Mahatma Gandhi, Einstein, Barack Obama, Jack Welch and Donald Trump have something in common. They all are leaders though of different eras.

This book talks about leadership challenges in 21st century. What is leadership? Is it just giving orders and getting things done? Is the leader is all-knowing powerful being?

In today's times leadership is not just getting things done by giving orders. It is about not knowing everything. It is getting the right [people for right job. Leadership is about creating leaders.

Due to media coverage and rise of social media a small incident gets blown out of proportion and the leader has to act quickly. People want quick fixes and quick justice.

Now the leader has to be smart, emphatic and self-assured.

Read if you want to know about leadership in today's times.

Book Title: Age of the Imperfect Leader: Leading from Strength
Author: Pawan Verma
Format: Kindle

Book Title:
The title of the book ' Age of the Imperfect Leader: Leading from Strength ' is inspiring and positive.

Book Cover:
The cover image of the book is the king from the chess pawns representing the leader. Also, it is an abstract form of a person who is growing vertically. The mere representation using a King Pawn is apt.

Inside the book:
This book by Pawan Verma with a tag line “Leading from strength” is a book that talks about a different approach towards growth and leadership skills. The books which in general talk about a one-dimensional approach of leadership often are boring and satisfy the readers for a lesser time. But books like this will have a greater impact because of the model techniques mentioned in every chapter to sharpen the skills.

My review:
Written in a very simple language this book can be read by anyone either an employee or a businessman or even a student as long as one wants to align themselves with leadership and it's qualities. The book consists of many chapters that are divided accordingly for smooth readability.

Beating down all the conventional ways to understand the topic of leadership and ways to achieve a strong position in the industry or the working environment, this book portrays a systematic yet holistic approach to achieve the goals set.

The author talks about how one can utilize their own strength and power to ensure that the leadership benefits everyone around them. He also suggests looking into others around oneself and help them attain success instead of drooling in one's own weaknesses. In this way, a person leads and also empowers himself. This kind of techniques is very rare to be discussed in books. All certain time leadership skills are focused on one person. Here, the author also conveys a beautiful message that a leader need not be perfect. A person with imperfections also be a leader and lead with skills and strengths.

With realistic examples, Pawan Verma creates a positive world in the reader's mind who not only understands how to polish their skills but also works on the imperfections with a positive attitude.

My Final Verdict:
Inspiring and motivational

Final Rating:
5/5

The book has been crafted in a very simple language which allows the reader to connect with the idea. The book has some atypical theories explained in a very simple manner like, it's okay to understand one's flaws and accept them wholeheartedly as we tend to do mistakes and learning from mistakes is one way of leading life.
The approaches this book has adapted for life and leadership is mind-boggling and very practical at the same time. It appears that the truth was standing naked in front of us all this while and we were not aware of it. The leadership qualities mentioned in the book sync well with the qualities we should inhabit as ordinary citizens too.
Also, this book talks a lot much about some of the questions that arise in the youth who aspire to lead. The thing I liked the most about it is, it's not a mere complaining journal or a record of unsolved petitions against the government or anything alike but it also appears to be a guiding light for the students and young candidates who aspire to be the face of the country in near future.
I would like to conclude it by quoting an excerpt from the author's interview: "We still need leadership for solving some of our basic problems – clean air for breathing, healthy food for sustenance and potable water for drinking."

Different perspective of leadership

This book makes us comprehend the difficulties that a leader is ought to face along with the challenges he has to witness and overcome. It was good to see this issue from a different viewpoint in order to turn into a successful leader. Though we are imperfect, we can still become victorious authorities by expanding our strengths. Utmost we will be in need to:
Find out our vitality,
Focus on our strengths,
Be a practical person.
These are prerequisite things that we need to adapt in order to be a better person. Unfortunately, most people fail to look at their strengths rather they are concerned about their drawbacks. It is common for every human to commit a mistake but what matters is we need to learn and accept our mistakes and improve ourselves better, the next time. We can learn from our mistakes and improve our strengths to become a successful leader. I loved the idea in which the author has elaborated on the theories as they were more of a practical and real-time basis. The categories are nicely divided into different parts in the book so it is quite easy to understand.
The different sections of the book are:
Grasping the existential challenges,
Leadership attributes for success,
Building resilience for success & survival.
Every chapter starts with a quote and that acts as motivation. It builds up our confidence that we can accomplish wonders. I cherished reading this book as the illustrations and life examples were great to read. The effective practices were mentioned in between the chapters that seemed to be like facts as it was listed in points. It provoked my insights in determining effective decisions. The lucid language is employed making the concept to be understood by every common man. The author has stuck to the topic so I didn't feel deviated, it was much precise and relatable as this book covers all the essential things that I've known acknowledged from this field. This book employs many tricks and techniques, it will not only be helpful for entrepreneurs rather it will be favorable for all the individuals relating to other fields as they can also adapt and learn it. I recommend this book to all the people who wish to lead in their career by learning the tricks.

