Doctor Feel Good
Omid
I knew from the first time I saw her she was my princess. The only woman I’ve ever truly wanted. However, there are things that dared to stand between us and twenty years of suffering without her have left me bare and waiting.

Now she’s back in my life and I refuse to let her go. Not this time and not for anyone. I will do whatever I must to have Divine in my life. Whatever.

Divine
He is everything I shouldn’t want. Heck, I don’t even want a man. The only type of man I need is the type that drops off the D and leaves. Truth be told, I don’t have time for that either. I’ve been building my business and living my best life. There’s just one thing missing.

I want a baby and I’m going to get one. Yup, an IUI and a sperm donor are all I need. At least… that’s the plan until he storms into my life.

We have a past and it threatens our future. Will she fall in love with me again before reality meets the lies? Will he prove that there’s a man I can give my heart to? Or will the people in our lives pull it all to the ground before we can overcome it all?

Not only does each reader get a chance to meet and hang out with Saffire, she’s inviting her bestselling author friends to join in on the fun. This was a feel good read with easy to love characters who just wanted to love and be loved. Omid and Divine had a connection so strong that not even decades apart or family interference could sever their bond. Their love story proved that a fated love will never be denied and a man who loves his woman will not allow anyone or anything to get in the way of him having whom he desires above all else.

4.5 Stars for this hot bwwm, multicultural romance. Hot very alpha Persian Doctor hero who is multilingual and a body to die for and a Hot, Intelligent, Curvy entrepreneur sista plus intrigue and action and great banter checks all my boxes! A little long winded at times but Blue you are Queen when it comes to writing about Alpha Men. I bow to you!

Disappointed 3.5

I was used to more action in the series so I was disappointed that the book was so sedate. The little bit at the end was more about the characters of the other books than the protagonists. Devine is supposed to have a best friend but there is little to no interaction with her, same thing obviously her cousin is going at with dr Nobi but we don’t get any conversations between Devine and her about that. What happened to him when he got home to Shiraz is alluded to but never fully explained. I was disappointed in knowing that he gave up the throne and basically waited for his cousin to to the dirty work for him. In keeping with the other protagonists it would have made more sense to me that he made things happen for himself and clearly kept a claim on the throne so he could change things from within (like Toby and Kamara). I am sure a lot of patients in his country could benefit from his expertise. He appeared a bit weak to me. Same thing if Devine was in danger shouldn’t she have a bodyguard to keep her safe? Again if the Alliance is so powerful as well as the Blacks how come he hadn’t found her in 20 years?
Lastly the deal with parents. All the books are getting too formulaic about parental rejection. Devine’s mom and dad were ridiculous. Her mother, I’m but your daughter is yours, there is no way I’m staying away and miss her pregnancy to please my husband when he is in the wrong. Her father was a racist and if he reasoning had any logic and he was so worried for her, he would have stayed close to keep an eye on things instead of behaving like a jerk. I didn’t like that Devine was the one going to her parents begging for acceptance. Respect goes both way. Her dad’s background is no excuse at all. And if we excuse her father then we should excuse Omid mother when she is clearly out of line. Omid behavior with his dad was immature. Instead of blowing a gasket or avoiding the subject why not have a discussion where you put everything on the table? It’s what happened in the end and had it happened before, this 20 year gap would have been avoided. I really hated that he wouldn’t fix his relationship with his parents but would try to fix Devine’s with hers. Bizarre. Ps: who thought that having a dinner with both set of parents, when everything was still so fraught, a good idea?

Felt Good!!!

This book was great. I'm glad it brought back some favorite characters from other books. The typo's were a little off putting. It was hard to decipher some of them. But I'm still a huge fan

Fantastic 💯

I LOVED everything about this book from the different cultures and beliefs, forgiveness and understanding to a family bond that's deeper than blood related. From the very beginning I was drawn in and I didnt put it down until I was finished it was that amazing. I also enjoyed getting to see other characters from other books make an appearance. I hope that Dr. Nobi gets a book because I would really love to read about his life.

Yes!!!

This was so good! Romance, action and just enough drama, you can't beat that. Oh wait, you can, just add in hot Persians with alpha attitudes. Yes ma'am I loved every bit of this. I thought I would be mad about the the bit of deception, but it didn't last too long, and it was handled perfectly. I thought these two were adorable right from the start. It was young and instantaneous, but it was deep and it turns out, everlasting. My boy was hot with that mouth (verbally and physically), badd in the bedroom (or wherever) and skilled in his profession. Exactly what a force like Divine needed in her life, even it she didn't realize it. This one is definitely going in my favorites file, and please, please, please don't make me wait too long for Marcia and the relationship I'm sure she didn't see coming either. Loved it!!

To Love Is Divine

I have learned to download samples of books before ordering because, although the preview may seem good when I read it, I have been disappointed sometimes when reading the book. However, there are some authors' books I download without reading samples and even look forward to announced releases, because I know I'm going to get a story that not only holds my interest, but one in which I will be deeply invested. Blue Saffire is one of those authors. I got excited when I found Dr. Feel Good had been released and that excitement continued to grow as I read the book. Secrets were revealed, tensions of all kinds developed, New friends were made and a lot of old friends showed up. I really enjoyed this story and I can hardly wait for the next ones.

