Needed to read it for my introduction to law class. it did the job I needed to do.

Because I've worked for a law firm for the past 12 years, I already had a very good understanding of the topics discussed in this book. At times it was hard to stay focused, party due to my knowing the material, I'm sure. The examples were decent, but sometimes didn't match the topic they were supposed to be an example of.
