Silas Black is tired of the cookie cutter houses he's been working on. He longs for a genuine piece of architecture to fix up. So when he gets the contract to fix up Cinnamon's farmhouse, he's in heaven. And spending so much time with the beautiful star is the cherry on top.
But as Cinnamon bops in for short stays and leaves for extended periods, Silas soon sees the old farmhouse isn't the only one needing time for rebuilding. So does Cinnamon's heart, if only she would trust him and find the courage within herself to love again.

Cinnamon’s Courageous Heart by Ryan Jo Summers is the fifth book in The Sweethearts of Country Music series. Cinnamon Chadwick regrets letting her brother, Nick touch her house. Nick claimed he could handle the work after watching HGTV shows. He has left her farmhouse a wreck and now she needs to call in a contractor. Cinnamon hires Silas Black who understands what she wants in her home. Silas is not a country music listener, so he is unaware of the Lipstick Outlaws. Cinnamon is attracted to Silas, but she is afraid to risk her heart. Can Silas break down the walls surrounding Cinnamon’s fragile heart? Cinnamon’s Courageous Heart is a charming story. I thought it was well-written with a steady pace. I quickly devoured this book. Cinnamon appears to be a strong, brave woman, but she is really fragile. Her trust needs to be earned after she was burned by her ex-boyfriend. I liked the interactions between Maddie and Cinnamon. Silas is a handsome man with a heart of gold, and he did a wonderful job on Cinnamon’s farmhouse. I like the addition of the animals in the story (horse, cat and dog). It was interesting to learn about the app that will allow Cinnamon to watch her cat, Jasper at the kennel (interact with him). There seems to be an app for everything these days. I suggest you read The Sweethearts of Country Music series in order. It allows you to get to know each lady in the Lipstick Outlaws as well as Val, their families and the special someone in each of their lives. I am eager to read Mac’s story. Cinnamon’s Courageous Heart is an enticing romance with country refrains, bus bedlam, Skype sessions, and a fabulous fiddle.

Book 5 of the Sweethearts of Country Music is Cinnamon’s Courageous Heart by Ryan Jo Summer continues the journey with the Lipstick Outlaws. Cinnamon plays fiddle and banjo with the band while also writing or co-writing songs. Cinnamon was hurt very badly in a relationship and closed herself off from that part of her life, Lipstick Outlaws were her life now. She lives in a house out in the country with her horse Gahoot and a cat named Jasper. Though she was having some challenges in her life she wanted to have her house remodeled. In steps Silas…the construction worker that would shake her life up more! While touring she keeps tabs on the remodeling and Silas. Can Silas help heal this damaged heart? Can he make Cinnamon’s beloved house all that she has dreamed of? Well…. This is a fun story to read, you want to help Cinnamon but would rather sit back and enjoy the fun! I can’t wait for Mac’s story, but I will be sad since it is the last in this series.

I enjoyed this really sweet romance. I loved Cinnamon and Silas and I thought that they made an amazing couple. The story was very moving and I could not help falling for this talented woman with a wounded heart and the wonderful man that was eager and able to help her heal. The story was easy to get into and I felt the way that these two were brought together was clever simply because it was so realistic. A simply wonderful read that delivers lots of feels. This is my frank, freely posted review.

This series The Sweethearts of Country Music has really been a great read. I have loved reading about each member of the Lipstick Outlaws. Cinnamon has her own problems aside from the band which is going great. Can she figure things out and get her personal life in order. And can she let go of past bad relationship.

When you read a series about a country music band, you can't help feeling you miss something. And, reading several lyrics to their songs in this book, I finally realized what it was. I miss the music! I wish I could hear them sing and play their songs!
But, apart from that, they are wonderful stories. And this one is no exception!

Cinnamon's Courageous Heart
This was another great book in this series. I have loved all of these books with there love and laughter and learning how to get along in any condition . The fact that Cinnamon hired a contractor to remodel her old farm house while she was touring with the band and on her stop overs she managed to fall in love with him. This was another Free book that should be read by all who like to read about singers and romance. This is my review and mine alone. Norma Gorrill

This is my first book from Ryan Jo Summers and I truly loved it. This fifth book in the Sweethearts of Country Music series focuses on Cinnamon, the banjo/fiddle player for the Lipstick Outlaws. As they become more famous, they spend much longer periods of time traveling around the country now headlining their own shows. Cin has a beautiful old farmhouse in great need of restoration help. Her brother started the project, but ultimately made it worse due to his lack of skills. She hires Silas, an actual contractor, to complete the renovation.
I have to say that each book has been my favorite while reading this series, but Ms. Summers certainly created the most romantic hero so far. Silas is such an empathetic, open and honest man with his feelings. And their dates are swoonworthy! Of course, true love is seldom that easy. Cinnamon has been very badly burned by her ex. Can Silas help her trust in him and find the courage to love again? What a great addition to this wonderful series I so heartily recommend!

