Just when I thought I’d never see her again, she walks right into my bar. I’m the new president of the MC, the Outlaws and they are counting on me to hold things together. To keep a drug war from happening and tearing the club apart. I’m prepared to do just that, until I get arrested and a DUI charge is slapped on me by a cop that hates the MC. But then I see her. Paige Travers. The beautiful red head who is now my lawyer and becomes the only thing I care about. Nothing has ever been more important to me than the club; until her.
This is the 3rd book in the series and I am rating this book a total of 3.5 stars. Even though it is better than the first book in the series, I still don't feel that you have to repeat the characters POV in every chapter and that is what happens once again in this book. I understand writing a book giving both main characters POV but there is no need to rewrite the same thing over and over. I really had high hopes for this series but so far it's been a little disappointing for me. Now having said that, just because I don't like the one these are written doesn't mean you won't. Please read all reviews as well as the authors synopsis to see if this might be your next read.
Book two in the outlaws story is all about Roland (Rafe) and Paige. When he is arrested on a trumped up charge it's up to lawyer Paige to defend him, as soon as he see her, he knows she's the one, but she's been hurt before and finds it hard to trust in herself as much as in Roland, it's a learning curve for both of them.
This is written in a way that it seems as though everything is repeated, it is but in their own view, and it worked for me.
I received a copy from Bad Boys Update and I am voluntarily leaving my own honest opinion
This was a good read. Much better than the first one in this MC series. However, I still can’t rate it more than 3-3.5 stars. Again, it is really unnecessary to have POV of both main characters for every scene they are together in. I found it really annoying and had to skim through those parts all the time. It is repetitive and just messes up the flow of the story. There were also some inconsistencies when Rafe or Paige talked about their friends, family and past. I was also hoping for more MC drama and action, but unfortunately everything club related is minimal and barely mentioned in passing. So the story doesn't really feel like MC book. At least not as much as I'm used to, but it might be enough for other readers.
I received an ARC of this book from Bad Boy Update and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
“Cardinal” is book two in the Outlaw MC series and another captivating story by Ethan Egorov. I was totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner and read it in one sitting. I would have given this story a five star but I found the dual point of view a bit too repetitive. Page has left her job as an attorney in a prestigious law firm. She is now working as a public defender and her first client happens to be Rafe the new president of the Outlaw MC. Rafe has been arrested by a biker club hating cop on a bogus DUI charge. Although Page tries to ignore it, there is a undeniable sizzling chemistry between them. “Cardinal” has so much depth, emotion, intrigue, humor, passion, great sex…..everything I want and need in a story. If you appreciate bad boy romance specifically MC romance, you must grab this book. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Good Girl and Bad Boy with enough chemistry between them to ignite a nuclear bomb!!!
Cardinal is the second book in the Outlaw MC series by Ethan Egorov. . Cardinal grabs you and just sucks you into the world of Rafe and Paige. It is a hot and steamy world all right but with characters and a story-line that is realistic and believable. Ethan has written a story that reads well, is consistent with good character development and well thought out. It was a real joy to read this as I was intrigued as to what was going to happen next with a number of surprises and twists and turns.
Rage and Paige definitely have a whole labs worth of chemistry between them. So there are a lot of passionate/erotic scenes along with sweetness. Rafe is a true Alpha and leader of the Outlaw MC. Paige is a public defender and new to the town. They meet when Rafe is arrested for a DUI. So they are definitely playing for different teams, her on the good girls and him on the bod boys, but yet they cannot deny what they feel for each other.
The story is told from both Rafe and Paige's POV's which makes it enjoyable, as you get to know more of each of them and understand what they are thinking/feeling and why. They both have some things to deal with and get past. Will they be able to and put aside their opposing sides. You will just have to read Cardinal to find out for yourself. I cannot wait for the next book in this series.
Note - I had not read the book one, Sparrow, prior to reading this and I would suggest that you do this as there is crossover from the previous book as Cardinal picks up where Sparrow ended. But you can still read Cardinal as a standalone but there are some things that I did not understand fully
I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
Oh boy, Mr. Ethan Egorov, you have completely impressed me yet again with not only your talent, but your impressive imagination to craft such a riveting and delicious new MC world for me to become addicted to. Readers everywhere, just picture this...