In today's contemporary world the rate of change is higher but it is disruptive . In his intensive studies he has observed that the theories and the implementations of the practice of leadership have many gaps in between . But the ever so changing new economy and organizations demand new leadership styles and models based of the current realities.

About the author :

In Age Of The Imperfect Leaders Sir Pawan Verma talks about essentials of Successful leadership.

The secret of one's leadership success lies in identifying one's core strength cultivating them into strong suit which makes us feel more motivated and weaknesses become irrelevant

Successful leaders are those who bring change in the society. In the context of avoiding moral development distinction between good and bad the mention of Gandhi and Hitler was very thoughtful.

In the chapter 'Celebrating Imperfect leaders' though I knew Einstein was quite not great into his relationships,I felt terrible how he treated his kids and his wives. No leader is perfect. They have many flaws. But they have certain special traits which they used to get to their goals.

The secret of one's leadership success lies in identifying one's core strength cultivating them into strong suit which makes us feel more motivated and weaknesses become irrelevant. Be it to reduce poverty or to bring own material success.Mr. Verma points out further how one can identify their strength , obtain new skills , understand the areas of weaknesses by questioning their real potentials through actions, learn how to influence people and thereby building a start up and successfully run an organisation with a group of employees by keeping them up to date with the work culture and lead them successfully in this competitive market .

Each section is enriched with myriad of facts about our economy making us understand the trend it is showing in last few decades.

With the examples of the lives of world's prominent leaders , Eminent scientists , successful merchants etc who ever got huge success and made a name out of their actions , this book is profoundly knowledgeable guide for aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs too.

Age of Imperfect Leader is fantastic book that talks about a unique approach towards the growth and leadership skill. The author has defined a different framework which includes different ideas and techniques to sharpen one’s leadership skills.

Most of the books are focusing in the maximization of the human capital and resourceful and forgetting the human limitations. The authors point out the importance of a leader to increase his/her compassion and his/her power of Social Cohesion to better understand the organization and improve the inside/outside communication. While old forms of leadership may have worked when technology was nascent and leaders held power over vital information, but our current age is characterized by rapid-paced, technological change where no single person has all the information needed to make good, timely decisions.

I found the book to be well-written and organized. The principles explained in this book can be easily adopted by any individual irrespective to their status in the society and career. I wouldn't describe it as life-changing or anything so dear, but I am sure by reading this book at the right time will change one’s behavior and increase their leadership qualities. I am very happy I got an opportunity to read this book and was personally able to relate many of the important aspects with my life. I personally suggest this book for all young generation. It is not like other leadership book talking only about management, but it gives the reader more insights towards leaderships and also provides tips, knowledge and methods to become a perfect leader. I would honestly rate his book with 5 out of 5 stars.

Good analogy on leadership

Being a professional speaker and mentor for various organizations, Pawan Verma has brought out exciting facts, trends of global leadership permutations from his viewpoint through his vast experience and deep insight analogy of global leadership. A book that can be opted by any sector of people through which one can easily go through various concepts interlinked with the leadership and how a proper leadership though imperfect but a highly skilled and strong leader can able to lead and influence people around. Traits like 'distributed leadership' and its benefits are outraged which unfolds the dimensions from a traditional leadership perspective. It quotes how the life of many successful leaders would show that they are often confronted with intricate and complex dilemmas with no easy choices. Finally, it speaks about how one can nurture, build, and strengthen leadership. An optimistic approach slides the mood of every reader in the clasps of positivity and enriches the skills required for the better to be good.

Highly recommended to all the younger generation out there for the strengthening of thyself and the people around.

Motivation makes you more positive book with such potential which can change someones thinking are best and this is one of it.
Todays youth really needs to understand this that you don't need to be perfect to become a leader you can lead anyhow and you can shape yourself you just need to be optamistic.