I really like this series and this book about Cinnamon Chadwick did not disappoint me. I do not think I have read any books by Ryan Jo Summers before but I will now. I loved Cinnamon's character. She comes across as strong, brave, and nothing can bother her but she is trying to protect her fragile, broken heart.

Cinnamon has had heartbreak in the past, so she hides behind her songs and her music, while keeping a wall around her heart. Silas remodels houses for a living and he loves his job. He is thrilled when Cinnamon hires him to remodel her farmhouse. Can Silas get past the wall in Cinnamon's heart long enough to show her she can trust him with her heart as well as her farmhouse? Even though I was given an ARC of this book, it in no way influenced my opinion. This is my true and honest review.

Awesome!
Love the storyline in this book. So many people are afraid 😨 to take a chance on love 💘after being hurt in another relationship. Cinnamon and Silas took the time it takes to develop a solid foundation for them as well as Cinnamon's house. Cannot wait to read Mac's story to finish this wholesome series.

Cinnamon Chadwick needs a professional remodeler after her brother destroys it "helping" her fix it up. Silas Black comes highly recommended. There is chemistry but Cinnamon has been hurt before and with the headlining tour beginning for the Lipstick Outlaws she doesn't want a relationship. Silas however inches his way into her heart.
I love this series because it is easy to read and no wild sex scenes. I read these in between the sexy books. I find these books fun and kind of realistic to a degree. If you haven't read them you should.

This series has been so much more than just a female band dealing with life on the road to make their careers better. This has been about starting over and building better lives for themselves and their families, learning to trust again after having your heart and lives broken, having new loves come into your lives and building those new relationships even when obstacles get in the way. Each of these books have made me smile, laugh, cry and rejoice these ladies as they grow and become better people. Get your copies today and enjoy these beautiful stories they tell us and teach us.

Cinnamon's Courageous Heart is a sweet romance. Cinnamon's ex had really done a number on her - but it led to a new song. Then she hires Silas to remodel her farmhouse - the remodel her brother messed up. Cinnamon and Derek are great characters. Cinnamon will have to learn to trust again if she wants to fate Silas. There are several ups and downs in their path. This wonderful book had my attention from the first chapter. If you like to read clean romance where characters get past their hurts, this is a good book for you.

Different author, another hit. I'm sad there's only 1 more in the series. I hope it connects them all, especially the part of what they plan/do for their crew. Or maybe even 1 more book with the future updates on each of the girls and their families. I love the sisterhood connection is amazing, their caring, supportive, even the teasing is so sweet.
Their issue/trials are real life as well as how we react to them. Glad we have "family" to help us step by step.

The story of Cinnamon from the Lipstick Outlaws band and finding her HEA. She hires Silas to remodel her farmhouse after her brother Nick makes a mess of it. She and Silas have similar tastes and begin a relationship from showing her what is happening to the house to working in dates on her days off. She has been hurt before so it take time and effort on Silas's part. As they work through problems she begins to figure out what is truly important in life.

October 5, 2019I want to move into Cinnamon’s house. Silas definitely understood her vision. Ryan Jo Summers has given us the perfect amount of romance, misunderstanding and tension. You have to wonder since many of their big hits are based on bad experiences with men, will the Lipstick Outlaws have a problem writing new music as they find their happily ever afters? I enjoyed this book.

I received a free advance review copy of this book and am voluntarily providing my honest review. If I ever have my house remodeled, I want someone like Silas Black doing the work. Silas and Cinnamon feel the sparks fly from the start, but Cinnamon has been betrayed in the past and is afraid to let her heart rule her head. I loved this book and recommend it.

Well done characters, story, and dialog.
It's a good addition to the series, but she ignored a major plot point regarding one of the characters from the previous book that would certainly affect her actions in this one.
But the main story was well written. The misunderstanding and recovery from it handled well.

A good clean continuation of the country music romance series. Cinnamon has gone through a bad relationship and is very distrusting. Silas, her construction contractor, falls for her at first sight and must fight for her and her trust issue. Will he be able to break through the wall she has built up?

Love, Love Love this series. I can't say enough. It's good clean read. Love how all their lives tie together and they have such a "sisterhood". Can't wait until the next one!

A wonderful story . Great characters , and pacing. Can Cinnamon find the courage to allow love in? Silas sure hopes she can. 5 #LipstickOutlaw Stars for this story. I recommend this book and this series to all.