The new Club President, Roland, aka, Rafe, falls head over heels for his public defender, Paige. After being crushed by her cheating Fiance, she accepts a new job, in a new Town and proceeds to build her life a new again. Meeting Roland causes some kind of unknown lust in her that she has never felt for anyone before; not even the cheating POS she was going to marry. Rafe, is becoming a target by certain members of the Force and is now paying the price. Cooling his heels in jail is definitely not where he expects to meet his future, with an attorney, no less his own. But if he has his way with this timid redhead, it will be forever. I truly loved this book.
I received this ARC from Bad Boy Update in exchange for my honest opinion and I highly recommend reading this book as well as the first in this superbly designed Series.
Enticing and emotional, this page-turning MC romance is a good read! Enamored with the MC romance had me try “CARDINAL” by new author Ethan Egorov. It was a gritty short with believable characters, a decent pace, and a complex plot that was revealed to readers with precision. That precision kept me on the edge of my seat and hoping for the happy ending that Rafe and Paige had earned. Besides, with chemistry so hot this reader needed a fan, how could they deserve anything less than that happily ever after! A perfect example of how what was meant to harm ended up doing so much good in the lives of Rafe/Roland and his no-nonsense lady. I am so glad that I volunteered to read “CARDINAL” and then voluntarily wrote this 4 ½ STAR review. Four STARS because of its length, and another ½ STAR because it provided great entertainment! While this is my first Egorov romance, it will not be my last! In fact, I liked my advanced read, I pre-ordered a copy so it can be placed in my FAVORITES collection on my Kindle. Get your copy of “CARDINAL” today! Happy pages! 😉
This book is about Roland who is now the President when Tank stepped away and the pressure he is experiencing leading these group of men while trying to avoid a drug war. After he met with another MC President to establish peace, he stopped at his bar for awhile and ending up going home. On the way he was pulled over by a cop, arrested for a DUI, Roland realized that this cop has a grudge against him and bikers. Now he has to spend the night while trying to keep his arrest from the club. When Roland met his public defender Paige Travers, the chemistry between them was explosive. Now Roland wants her and is willing to do anything to break down her resistance. Paige has issues of her own to resolve and has no time for a biker. She is still feeling the effects of losing her job and home due to her cheating fiance. This is a new start for her and now she is faced with keeping Roland out of jail while fighting her feelings for him.
When Rafe got pulled over I thought huh? what is he getting pulled over for? then when Paige read the charges I wondered why the cop lied? well needless to say it all works out in the end! I liked this story being as it is the 2nd in the series I was thinking maybe it would be character building but it did that and more. This series flows from one book to the next. what I don't like is we read one chapter from POV of one character and then the next chapter is from the other POV but just rereading the same thing just from different POVS. that was the only thing that I did not like as Ethan already made it clear how each character was feeling. all in all this series is making good on a great storyline with a new and upcoming author.

Paige is struggling after a bad break up. Roland said that he would never need just one woman. One meeting changed them both. Will Paige learn to trust Roland? Will Roland be ready to settle down?
Overall I liked this book a lot and cannot wait for more from this series. I could understand where Paige was coming from after her last relationship and loved the fact that she realized what she had before it was to late. I loved how patient Roland was and how he was determined to woo her and win her over. The one part that I still had questions about was the cop that pulled him over. I do hope in the future we can learn about this. Good read!

This book had potential-- the promise of a good story and likeable main characters. The major drawback for me was that many scenes were told from one person's POV then the other's, often with little additional insight. The book would be a lot shorter if the scene retellings were removed. It would have been better to develop some of the things that were hinted at-- was the cop part of some grander conspiracy? Was Paige's one coworker truly sketchy or not? Overall, I liked it but there was room for improvement.

This is the second book in the Outlaw MC series and it doesn’t disappoint! There is so much to this book, action galore, it really has everything you could possibly want and just when you think that nothing more can be added it does. I just loved it. The characters are solid, storyline tick, romance & passion tick, This is about Roland (Rafe – president of the Outlaw MC) and Paige (A Lawyer) Rafe is arrested on false charges and Paige is the lawyer to defend him. The chemistry between them is tangible. Gee it was good. Thank you for writing such a great series. Look forward to the next!!
This is book 2 in the Outlaw MC Series. Maybe I should have read book 1 first, but I still really enjoyed this book. Even though it took a bit of getting used to the repeated accounts of events, with the dual POV.
