This book would have been much easier to read if it was formatted properly and the author's edits weren't still in red inside the book. Very distracting with no paragraph spacers in some chapters and unaddressed edits. Author speaks about technique before introducing the reader to what those techniques are. Also author is using licensed images taken from pinterest and citing pinterest as the source for the use of Disney owned illustrations. Very disappointed in the unprofessional appearance of a book by a professional. Wasn't able to finish reading book because of this.

I read this book for work. It did have a lot of good tips and it was short and easy to read which was nice. The tone and the way it was presented wasn't super engaging to me personally. I also noticed a lot of typos and things that didn't impress me. It did have some interesting concepts and things to think about.
I don’t normally read self help book. I might start one but I never finish it. This is the second book I’ve completed by this author! And I gained valuable tips and tools from both books!
So many books on this topic are so complicated and hard to digest, which only feeds the overwhelm of it all. This book left me feeling confident I could actually improve.
This book was easy, relatable and quick witted for everyone. The techniques were doable and the explanations were tied to real world situations. Good book without being overwhelming or heavy.
