Excellent information for my practice

As a functional medicine practitioner, I found this book very informative and applicable to patient care. I particularly liked chapter six on personality types. The book is well written for both professionals and general public suffering from depression which is so prevalent today. I will definitely use it as a reference in my practice. Highly recommended!