This book is about how you can be a perfect leader with imperfection its same as BEST OUT OF WASTE..

It is divided into 3 parts and every part is detailing about how good you can be without perfection.. how you can grow...

Author has beautifully crafted the book and shining is the quotes that he has used..

"Nurture the Tiny Buddha Within The leader is not a different kind of person. Every person is a different kind of leader. —UNKNOWN" from the book

This is a book that everyone can go throught and infact it is educating..

I found it very motivative and informative and will recommond to all in this pandamic if you are losing hope and faith this can boast you up.. go for it.

2nd Book of 2020!

There are many books that are published on the nature of leadership and what can be done at an individual level to become a successful leader. Most of these books talk about the pointers or diagrammatical representation of the specified points where it is expected for all of us to follow the same rule. This becomes quite boring to read- one and the same thing repeatedly as no one is able to offer anything different than what is already discussed in our management books. Thankfully, I got my hands on a book which talks little differently than other books on leadership named “Age of the Imperfect Leader” written by the author, Pawan Verma. The book also carries the tagline which says “Leading from strength”.

The book is written in a very simple language which can be read by anyone in industry or even in college as along with leadership, the messages it conveys can be implemented in any work that you do and not only if you are a leader. In around 240 pages, the book is nicely sectioned into different categories and chapters within the same. I liked how author speaks practicality in each and every sentence. I am in an IT industry in a mid-managerial designation where I get a chance to observe the new guys stepping into the industry expecting things to be customized as per them rather than having a generalized rule for everyone. And this is exactly with what author starts talking about leadership in the book which grabbed my attention.

Author talks about how we should keep utilizing our strength to ensure that our leadership benefits everyone with it rather than us struggling with empowering our weaknesses- a state in which a leader is himself in a confused state post which any positive result can’t be expected out from him. This is a little non-conventional idea as everyone talks about working on your weaknesses but it is something which shall really be beneficial as I have myself tested it since sometime. Author also talks about how imperfect leaders have been able to conquer their vision even with their imperfections only by using their strengths and skills they were good in. Majorly, author discusses what successful leaders have actually done rather than what ideally a leader is supposed to be for achieving success.

I liked how author talks about the benefits on collaborating and co-creating along with the concept of agile jugglers. How having a diversity in your workplace can bring perspective to the goal towards which your organization is working is also very nicely explained. The word “inclusion” is generally used in the books based on spirituality but it’s great to find how author talks about including the people of our community who are not as much blessed as us and grab their specializations too as they have the same skill sets or even better than the people we assume to be the best. I liked how lastly, in the last 2-3 chapters author gives great hope on leadership with new people.

I enjoyed reading the real-life examples that author has given. There are even excerpts and directly statements taken from the speeches or statements from the leaders whom we know due to their popularity but author helps us in understanding their style of leadership deeply. There could be controversies on few perceptions author gave on popular leaders but still, author went ahead and talked about it which I loved experiencing.

Overall, the book is a great-read specially if you are in higher studies or in a job profile. I give this book 4.25* out of 5.

Thanks.

Pawan Verma’s AGE OF THE IMPERFECT LEADER is a refreshingly different view on leadership. Much of the treatise on leadership relies on the paradigm of the “Perfect leader”. Pawan questions the traditional view of a “Perfect leader “, who is someone infallible and virtuous, at all times and circumstances.
We live in a VUCA world. Handling the VUCA world, requires qualities that go beyond the traditional traits expected of a leader, largely based on the “Command and Control” structures of the industrial World. Leaders now are expected to be possessing multiple skills and competencies which are not possible to be available in a single individual. Moreover, it is no longer possible to hide the imperfections of a leader due to the speed with which information disseminates in the digital age that we are. Pawan brings out the realities of the present day VUCA World, which will greatly add value to one’s understanding of today’s times.
He blows the myth of the ideal leader by enumerating the imperfections in many World and Corporate leaders, more to make the point that imperfections do not come in the way of success, provided the purpose is clear. The various examples cited are not only interesting to read (and entertaining at times) but also make the reader knowledgeable on the “Other side “of these famous leaders, which otherwise would remain hidden in the paradigm of the “Perfect leader”. He has successfully demolished the theoretical treatise of leader’s as “Perfect”. Given that nobody is perfect, leadership thrives in an environment of Collaboration, a point Pawan brings out as a practical solution in the “Age of the imperfect leader”.
The story of Tasha Roy to emphasise the value of recognising strengths in a person, as part of his treatise on “Building your strengths” is touching and has an important message to all Corporate Managers.
According to a survey published in July 2019 in India Today magazine, 80% of the firms in India are facing a leadership challenge for a variety of reasons. There is an urgent need to imbibe leadership qualities in all sections of the Society, not only the present and prospective Corporate Managers. This will require a pragmatic understanding of leadership. Pawan’s book will contribute to this pragmatic understanding of leadership.
The book is a highly recommended reading to everyone who is concerned with understanding and practising leadership. Pawan’s simple and lucid style with stories like narrative, quotations and his own incisive analysis makes the book a must read and value for money.

