we love. SHE is the reason why we fell in love with HIM

It's been long time since I've read a Wattpad story and I'm glad that I picked up University Series. Knowing that this series also features the school I graduated in, I found myself reminiscing the culture and school spirit in my previous school. Kinda takes me through the memory lane.
This story is my favorite out of the four so far. The writing and storyline is simple yet very relatable. It's not super complicated but it really milked a lot of emotions out of me which is what got me out of my slump, and I found myself laughing, swooning and crying every chapters. The characters in this series are too precious and at first glance, I can definitely see the walking ship trope dynamics but surprisingly, the author deviated from the over-the-top romantic fairytale scenes and actually portrayed a very realistic relationship with natural dialogue and characterization.
After reading 4 univ series stories, Sevi and Elyse are pretty much my favorite characters and couple in the series (maybe in Wattpad even). They are both perfect as individuals and as a couple together. Sevi is such a dreamboat ngl. The amount of smiles I gave in every time this man open his mouth (sighhh~). He's a jokester but his goals and devotion to Elyse are very admirable, especially after knowing his humble background. Elyse, though, suprised me the most. After her first introduction in Safe Skies Archer, I was excited to see how she will lead the third book and boy, was I not disappointed. She has the best character development out of all the characters and I'm usually a sucker for them. It makes them more layered and flawed. She managed to slip in as one of my favorites so easily. I love how her growth didn't happened in a snap rather it took a gradual pace, letting her hone her maturity slowly but nontheless very visible through her mindset and actions. I do hope we get to see her more on book 5 and 6 since she's not really part on the original squad. I felt like she would be such a perfect addition to their group.
As a couple, the author wrote their 5-year relationship timeline perfectly without dragging or rushing everything. From the moment they met to how they fell in love to how they jumped into a relationship. This couple is very SWOON-WORTHY and I found myself gushing over them everytime, especially on their wholesome moments. Their banter is EVERYTHING and one of my favorite parts in the book. Also, I FREAKING ADORE how mature their relationship is and both are handled it very well. Even in their most heartbreaking moments, I felt like all of their responses and reactions fit their characters which makes it love them even more. I might reread this book again after I finish book 5 (ongoing). Hope to read more of Sevi and Elyse.

In terms of local stories, this is by far one of my favorites. I've been rereading this again and again that I've lost count! Gwy Saludes, the author of the book, really did a great job in forming the series in all aspects, like the plot, the characters, and even the setting. I think one of the reasons this series, particularly this story, hooked me is because it's realistic in the sense that I've experienced the struggles of the characters and even simple moments mentioned. The setting is also a place where I live and some places I've already been to. Gwy is good at making connections and diverse personalities of the characters. I love the chemistry of Sevi and Elyse the most; they are the definition of 'opposites attract.' In general, Sevi is humorous, while Elyse has more of a stern and serious personality. The flaws of the characters were also emphasized, which is one of the things I love in books because I feel like you'll learn more about characters when they're made as imperfect as human beings (although fictional, it's best to have a hint of realistic events). I also love the build-up of everything: how Sevi and Elyse started, Elyse's character development as well as Sevi's, and more. Overall, this is one of the books I would recommend to someone if they want to laugh, cry, or be a hopeless romantic, because this book has all that!

I would’ve had a lot of cons for this book if the author did not revamp but, after fixing a lot of Sevi’s character flaws, he was able to be a great boyfriend as how media perceived him to be given nga na he’s labeled as ‘Sevi Best Boy in Univ Series’ however, if it wasn’t revamped and we are still looking through THAT VERSION, I’d have a lot of counters to those who say that this leading man was the best out of the 6. See, I wouldn’t argue if it would be Elyse being labeled as the best girl out of the series but, him… hmmm…
He may have been very vocal and loved Elyse loudly but on the unedited version, he had a lot of flaws when it comes to boundaries and loved making excuses when he lacked something in the rs. It would’ve been nice though if the author didn’t revamp the book because how his character improved after the time skip would’ve been more impactful but instead, the author seems to love pushing the narrative in labeling him the best boy in the series. He’s favored, pretty obvious but, I get why naman. Sayang lang talaga dahil those flaws of his character would’ve made more sense as to why he is how he acts now in the post time skip instead of making him be ‘the perfect partner’.

