Was really looking forward to meet Cleopatra! In this Book we finally get to know her a little bit. Also some more friends appeared. This series has a really good story and is damn funny! Also who doesn’t love Egypt and all its mysteries/history?

To be honest I enjoyed this volume the most! As the plot thickens with every volume and it gets more thrilling with each chapter but additionally this volume by far was the funniest! There were moments I laughed out so loud, I was glad to be alone in my room, so no one would look at me, confused and questioning my sanity.

As the cover shows this volume mostly is about Haru, his past, his state of mind, his feelings and his “friends”, or actually his issues getting friends. I often felt touched and I must admit, before reading this volume I didn’t care too much about Haru. Yes, he is a part of the team and truly was a huge support for Im in volume 3 during the fight against Djoser but to me that was it. Now that I know more about Haru, I can sympathize with him. It’s even more. As everything developed, I was sincerely worried about him, and maybe still am. Also, I approve of his character growth in this volume! Let’s see where this’ll go! What he and his comrades will achieve!

Then, there’s Cleopatra. To be said, I like her and I think she’ll be a great (evil) ruler, if Djoser wins. She’s one of those strong and capable women who know how to use their powers. I don’t say, I’m for the villains...but if Pharao Djoser was to succeed and Cleopatra became the ruler, she’d do a good (but maybe not kind-hearted) job. Side with her and a bright future might await her. Even more interesting though is why doesn’t Djoser want to be the ruler? He told her, this is not his dream. So, what is his dream?? I bet Im somehow is included........

Oh, by the way, Im honestly is a great priest! It’s not only his knowledge that impresses me every time, even more the chants and spells and whatevers he created on his own and in his young age are marvelous! I don’t want to imagine how powerful he would have gotten! He’s great! And I wish for him to be happy and be friends with Djoser! That’s it!

Volume 4 was a pleasure to read and also a page-turner and I’m curious to read volume 5 because there are exciting things to come, no doubts!! They’ve got to rescue the chief, after all!! And additionally, I suspect the ennead to become more active too and also there’s still Khonsu......

J’essaie d’accélérer un peut le rythme pour les chroniques de Im, car sinon je vais finir la série que dans quelques mois… Si je pouvais au moins en faire 1 à 2 par semaines… Non pas que la série n’est pas bien, bien au contraire, elle est super ! Mais pour mes chroniques, c’est plus simple quand je ne sais pas la suite de l’histoire, du coup, d’un autre côté… et bien j’ai très envie de savoir la suite en somme… En tout cas, avec ce nouveau tome, à nous l’Egypte !

Cléopâtre et Lato sont très clairement les personnages mis en avant dans ce tome. Pour le coup, on peut dire qu’elle a su faire son entrée la dernière reine d’Egypte… Même si son caractère est un peu exagéré pour la faire paraître plus drôle (pour le moment en tout cas), je trouve que l’image présenté est assez fidèle à ce que l’on sait d’elle au final. A savoir, une femme belle et intelligente (elle savait parler au moins 7 langues il me semble), qui peut donc facilement séduire ses ennemis. Quant à Lato, elle est également très forte et arrive à garder ses esprits malgré tout les petits « soucis » qui s’accumulent…

On a également droit à une première apparition de l’Ennéade ! Avec une petite présentation de chacun de ses membres, et pour le coup, j’apprécie grandement le chara design de plusieurs d’entre eux. Même si au final, ils restent complètement inutile et ne font rien pour arranger les choses d’eux-mêmes alors qu’ils sont censés être tout puissant…

En este tomo vemos como raptan al director y todos vana por él además de que hay más sacerdotes nuevos que unen. En este tomo tenemos a Cleopatra y vamos haber sus adanzas y vemos los verdaderos sentimiento de Harugo y las cosas se están poniendo muy interesantes.

Tập này xuất hiện ENNEAD là 8 vị thần và hoàn cảnh, tâm lý của Harugo (tức là anh chàng tóc xanh ở ảnh bìa) nên có hấp dẫn hơn. Tính của mình đã đọc thì phải cố xem cho hết chứ mình vẫn chưa thấy sự đặc sắc của bộ này

Un très bon tome ! de l'amitié virile ! un personnage historique fort intéressant ! pas beaucoup de combats par contre, mais beaucoup de choses intrigantes, bref, c'était très bien :)
