An 84-page little book about Stephen Curry of what he knows to be true about himself, parents, family and passions. After reading the book I feel like really know the young man. While reading the book I kept making stars next to some of his quotes: (1) off the court he is an advocate for women's rights, racial equality and social justice. (2) "That chip on my shoulder has never gone anywhere. (3) " My faith is the driver of everything, and when I think about something, a thought that comes back every single day is "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." To that I say "Amen Stephen" and keep up the good work.
2.5*. Takeaway from the book: Let's work to close the opportunity gap. Let's work to close the pay gap. Women deserve equality - that's not politics, right? That's not something that people are actually disagreeing on, is it? It can't be.