"There is no need to be perfect to inspire others. Let people get inspired by how you deal with your imperfections."
.
It's been very long I read something like this, in our childhood our parents intentionally narrates us many stories revolving around leaders and honestly they were my favorite. In our mind, we have a stereotype, which doesn't let us think beyond certain boundaries when it comes to leaders and leadership. I loved how the author broke all the myths and stereotypes we have in our mind. The central theme of the book takes the readers through many real lives leaders who were not perfect, who were different, unique and still successful. Leader isn't just a political term, the author's writing has made me think about the actual meaning behind the word "Leader", it means anyone who leads, in any sector, field and form.
.
.
This book is skillfully written in order to break the narrow lanes in our minds, it totally takes the audience towards a new age leader and how to be a new age leader. The amount of knowledge that I have gained through this book is huge and I couldn't explain how much difference it made in my life, it also talks about the qualities one must have to be a great leader, all the teachings, lessons, tips and tricks along with intresting yet logical examples makes it a must read. I loved how easy it is and how practical it is. It changes your perspective towards a lot of things until you reach the last page! Go for it.

Age of the Imperfect Leader by Pawan is a well researched and strong book. The content exempted and details used are on point. In this book, the lesson of being a normal person and then becoming a leader is written after loads or searches and experiences. The approach is simple but difficult and the new age leaders of today are not just ordinary citizens but also has a great impact on the youths. It was once said that "Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower" and that is true, a leader is a person who does not ask you to follow blindly but to make your own path under the shine of the leader.

A boss can never be a leader. And in this book, the problematic area of the head in our country is nicely addressed which is an issue for the youth and the citizens. The author has mentioned various idea for an entrepreneur or businessmen. The environment in which one works is very important. Not everyone can be a great leader. In a corporate world, a star performed can never be a great leader and that is the eye-opening word.

This book is of great help for the budding entrepreneurs who want to do a startup or has an idea, is a simple book with a lot of ideas. The content is well researched and facts are right. It has a fine language and simple articulation of words. Truly liked it and it gave me an idea or path to follow if I, someday want to attain a new profession. It is helpful.

" Successful leaders have the courage to take action while others hesitate".

In this book " Age of Imperfect Leader" talks mainly about the essentials of successful leadership. The leader is knowledgeable to make people satisfied with themselves by accretion their self esteem. A leader should be a person who possess the attitudes that makes the other to follow him. Everyone will not be the one. In today's business world most of us won't be able possess that much attitude or guts to lead others. But still there are so many perfect leaders are existing.

From one side the book is really very boring and the topics also not a interesting one but in another aspect it's very important book for today's young people.
" The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet"- by Aristotle
By applying his words to with the book we have to complete reading this book. Because it contains huge information about building a perfect leadership and a man with full knowledge.

The most important thing for Non fiction books is language, in this book we don't have any worry about language build up it's very easy to and understand. The book contains many positive points like giving facts about our economy status and example of successful leaders, scientists and business. people etc.

I personally suggest this book for all young generation. It is not like other leadership book talking only about management. It gives more tips, knowledge and methods to become a perfect leader.

#LITEROMA Book Review :: 'Age of the Imperfect Leader: Leading from Strength' by Mr. Pawan Verma

** Thanks to our reviewer for reviewing the book on behalf of Literoma. **

Book Title: Age of the Imperfect Leader: Leading from Strength
Author: Pawan Verma
Format: Kindle
Genre: Non fiction (Corporate motivational book)

'Age of the Imperfect Leader: Leading from Strength' by Mr. Pawan Verma is a book on management (non fiction). It presents the readers with an entirely different perspective of leadership. What makes this book a good read for all prospective and practising leaders is the fact that it does not provide a checklist of effective leadership. Instead, it adopts the more contemporary 'different strokes for different folks' strategy. Modesty is one of the key attributes of leadership - as proposed by the author.

