I'm obviously in the minority, but this book failed to entertain me.
The heroine was the biggest problem ! The H had his faults, but she's the one who's 100% responsible for the break up of their engagement 4 years ago.
This book made me so mad, that I almost felt like temporarily "identifying" as my dog Harold and woof woofing a whole lotta "toxic male dog barking" instead of typing a coherent review. But, alas ! Harold might accuse me of "species appropriation" and that'll destroy our happy mommy and doggy-son relationship...
Anyway, back to sanity !
The heroine loved him, but her selfish choices and immaturity were intolerable. He was the poor Greek man while she was the rich candy heiress. She failed to inform him of her wealth and told him none of the crucial details about her neurotic, snobbish hagbitch mother.
During their initial holiday romance in Greece, Kate was so so busy swimming in the sea of delusional stupidity, that she never once weighed the repercussions of her poor choices. After her dad fell ill, she refused to allow Nik to accompany her back to the USA.
When the concerned and loving H turned up to support her at her father's funeral, she treated him badly because her snotty mother disliked the thought of a working class son in law.
The H really loved her and there's no justification, in my opinion, for the demeaning way she treated him. It wasn't so much that she was overtly cruel. Rather, it was her feigned indifference and impatience that hurt him more.
Maybe I'm too harsh but I have little patience for people who delude themselves into believing that their horrible relatives ( her mom ) are nice. The H didn't deserve to be collateral damage in her ill conceived quest to acquiesce to her mom's demands. Her passive wimpy, cruelty was unacceptable.
The best way to highlight my point is by quoting the H's pained and angry comment, after he'd been ignored continually by the woman he'd come to support:
I mean it, Kate.’
The fire raged had through him, ringing in his ears, scraping his skin.
‘You may think you’re better than me. That all this...’ he’d gestured to the opulent room, the enormous windows offering a panoramic view of Central Park and the New York skyline ‘...makes you superior in every way. Well, let me tell you something. You are mistaken. I may not come from a moneyed family, and I haven’t had a privileged upbringing like you, but you know what? I’m glad. Because I have something way more important—principles, honour and integrity.’
I just couldn't warm up to this heroine, especially when she waited too long to explain her past bad behaviour. This man deserved someone who would reciprocate his love and respect. She spent most of the novel feeling sorry for herself and worrying about her family's candy company.
This was also a little boring, for a second chance romance. The H returned as the billionaire, ready to save her failing company in exchange for the requisite HPlandia marriage of convenience. I kept skimming through the middle portion because there wasn't much that was riveting, to be honest. I almost fell asleep a few times as well...
We're told that her hagbitch mother becomes nicer, after some special cognitive behavioral therapy at a clinic. However, the cynic inside me thinks that mommy dearest probably found her son in law more acceptable since he's now a billionaire.
The epilogue wasn't all that great either. They're going to have a baby and she's decided to sell the candy company. I haven't had much luck with this author... that's for sure !
Safety: The heroine was a virgin when they met and she was celibate during their 4 year separation. I don't think the H was celibate. Parts of this book were so boring, that my mind definitely drifted while I was reading, so I might've missed that pertinent information. To be bluntly honest, though, I wouldn't have hated this specific H if he'd had lots of girlfriends. This woman had destroyed him so badly and kicked his love back in his face, that he shouldn't be blamed for moving on.

REUNITED BY THE GREEK’S VOWS by author Andie Brock is a June 2019 release by Harlequin Presents series.
Kate O’Connor was jolted out of her present reality of nearing bankruptcy when her ex fiancé, Nikos Nicoladis offers her marriage in return for saving her business. Dare she take the carrot he is dangling in front of her. It did look pretty enticing.
But getting married to Nikos even though it may be for convenience only proved harder than she had thought. She realized the passion between them still flared whenever they came near. Dare she act on the chemistry? After all she was married to him. But would the marriage last as he had sealed their fate when he’d offered her marriage in name only.
REUNITED BY THE GREEK’S VOW is a sizzling romance. Author Andie Brock did a marvellous job of bringing these two characters together for their happy ever after despite their past grievances. This is an emotional story filled with shimmering sensuality.
Recommended for all readers of romance.

In author Andie Brock's book "Reunited by the Greek's Vows" we meet Kate O'Connor who is trying to keep Kandy Kane their family business in business, and ex fiance Nikos Nicoladis who needs a wife in order to get custody of his Goddaughter. They agree to marry, but the marriage of convenience is harder than they expected as they begin to fall for each other. Andie Brock doesn't disappoint and this is a wonderful book.

A whirlwind wedding! They were young loves with too many secrets between them to survive when real life came calling, but a re-connection now several years down the road is just what they both need! The characters were easy to get to know, and while the plot drug a bit in spots, the story was overall an interesting read.
Kate O'Conner is trying to save a sinking ship when it comes to running her father's confectionery business. She knows both she and her mother made mistakes when learning the ropes, but she's trying everything she knows to do in order to turn things around. Bottom line, she needs an investor ... and fast!
Nikos Nikoladis needs a wife ... a temporary one in order to help get custody of his goddaughter, but a wife none-the-less. What better choice than the one he would have had if her family and wealth hadn't come between them. Now he's the wealthy one with money to burn ... and she's just desperate enough to agree to marry him to save Daddy's company!