Na-enjoy ko naman lalo na fave ko ang enemies to lovers trope. Kaso masyadong in-stretch out ng author iyong story na umabot pa sa chapter 40. Ang daming unnecessary fillers kaya medyo na-bored ako halfway through the story.
Ang daming lumabas na emosyon sa akin dahil sa librong 'to. Naiyak pa ako sa ending kasi ramdam ko how Sevi loves Elyse so much. Na para bang na-witness ko in real life iyong mga pinagdaanan nila. Or alam mo iyon, para akong naka relate bigla? Haha
As the series progress nag i-improve writing style nung author pero halata mo na may parang sinusundan siyang flow ng story. Kumbaga, nagiging predictable ng very light iyong ibang parts. Still, hanga pa rin ako sa kanya dahil she's really brave enough mag-sulat ng mga ganitong klase ng stories. Iyong tipong hindi lahat eh matatanggap kasi nga napaka unusual eme ganoon. 😅

I never thought that I would find comfort in a Tagalog book (well it’s taglish but you know what I mean). This is the first USeries story that I read. Yes I skipped TRIE and SSA lol. I liked the plot kasi. The captain-who-wore-a-green-shirt-kahit-taga-ust, and the cheerleader-na-nag-wear-ng-tiger-shirt-kahit-taga-dlsu LOL. Anyways, this book was such an emotional roller coaster. Kahit same chapters, you’ll feel butterflies in your stomach and hindi makatigil kakaiyak.

The only reason why I continued reading this book was because I love Sevi so much. The story was good but, I have to admit, it's hard to like Elyse. I kept waiting for her to change but no, she was still a brat despite of becoming a CEO. I find it very annoying instead of cute. Mayaman din naman sila Luna at Sam pero di sila ganun. She needs more character development. She can't be a baby forever. She is almost 30 and a CEO for god sake. I know this is an unpopular opinion but, she doesn't deserve Sevi. Why did the author gave Sevi Elyse?
Pasensya na dear author for hating on one of your babies. I don't like her but it doesn't mean that I didn't like the book. Again, it was good and I like your writing style. My sister actually loves Elyse so yeah, to each his own.☺️

a 3/5 for me..
parang ito yung favorite book ko, as of the moment, sa series na ‘to.
I like how the main conflict of this story doesn't revolve around miscommunication and jealousy, for me I feel like sina Elyse and Sevi yung may pinaka healthy na relationship, as of the moment, kasi everytime na may problem sila within the day dapat na solve na nila yun bago sila matulog.
akala ko nga nung una na magiging main conflict nitong story is about hindi sila support ng parents or chuchu basta pang mayaman na problem i guess? pero in the end hindi yun yung naging conflict. To be honest, I kinda feel like ito pa lang yung story sa series na ‘to, again as of the moment, yung may pinaka plot twist i guess..

I love gwy’s writing style. Sobrang bentang benta sakin yung mga banat ng characters niya. So far from the three stories I’ve read from this series, this one is the best for me! I love Sevi and Elysse’s character growth. Elysse is so “maarte” but with a very good heart. While Sevi can brighten up every situation he is in. Minsan kahit nakakaiyak na ung scene biglang babanatan ni Sevi ng corny na jokes niya so instead na maiyak ka matatawa ka nalang! Can’t wait to start Samantha’s Story. Haaaay I love Sevi and Elysse so much feeling ko super naattach ako sa kanila ❤️

My favorite book among the University Series. Elyse is not the typical rich girl. She is naive at how the world works outside of her circle but she definitely learns along the way. She pursue what she wants. I love how the development of her character is truly great. Of course, Sevi is my favorite male lead among others. TRIE pa lang inabangan ko na agad sya. Amused ako sa characterization nya. Relate na relate din ako sa course nya na Civil Engineering. Gusto ko kay Sevi yung pagiging responsable nya in any way. My ultimate ship #ElVi. Best girl Elyse. Best boy Sevi.