Head Rush

I stopped reading a book to read this. Blue Saffire just keeps it coming! Lady Blue you never disappoint. I just couldn't stop reading. I put my earpiece on to listen while fixing something to eat and when I had to make a run. I laughed, I smiled and even got a little choked up. OMG your incorporating the Blacks, Donati's, LaSalle and Tasha Locatelli and the rest. I was dancing in my seat. As you said the stage was set for more books. You have a hint of what's to come. The story of finding that one person losing them and finding them again in addition to so many others accepting you was so well done. I loved that it showed you have to look into a person's heart and actions not what's based on others perceptions. Keep it up.

Very Romantic

I liked this book. Omid and Divines story was cute and very romantic. The plot line was good and the story had a nice flow. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars was at times, the story became too much. By too much I mean too many references to other couples from other books. Now, I do love that in moderation but it seemed to be overwhelming at times. I have read the other books and loved them, it’s not a knock on these characters it was just more of them than I wanted in a new story, with a new couple

Okay.

It had all the ingredients for a good story; however, it felt rather flat. There is the backdrop that is not fully explored or explained. If he had all those connections, why did it take 20 yeats? Not enough about the royal family and their issues. There is the threat of serious repercussions for not following protocol; yet, the resolution felt rather flat, incomplete, unsatisfying. Then there is trying to connect the characters from the other books...getting to be rather tiresome.

Absolutely Excellent

Awesome series that I really enjoy. All the books by this author is a must for me. I'm a huge fan. I enjoy that the women are strong and brave . Men are protective and will fight for their partners to reach for better futures. And of course their hot and steamy connections with each other. Every couple has really interesting story lines. They are fast paced, passionate and full of romance. All of the characters are just as awesome. I happy have started binging this author because all of them are intriguing with suspenseful plots. Along with their sizzling hot passions it will keep you turning pages until the end. I enjoyed every moment of their relationships. The stories are all awesome and each one make it so that you can't stop until you finished the story if you are like myself you will enjoy it because they are all total hea. This is a must read romance!!

I love this book. I re-read it often and I just love how O and Divine found each other again after their separation twenty years ago.
Dr. Feelgood himself has a penchant for spoiling Divine in all the most over-the-top, lavish, "I-make-more-money-than-legally-accountable" ways that I wish I had. He also goes feral for Divine if she just breathes, which I love in a book hero.
The ONLY reason I took a star away is because I really do feel like Divine and Omid should have been harsher with their families. Like, Divine's father had it too easy for someone who decided to be cruel (unnecessarily, in my opinion) to his pregnant daughter who was in a (by all accounts) loving and healthy relationship because of a difference in religion. And O should have probably 86-ed Paiman when he showed up whining like a kindergartener who never got his way.

Couldn't Put It Down

I first started reading this book and I just couldn't stop. It was addictive...i was addicted. I was reading this book between two devices (phone and tablet). If my tablet needed charging I switched over to my phone. I was seriously involved in this book. I love the diversity of it. Finding love outside your own race and dealing with the consequences. It was detailed, juicy, and steamy! I fell in love with Divine and Omid. I recommended this book to my book club. Thank you!

Dr. Omid and Divine

Omid said put some respect on his name!!! I love how he put his family and hers in their place. Anybody could get it when it came to Divine and their children. He had loved Divine for twenty years and now that he had her no one would disrespect her. I'm glad him and his Baba reconciled, and her father also. Paiman got exactly what he deserved. He should have known better. Great read.💚💚

Under the Stars

This book is completely divine. Two worlds collide under the stars and pure love is born.
I think, no I know Omid and Divine's love story is the best that I have read. The way Omid loved her, just took my breath away. He never gave up. He knew he would find her. And the way he claimed her in that bar, baby my toes were curling. LOL
Another great book from Ms Blue 💙

Sacrificing your happiness for your rib’s safety (priceless)
Expectations of others can cause deep valleys (separation)
Acceptance of living for yourself (soul stirring)

Read to see how sacrifice, hard work, stubbornness and patience will result in everlasting freedom to be who you were destined to be and how order is restored

This book is it!

I asked for a book rec from the BookTok community and they did not disappoint! I loved every little piece of this book. The romance, the steamy scenes, the possessive mmc. The familial moments. Everything was so perfectly executed. This was my first book by this author but it definitely won’t be the end.

Overall it was ok. The grammar and spelling errors were super annoying. I remember Dr Omid from the Blacks series. So I was curious and glad I read it. Now I’m interested in going back to read the Hush series. Because Uri and Val sound interesting.

This was a Feel Good Novel!

This was over the top with feel good moments, but I totally enjoyed reading this one! It was great that some of the characters Omid and Divine knew and met, who kept them safe, were from the other Blue Saffire books! To see them do their thing here was a real treat! I was thoroughly entertained! Now, if I could just sit and read all day for a week or two, I would love to go back to the beginning of the list and capture the ones I missed!
