This was a great read for our family. We have never owned a dog but are planning to get a Corgi soon. Reading this book together has helped us learn about all aspects of dog ownership, from the breed's history and unique characteristics to proper grooming, diet and training. I'm sure as we continue our preparations and eventually bring a dog home that this will continue to be an invaluable resource!

Quick intro to life with a corgi. Having read this book I feel pretty confident picking my little guy up tomorrow. You'll need more content (youtube, other books, etc) to get in to training specifics and to help plug holes in your knowledge but this will give you the baseline you need to get started

Good information in general about the breed and some things that set its personality apart in the fields of training. Dvd was nothing new in the way of training tips but I suppose it was good to see it done in practice instead of just reading the instructions.

I may have slighted myself by buying this as an e book. The pics are cute but the content wasn't great. Short and precise but needs more about Corgis and less about training any pet dog.
