This book is a very fun book about an unwanted birthday gift, which turns out to be Gabby and Daisy's favourite toy. The plot is really good and the story is really funny. Typical Daisy was causing mischief for her mother. I wish the pictures in the book had colour as it would appeal to younger audience more

I found this book in our local library and got it out for my 4 year old daughter to enjoy at bedtime. We ended up reading a chapter or two every night in the bath instead and she thoroughly enjoyed it and asked for me to get some more out in the series.
She loved all of the pictures of unicorns on the cover and hearing all about the birthday party. My favourite part as an adult was where Daisy dyed her hair with loads of different food colourings as it just makes me cringe thinking about it.
I don't count all of the other books that I read with G as my read books but this one was lengthy and we spent a long time on it so I feel it counts 🙂

This Dayseh book is AWESOME SAUCE!
My favourite parts were when Daisy and Gabby pretend to take Hughnicorn and Prunicorn around the world in their honeymoon hot air balloon.
Would definitely read again!

I loved this book even though, I can relate to the girls saying they don't like unicorns because, I don't like them either.

I liked the party and the bit with the hair dye. I also like the book that they wrote themselves because it they made lots of silly names for unicorns.