While the majority of leadership books talk about the set of things one needs to do to emerge as good leaders, Mr. Verma talks about making your strong points stronger in order to achieve not just good leadership heights but great leadership milestones.

Our rating: 4.5/5. Strongly recommended for anyone who is willing to create a positive impact in his or life.

#Leadership⁣

"As they say, the greatest inspiration you can ever have is to know that you are an inspiration to others. Wake up and start living an inspiring life."⁣

~ Age of the Imperfect Leader⁣
By Pawan Verma⁣

* * * * *⁣
The book is a great approach to the perception of contemporary leaders and their outlook of leading with new conception and ideas without leaving the learnings and experiences from history.⁣

Leaders are not born, they are made with the sharp edges of hardships and struggles in the today's world. The book describes the experience of leaders in making and their attributes towards the society and themselves as a whole. The result oriented approach is one of the things which depicts the best of qualities in an intricate detail. ⁣

The book portrays the imperfections in its most perfect of the way. Imperfections are the part of us, be it the Prime Ministers of the nations to the house heads in each of the homes.⁣

Each of the chapters of the book is backed by proper research and an engaging writing style. Apart from the few rhetoric and monotonous expressions here and there, the book is an exploration in itself! ⁣

It is recommended for those who are interested in a unique perspective about leadership apart from the trails of ethics and morals.🧁⁣

What is a true leader? What are the qualities that should be in leader? This book answers all the questions and covers all the essential traits that should be in the perfect leader.
Today’s rapid changing environment, this book guiding us to key aspects what leader needs to look at, to perceive the values and ethics. Leadership is not only about showing leadership but to build trust among team members, guide the team, motivate them towards the goal and make them stay focused and have a faith in the target.
I liked the chapter- Leadership in the face of Death and Devastation which explains how one should stay focused and stand strong at the time of challenge by giving the example of mining shift supervisor Luis Urzua.
“If you continue doing business today with the methods of yesterday, you are bound to go out of business tomorrow.” This quote well explained in the chapter Turbulence in the Environment.
This book gives new ideology to think and understand. It makes you differentiate the myths and ethics as well. I like the author’s approach to explain every topic easily with giving the examples. Language is easy to comprehend. This guide on leadership will help everyone in their job. I recommend everyone to read who like to read non-fiction leadership guide to become a perfect leader.

I must say, more than a book it was a journal reading for me. Real case studies have been presented over there.

As we age, we start feeling 'senior' and entitled. And the first casualty is the hands-on approach to things.

We don't want to get our hands dirty or even understand what is going on at the ground level. We end up becoming 'senior people' who can't open a spreadsheet or even understand the technical terms we freely bandy around. After all, "it is an analyst's job."

In fact, this 'seniority disease' is so strong that at my startup, when we started nominating people as team-leads, some developed an instant aversion to fieldwork and accountability. They just wanted to wave their hands and give gyaan. Their stint ended quickly.

I have never understood big theories about leadership. However, I can vouch for one thing from experience - the only way you can lead is by example. You don't have to micromanage. Nor do you need to have every skill - how is that even possible?

But you do need to be willing to go deep, open spreadsheets, and ask to be educated when you don't understand the technical terms. You have to be willing to stand on the road if needed. Seniority, rank, and stature come with a huge curse. Nobody tells the emperor that he is naked. But they all know it and tell each other.

A great help book. Must read

This book reflects the unusual secrets of leaders who amass today in the modern realm along with the acknowledgement of Change. The leaders are examined adequately and have been engraved about their protocols towards being a leader though unduly being with common peoples status of attitude but with some uniqueness.Their team spirit has been enhanced. The integrity which they retain but still unites their employees to the amplest.
I adored the manner how the author has placed the plots one by one, setting up instances of known and unknown leaders and their strategies, making one think deeper and aware of what to do by directing towards a specific goal to the futures of the world in a simple short and summarised manner.
Today we prefer to be a leader so that we can bring a transition and inspire others, make a better society to live in, to learn new principle by studying numerous notions. Leaders always urge for the answers into their life. Life compared to an iceberg I admired the concept and it had a truly dept meaning in it, So the author has given the final touch to discover the iceberg with oneself and lead the world.
A must-read book for everyone irrespective of ages.

