He is based in Toronto.
Great book. It has a fair bit amount of good information and it is generally well written. The general advice is to deliver great value and optimize your business. Some of it is rather abstract, while some is more practical. Anything from marketing, long-term client conversion, to promotions, contests, etc. Most of the advice is solid and it's something I already figured.
For me the most useful part was advice in how to get clients to refer, which had some great ideas I hadn't thought of before. The book could have been done better. There were several formatting mistakes that made it not look very professional, and some of the advice was honestly ridiculous. However, the latter was a minority. Overall it's definitely worth getting, especially if you're completely new to the business side of fitness.
This is a very inspiring book and has one basic message. If you are looking for clients, then it is your responsibility to actively seek them out. There are 50 ways as part of the book. Try as many as are practical for you. In the pandemic era, some in person ideas have to be modified. Use your brain. Ultimately it is your responsibility.
