This is a very biased review due to the fact I enjoyed it a lot.
I've read this a total of four times, one of them, the only time I managed to read it till the end, through mtl. It was torturous but it's easier and faster to read mtl than it is to learn a whole language just so I can finish the story. You can find it on Qidian if you can and want to support the author directly. They go by 墨泠 there too. The author started it in 2016 and ended it in 2022 writing around 2040 chapters. Or like others have commented, you can find it on novel updates. A few groups have picked it up and dropped it in the past few years and it's still not even on chapter 1000.
I hope the author can get in contact with some publisher to get it across countries and languages. I really like it. I believe it has the potential even if it has to be shortened.
The mc is a strong headed woman with many monsters in her closet and the ml is a trapped soul who appears to be less than what he truly is. Once you get near the end chapters you realise how much of the characters you still have no clue about even though you've been witnessing their growth throughout the last few hundreds of chapters. There are many worrying things but note to everyone who wants to view this through a moral lens, the mc believes she's in a game. A very realistic game but nonetheless she's aware no matter how much she enjoys the lives she's living, they're fake. Or at least that's what she believes ;)
Very overpowered female lead and shy weak male lead (not really). He falls head over heals for her long before she does. The character development is very slow and so is the progression of their emotional relationship. It does get mary sue-y, I won't lie but what can I say? I'm a sucker for strong women.
Some of the arcs can be skipped, they're mostly just the author building on the mc but she's such a block, her development, although affected by everything she encounters, is very slow. I still enjoyed them a lot. I just have to say, everyone who wishes to give this book a chance, please read my favorite arc, the one with the movie queen around chapter 492 on the translators page <33 It's the only reason I've re-read it so many times. Just this one arc carried me through everything

Biggest spoiler alert:
She's "kidnapped" into the experiment to save the male lead. She is actually acquainted with the system's owner and both fl and ml end up marrying in her reality. One of the reasons she's unfased by the whole thing is that she's aware it's a game and she can do the real transmigrating on her own so she can easily differentiate the two. The ml has to be saved because he's not from her reality. He's from another but somehow transmigrated and was at risk of permanently disappearing. Do with this spoiler what you will, hope it doesn't stop people from reading it though ( ˘ ³˘)♥
Edit: I'd forgotten but since I'm re-reading the arc I was complimenting, due to the chinese language, the r-word appears a lot. Just substitute it for idiot or asshole in your head because that's precisely what the word is being used to describe. I have no idea why the most recent translator group never corrected it but those are the two most common words that accidentally get translated into the r slur.

3.5 stars, I lean more towards 4 because the amount of laughter and happiness this brings me.

Had a fun time reading it, the protagonist is quite charming and hilarious. Like many world-hopping Chinese novels, it has an endless number of chapters, with "worlds" in which the same plot points recur (but with different settings). It's not unique in its genre, nor is the writing exceptional (tbf, the writing can't be exceptional even if the author wanted it, given how fast-paced the chapter release was).
I would say it stands out because the protagonist cares so little about what goes on in the worlds/system. The stakes are always low, and the novel does not take itself seriously. It is a great way to pass the time.

The first few arc is great very good but the next next arc’s female lead and male lead’s journey is the same pattern so you become boring. So I dropped this.

Don’t get me wrong I love strong FL. but the fl here is just too headstrong, i ended up being annoyed by her. She hates listening to ppl advice, so she just breaks every world she’s in not caring in the very least about her beloved ml. Not even “savage” can describe her as a person, but a lunatic. There’s nothing wrong if you like this kind of mc, but after reading up till chapter 500+ I got fed up by her constant need of destroying the world without even trying to think through it.
