It's just an magazine bound together. Lots of pictures but cluttered and the blurbs are useless to someone really wanting to learn. "For a continuous harvest all year, choose crops and varieties that mature at different rates and sow them every three weeks or so. You can also choose varieties for storing, such as late-season apples." This doesn't scream knowledgeable gardener to me, it seems like a 18-year old writing a summary of 5 articles they read.
I am very new to gardening. This book helped me learn everything I needed to know and more! It’s great for not only beginners, but also those who just want to learn more about how to plant different things and how to create the perfect garden to fit your lifestyle.
Pretty good resource. It made me realize that I know more than I think I do. I feel more competent to jump in and continue to experiment with growing and gardening.
This book is very helpful and relatively in-depth, and I enjoyed reading. However there are a handful of typos, the sentences/paragraphs often seem haphazardly organized, some chapters repeat the same information, and I think it would be helpful to beginners to have a glossary of terms. Still a good resource overall