Let me begin with the cover of the book. The cover depicts an important element of the chess game and I felt like the author is trying to convey that leadership is like playing chess; one mistake and your clan will lose. Interesting choice and I would rate the same 4/5.
Talking about the title of the book, I felt the sync of the title as well as the cover, which made me like the overall aesthetic of the book. For the same reason, I would rate the title of the book, 4/5.
Let me talk about the contents of the book.
To begin with, the story is not an ordinary rant or philosophical approach of leadership. Instead, the book guides about guiding others. To put it briefly, it is more like a lighthouse with solution beaming across places.
Let me talk about the pros and cons of the book.
Pros:
1. good flow of content
2. I like the way the author is confident with words while being the voice of many
3. its not a typical political book but indeed provides how politics or governance should be for people
Cons:
Nothing as such
For the above-mentioned reasons, I would rate the book 4.2/5
Overall, I liked the book and is recommended for social activists or social enthusiasts.

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort , but where he stands at the times of challenge and controversy..."
After reading the whole book all I can say is that, this book is very well researched.
We all know the importance of a good leader and how a good leader can bring positive changes.
The author had narrated all the aspects with great proficiency.
The best part about the book is that the author explained all the things with proper examples and with real life stories.
And the quotes at the beginning of every chapter made it more brilliant read.
The author properly describes how the true leader should act and stay positive in the moment of crisis.
"A true leaders main focus during the crisis is to preserve bonding among the team members and sustain their hope of survival.
Another good part of the book is that the author used so simple yet lucid language.
The cover is simple yet proper.
The title is appropriate with the content.
Overall , a very helpful and informative book.

As it is said, that no human is perfect, this trait goes along for life. This is the reason why everyone strives hard to get better at what they do and how to make themselves better. “Age of the Imperfect Leader: Leading from strength” is one such remarkable writing by Pawan Verma in this light.
Through the book, the author suggests that there are different circumstances and situations which carve out the leader in a person. He divides the book broadly into 3 parts wherein her explores different situations on the basis of what he says in the introduction, “my conversation with myself”. Through his personal experience, he intends to enrich the readers and help them become better and more skilled in achieving their targets. This is one of the few books that all readers should read, irrespective what genre they enjoy the most. A chance to get better and learn more is no less than an opportunity to grow, after all.

I loved the cover. It's simple, bright and the the background of a Chess King signifies it. The depiction of the leadership is done really well.

The title is eye-catchy. It reminded me of the significance of Original, dedication and commitment rather than trying to be perfect everytime.

The Qualities which are mentioned to be a leader is present in almost everyone. And this Book talks about removing the Almost part from my above statement.

It has so many references and situations from which youth can learn and enlighten. This Book can be used as a reference for those trying to get a leadership position. This is a True Guide.

This Book talks about a lot of issues which may be of basic nature but still are yet to be resolved.

I recommend it to everyone who likes to read real life intellectual stuff, who wish to lead from front.

No one is perfect and the leaders who know and accept they are imperfect are the best. Imperfect leaders know that they cannot pursue both safety and freedom simultaneously and that caution and courage are mutually exclusive. They understand the power of self-awareness, which allows them to makes sense of any circumstances, especially in the face of adversity, as it’s easy to lose the sight of the vision when feeling bound by disapproval.

Consciously imperfect leaders understand that change means being able to adapt, and they include themselves in the process. They have integrity and do the right thing even when nobody is watching.

Imperfect leaders practice balanced judgment, having had learned that the mind — the mighty judger and chooser — commands things in life and business worth doing and things that pay off. Not everything that pays off is worth doing, and not everything worth doing necessarily pays off.

These are my takeaways from the book. Perfectly written.

Age of the Imperfect Leader: Leading from Strength is a non-fiction self help book by the author Pawan Verma. This book is for the new age leaders. A great leader doesn't strive for perfection. Instead he build his leadership skills by handling Imperfect situations well.

I really liked when author mentioned that as human beings we are all imperfect and there is nothing wrong about it. It tells us to accept our weaknesses so that we don't have to worry about how to defend it.

Grab a copy of this book to know the leadership secrets of the modern world. The real life examples included in the book is what I loved the most. This was worth my time. Although the book is written in a simple language but it has tips that will help you to reach greater heights as a leader and in the corporate world.

I recommend this book to aspiring leaders.
