An invaluable reference on economic growth theories. A suggested/required reference for Macroeconomics (Winter Term 2004)and Development Economics (Spring Term 2004).

Near perfect textbook of advanced growth economics. Strong and broad theoretical foundation, stimulating questions at the end of the chapters. Nonetheless, more limited empirical part and -unfortunately - poorly connected to the theoretical part.
