Another one of the non-canonical Poky Little Puppy books. This book was built around the "scratch-n-sniff" fad and has aged about as well. If you care at all about the titular puppy it would be best to buy and read ONLY "The Poky Little Puppy."

This is a cute little book about a litter of puppies and how one in particular uses his nose to find home. They find a lot of animals and people, learning as they go. If your child likes animals, or dogs specifically, they'll probably like this book. As with most books in the Little Golden Book line up, it's a short story with nice sized pictures to keep small children entertained.