Roland ( Rafe) has been arrested on made up charges. Paige is called in as his lawyer. From the start both characters are attracted to each other, but under the circumstances they don’t act on it.
After Rafe is released on bail he doesn’t believe he’ll ever see Paige again. Only fate has other plans..
Cardinal is the second book in the Outlaw MC series, the storyline is intriguing and well-written, I really liked the characters. Rafe is the new president of the MC and is arrested on a trumpted up charge. Paige is his lawyer, and is new in town after a bad breakup. They have wonderful chemistry between them. Can Rafe make this new relationship work while dealing with rival clubs and Paige's trust issues?
this is a good book. I liked how well the characters meshed and they fit their roles. Rafe is taking over as pres which is a good move on the authors part I liked how Paige was not this wishy washy biker groupie lawyer but she seemed that even though her ex did a number on her emotionally she didnt let it define her actions she went on with her life. The only thing I am not sure i like is the redundancy with the different POV's describing the same events it kind of drags down the story line
I really enjoyed this book. The writer has written a amazing story about Paige and Roland, Paige has just come from a disastrous relationship and isn't really ready for a new one, but Roland has different ideas and he had fallen for her straight away. Roland is part of a MC and he is the pres which Paige doesn't really fully understand what it entails but she comes around. It's an enjoyable quick read. I voluntarily read and reviewed a advanced copy arc.
This book hooked me from the first page! Rafe is the new pres of the club and it is up to him to figure out how to keep things running smooth. Paige is a new woman in town and due to trouble they get pushed together. The passion is instant and hot, and the motorcycle is not the only thing you will wish you could ride. I could not put it down and cannot wait to see where things are going with the club and the Devil's Princes!
There is soooo much going on in this book, there’s action, danger, suspense, fear, pain, happiness, romance, survival and twists and turns. Anyone who loves MC alpha romance books shall love this one! The characters have a delightful chemistry, and this is one enjoyable read! It’s books like this that make having insomnia enjoyable! This is the 2nd book of this series. It can be read as stand alone. I am liking this new series that this author is bringing. You get drama and of course love. The dual point of view give the reader a chance to see each others characters. A must read book. Can’t wait to see what this author has in store
I didn't think I was going to like this book but I was pleasantly surprised. I loved it. I love the characters and became invested in them. The only thing I would change is her ex. I wanted revenge for her. Not physically but just for him to see how happy she was without him. I recommend this book.
I really enjoyed Cardinal. Rafe is the hot MC president and Paige is his sexy lawyer. Paige is still gun shy about dating but Rafe continues to persue her. I love the chemistry between them, it’s fun and sexy. What I didn’t care for was the POVs from both Rafe and Paige on the same scene, it was unnecessary. A good story, worth the read.
Ethan Egorov is a new to me author so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm someone who will read a book based on the cover but once I read the blurb I wanted to read it even more.
I really enjoyed this book but one thing I didn't like was how with every chapter/ pov the story was repeated. Other than that, I loved this book and can't wait for more in the series!
This is the second book in this awesome series, and is a continuation from book one. This story is told in dual POV, and is well written and intense, with action, drama, rival clubs, danger, suspense, twists, passion and love. I was captivated throughout and look forward to reading more from this gifted author whose work I recommend for all MC lovers.
Another hit in this series. They keep getting better and better. You will not put it down till the end. The story is interesting with enjoyable characters with amazing chemistry. A great series. Look forward to reading more.

Great Read This read keeps me intrigued enjoying the banter the exciting chemistry and heart pounding twists. The storyline is a bit repetitive but kept me wanting more. I received this ARC from Bad Boy Update
This is a very good addition to the Outlaw MC Series. There is chemistry, drama, action, dual POV (a little excessive IMO) and great defined characters. I enjoyed this book and found it entertaining and engaging. I received this ARC from Bad Boy Update and this is my honest review.
this was a really great book! he is the president of a biker club and needs to keep them together. only he gets arrested and she is his new lawyer. he wants her bad, but she doesnt date her clients. you have to read to find out what happens.
continuing their story, drug war, love and the usually crazy stuff. This is the second book in the series and can be read as a standalone, but would recommend reading the first one so you don't get lost in the meaning in this book. At least that's my opinion.
Roland and Paige take you on a emotional read with ups and downs, a while lot of heat and steam and a few twist and turns along to pull you in and keep you there. Can't wait to read the next.