Fortunes have changed for both Kate and Nikos since their engagement 3 years before. He now comes back into her life and asks her to marry him so that he can become the legal guardian of his goddaughter. Andie knows how to describe the tension in the air and keep you wanting to read the next chapter. This really is a page-turner. If you haven't read any of Andie's books, I would thoroughly recommend that you do. You won't be disappointed. Andie is a winner!

Kate O'Connor is working and notices Nikos Nikoladis and tries to stay our of his line of vision. However he spots her when someone tries to coax her into sitting on his lap. What she doesn't know is that Nikos was looking for her as he needs her help . He needs to adopt his Goddaughter but may have a problem as he is not married. His plan is Kate marry him which should have happened as he was one her fiancé. She has inherited her fathers candy company called Kandy Kate but it has been struggling. Nikos will help her business is she marries him. Sounds like a plan but life is funny and being together again rekindles the love she had for him. What starts out as pure business becomes pleasure and love and like all Ms. Brocks stories you will be carried on the wonderful story to its HEA. Never miss one of her books they all are keepers.

Always enjoy this author's books as the tension is ramped up really well throughout. I always find the heroines behaviour relatable, and the heroes have the right amount of alpha to keep them sexy but not swinging into nasty, as some can.
This second chance romance was no different, and I was rooting for Kate and Nikos all the way through!

Give me a Greek hero and this is one happy reader and Nikos was such a great hero, and Kate O’Connor is the best match for him even if it took a few years and a few disagreements and for them both to work it out, sit back and enjoy this sensual story of second chances and a perfect HEA.
Kate O’Connor grew up and only child and heir to the top American candy company Kandy Kate, but before she throws herself into the business she takes some time off for a European holiday. First stop Greece and Crete her she meets and falls in love with waiter Nikos, they plan on marrying but then Kate’s father takes ill and she must return to New York, without Nikos, but there are some things that Kate has not told Nikos and this cause problems when he arrives to support Kate, ending their engagement.
Nikos Nikoladis grew up without a mother and a hard working father who never coped as a single father running a Taverna on the island of Crete, Nikos works as a waiter in the Taverna where he meets Kate and is shocked that he falls in love with her, even though that is something that he planned on never doing. After their break-up he works hard and becomes a billionaire, but now he needs Kate in his life again to gain custody of his goddaughter, she is the only woman he will ever love.
When Nikos arrives back in Kate’s life and makes her an offer he cannot refuse, they marry and the sensual pull between them fires up again, neither of them had ever gotten over their love for each other but both had been so hurt by the break-up, it takes a little while and a beautiful honeymoon through Europe to bring them back together. I did enjoy this book it is a real page turner and one that I highly recommend.

If you love drama and angst, and a stuck up heroine who has to fall before she can find herself, then Reunited by the Greek’s Vows by Andie Brock is the book for you. I wouldn’t say this is the author’s best work to date, but this book, the story itself holds a hint of edginess and surreal essence that I enjoyed. I rooted for the hero every step of the way. I wasn’t much of a fan for the heroine though. She got on my nerves. Yeah. I don’t say this very often. But I didn’t like this heroine. Period. Although she does redeem herself in the end, I just could not warm to her. However, all in all, this book is still a solid read.

Much ado about nothing. Heroine's rejection of the hero 3 years earlier shows her immaturity. Her explanation was too little and too late. The fact that a delayed flight gave the time for the heroine to review her decision to leave the hero and the decision of the hero not to follow the heroine despite the fact they love ( undeclared) each other so much that any other person cannot take the place of their love is hard to understand. Living a lonely, unfulfilled life preferable to ironing out problems?

This marriage is a lot more complicated than they both thought it would be.
A sweet, light romance with a good storyline.

This is fine. They both were in love like a few years before and broke up because her father was dead and her mom was a complete snob and had severe depression. The hero also jump into some conclusions and said hurtful things to them. And they met again because the hero needed a wife to be a guardian to his bestfriend's sister. What I don't get is how could the hero become a multibillionaire after only a few years when he wasn't even that rich before? That totally doesn't make sense.

Beautiful Location Romance ☀️❤
Enjoyable romance read with beautiful and cosmopolitan settings. It is a second chance romance with the hero and heroine not communicating to each other how they really felt. A lot of heartache could of been avoided if they did.
It missed that extra something that could of made it to 5 stars.

3.5 stars. I liked this one. Easy read. And this actually had an epilogue. Yay for epilogues. I enjoyed the fact that this story had real relationship issues.

This woman is a masochist, which works out since the man is a sadist. She's an utter moron with no self-respect and he is a childish asshole who is almost too stupid to live.
