Rate this book
This highly successful book is now even more inspiring as the author prepares readers for work in the 21st century. Thoroughly revised (approximately 40% of the material is new) with emerging theories, new research, and current programs, this latest edition maintains the strengths of previous editions while offering a sense of future direction for the counselor and counselor-in-training. As in past editions, the auhtor provides readers with a solid foundation in career development principles and concepts. He translates theoretical principles of career development and research into practical counseling objectives, programs, and strategies, and covers the historical development of the field.
