A young boy guns down 17 people from the top of a tower, his mum says he was a bad shot. He had a smile and said God told me to before plunging of the tower towards his death. A man stabs 6 people to death and sits in the pool of blood waiting for the police with a smile on his face. He whispers God told me to. Another man crashes his car into a bunch of school kids at a crossing. A father shots his family laughing as he sprays bullets, later he is disorientated. A detective will try to make a connection and discovers two people who are taken by things from another world and impregnated. Starting a realisation of terror with horrors that need to be stopped.
